I ordered a nokia bl-5j 1430 mah battery. They provided me 1320mah old battery. When I asked to replace, they told to send images. I sent the images, but after that no reply from them.ITs nearly days, I regularly mail them, but they dont reply. Please provide steps.

Sir I ordered a Yonex SHB 87 LTD 8 sized shoes thru PAYTM vide order no.[protected]. Unfortunately I received two left leg foot shoes. So please kindly make necessary arrangements to replace the shoes immediately. Because I was very much fed u, since it costs Rs.7897/-. I have purchased Karbonn Mobile from Paytm. After 10 days of follow up i got delivery on 8th March for product, that that was defective. Physically the product looks new but screen display is not working properly. I've submit the complaint of product on 10th march but no one from customer care in ready to listen. Even after regular follow ups, I am not getting any response from payTm. I think that mobile is not original or pre used as was having seals in side only. The company is making fool of customers & not interested in solving any problem.

i tried to buy an headset from ebay which is cost of 110rs and i wanted to pay money from paytm wallet which i had 95rs while paying 95rs has deducted and not returning my money into wallet...yet order is unsuccessful. please see this my mobile number is [protected] my email id is [protected]@gmail.com..please check and return my money.. i do wait for fast response from you...i always recharges with paytm i believe in you...dont get negative in my mind...i think you will solve this problem as fast as you can...

my paytm id is [protected]. and i transfered money to my friend whose id is chandan.[protected]@gmail.com with an amount of 610. my friend receive nothing but my account balance became zero with one error message object could not be found.so please paytm if my friend not receive balance then refund it to my id[protected].

In my name I have 4 SIMS(Vodafone). I was tried to registered those numbers in paytm, when I used free25 new user promo code.The promo code worked only for one number and rest of the numbers it wont worked. Then paytm application pop up warning message like only time per user. Please I need explanation regarding this issue.

Hello Just make me clear wether Paytm is using these cash backs and offers only for marketing or it's true, because I didn't get the cash back amount Rs. 9000 in my account wallet for purchased product order no[protected] iPhone 6 64gb done on March 10 and refund of my cancelled order no[protected] for amount Rs. 599. Please give me clear and final update this time because I have been writing lot of mails and calling your customer support since 1week there is no proper response from your side. So please make me wether I will get the offers u gave for purchasing the products or its all fake used such ideas only for marketing and to cheat customers. ORDER NO.[protected], i placed 2 bed sheets but i recieved a different one which is not the one which i selected and order. if there is no stock no need to keep that picture in website. if customer will pay for one product which she choosed but u people give us what u decided to give? we are giving money to get what we selected not to accept what ever i give. i warn paytm to stop such fraud buisness. get back this rubbish and return my hard earn money u sadist people. i have attached proof image which i order what i have got.

i thought to buy a mobile of price 5670 and proceded payment through the paytm option in that i am havving wallet balance aproxly 320 i added remaining balance for procceding transaction in my atm i got deduced amount of 5288 from my card and 320 rs from wallet transaction details are POS PAYTM97998 at PAYTM txn#003863

i made a recharge today for airtel network under transaction id#[protected] for the amount of 197 3g internet pack for mobile no [protected].. but unfortunately i did not receive the recharge & cash is debited from my axis bank account. i want the reversal of my 197 rupees as soon as possible

My order no is unipayp1437498. Two times the product is out for delivery but I don't even get a call from the delivery boy and they updated the status that consignee not available. What a worst service ever from paytm. My 2000 rs is wasted with paytm.So please never ever make any shopping with paytm .don't get trapped by the discount they offer because at the end of the day you only suffer with out getting the product. So to save some bucks you are attracting new headaches to yourself. Thank you. Be wise.

My order no[protected] payTM AS SOME ONE SAID ABOVE THERE ARE BUNCH OF FRoud in the froud company my above order for Rs 4790 placed online appx. two weeks back so May complaints they don't have contact no atall only payTM care on line complaint system no one calls back only complaint nos in my inbox don't trust n buy online since they don't have contact no and bad bad very bad online buy..

paytm is a cheater i will never buy in the future any product because it is canceled my order not only one more than 3 order after payment and show shipped in my cart he is a biggest cheater. they make money by balance in wallet take 6 to 10 days and collected interested i will go consumer court of high court this is totally fraud by all costumer. i attached my photo

I paid my money got SMS from paytm that money credited at 3:30 PM today and till now 9:00 PM i havent received any talktime. I have send email after 3 hours to customer complain but still not reply. I have already received email from HDFC bank and my money deducted. very very poor service. I am using paytm for first time as i still dont trust 100% with online banking in India, ( If you doubt I am Infrastructure architect for fortune 500 ). I have installed the product but its not working properly, even I have called customer care Executive of Eureka Forbes from last 3 days, but there is no response from them.
