I have recharged my uber with Rs.200/- through imps but i didn't receive my money. i have written to [protected]@paytm.in many times but they are not in a mood to help. i have even send them my bank mini statement and the message i received after the transaction was complete but still no help from their side. they dont even have a call centre where one can contact them. It's been 3 days since i am continuosly trying to contact them but in vain. Please...

I recently bought a sony power bank from paytm... Thats the worst product ever seen.. Its not even getting on... Worst electronic device... Waste of 1000rs... Even i contacted customer service...
