I have ordered one harddisk of transcend storejet vide order no.76523458 and received delivery with shpping charges of 200 rs. Now i have returned the product due it was faulty and i received the money back after deducting 400 rs .200 shipping for return too.total i paid for the product 3800 and today i got refund in paytm wallet only 3400 .       paytm is very pathetic site... the product shown in picture is not like that they send... i bought a T-shirt, when i received, it was totally different poor cloth material, different size.. n now i am not able to return this product. please help me to retun it back, , .. i want my money back. my paytm account with this mob no.         I have ordered one karizmaya orange and black saree order no[protected] on 07/03/2015 from my paytm account (Acc id- [protected]@yahoo.com mob no [protected]) and received delivery on 12/03/2015 . The saree received is not having the full length material for stiching the blouse, also product send is not matching the product shown in the image on paytm site and application. Also there was the option to return the product with in 15 days of delivery, which has been disabled now, i am not able to return the product even three days after the delivery.           I have recharged my uber with Rs.200/- through imps but i didn't receive my money. i have written to [protected]@paytm.in many times but they are not in a mood to help. i have even send them my bank mini statement and the message i received after the transaction was complete but still no help from their side. they dont even have a call centre where one can contact them. It's been 3 days since i am continuosly trying to contact them but in vain. Please help me.

            I recently bought a sony power bank from paytm... Thats the worst product ever seen.. Its not even getting on... Worst electronic device... Waste of 1000rs... Even i contacted customer service... There was no response.. I mailed to [protected]@paytm.com... For atleat 10 mails... No reply at all.. I shared photos too recording it... Dont knkw why seevice was started... Please any one help me in this mater to return the product and refund my money back...

I ordered a xiaomi power bank and paytm delivered me a duplicate power bank in place of original one and the product is just rubbish and it's of no use A very bad and unexpected first experience from paytm. It's not your cup of tea to deliver genuine products like others. You all should concentrate on recharges instead.

                    iam given your ref no for PAYTM/ [protected]/ paytm/ thru netbanking/ from indian bank, amount debited Rs.4298/ at 12.25 p.m. on 11/5/15, then the paytm official said below I am Prachi and I am going to do my best to solve your problem. I’m sorry that the your order couldn't be placed. I checked and found that we have not received amount for this transaction from your bank. again iam going to complaint on next day they said I am Shubh and I am going to do my best to solve your problem. This is to inform you that in such cases, if amount is deducted, the bank automatically refunds the amount into your account. It may take between 3 to 10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account. The refund timelines vary from bank to bank.

                            My Balance Deduct From My Bank A/C But Not entered in Paytm A/C, In Other Case I m Transfer the fund From Paytm A/C to Bank A/C, My Paytm A/C Is Debit not Credit my Bank A/C .

                                  I placed an order no.[protected] dated 28th February, 2014 but I received damaged product and accordingly I informed PAYTM for the same. They approved the same vide their email dated 4th March, 2014 to return the same to their vendor and stated that the money shall be credited immediately along with courier charges on actual basis. On 9th March, 2014 product was sent through Blue Dart Courier. I am still awaiting refund towards above. I have written mails after mails, but no response from PAYTM.
