paytm is a cheater i will never buy in the future any product because it is canceled my order not only one more than 3 order after payment and show shipped in my cart he is a biggest cheater. they make money by balance in wallet take 6 to 10 days and collected interested i will go consumer court of high court this is totally fraud by all costumer. i attached my photo

    MY ORDER NO IS[protected] in paytm. I have orderd one bools and made the payment online and 8 days passed and till now it is not shipped.Paytm is a big cheater. It this thing can continue how the customers will trust to make online payments in paytm
    Now plse its my advise not to pay online in paytm. In my locality more than15 persons are cheated

      I paid my money got SMS from paytm that money credited at 3:30 PM today and till now 9:00 PM i havent received any talktime. I have send email after 3 hours to customer complain but still not reply. I have already received email from HDFC bank and my money deducted. very very poor service. I am using paytm for first time as i still dont trust 100% with online banking in India, ( If you doubt I am Infrastructure architect for fortune 500 ).               Hello, I had made a paytm wallet transfer of Rs.2000 to my friends wallet on 13/03/2015, but the transfered amount is not recieved by the friend and still it is in pending status from 4 days. I have made complaint to the Paytm but i dint get the solution. Plz solve this issue.

                Paytm, I had done a payment of 475 rupees against my mobile number [protected] but next day I received a message from paytm that the payment has failed and the amount of 475 will be refunded into my paytm wallet, but still the amount has not been refunded and i have been following up with Paytm via email from last 15 days, still no response.                   I had ordered a MI 10400 mAh Power Bank from the online shopping site of Paytm.com.The order no was[protected] The product that was delivered to me is a fake item. Although I fully charge the Power Bank of capacity 10400mAh, it gets fully discharged within 1 hour charging my phone only 10%of its capacity. This is the first time I bought an electronics item from Paytm and it turned out to be a fake product of MI. I have completely lost faith on Paytm services.

                    My order #[protected]. I bought a Sony Power Bank (CP-F10L - 10000 mAh Portable power supply). I received it on 16/03/2015. As soon as I received I tried connecting it to my mobile (since its written on box as ready to use) it was not working. And I tried charging it, there is LED light glowing while charging and after 5 hours I removed it from charge and connected it to my mobile surprisingly it was not working. I tried connecting it to my friends mobile also it was not working with any of the mobiles. On top of that I checked it in a Sony show room near to my place and surprisingly they said it not genuine product. Please look in to this I need replacement ASAP.

                      Hi, I have ordered Gas Stove from the paytm.com about one week ago, but I never received yet.I have dropped plenty of emails on their customer-care email, but these peoples are not interested to respond me back, Moreover they are not even telling whether my order is being shipped. The Order status shows "Handed Over To Courier" for last six days. Don't know which courier service is this. They don't even give you courier details for tracking. This is the worst ever experience to purchase something from this E-commerce website. My Order number :#[protected]

                      i ordered an item on 17th June 2015 and my ORDER NO. [protected]. The shipping date of this item was 22 June and delivery date was 26th June but Item is not yet shipped.many times I have followed with Paytm and every time they ask to wait for more time or cancle the product from my side. they have blocked my money till today as order amount and now they are asking to cancle it from my side.When spoken on Friday got information that at any cost the item will be shipped with 48-72hours. Need the reply on this immediately.it is a completely fraud by Paytm so please do needful.My ticket number for this whole matter is Ticket #[protected]: MPtkt - Delay In Dispatch. so now i want a strict action against Paytm and want my money back with product.

Either return my money or deliver my order as soon as possible. Please do not harass us to follow for the product which we have paid.

My travel date is 11.3.2015, I got call from the travels saying the bus got cancelled and the money will be refunded by the paytm. I sent 3 to 4 mails to [protected]@paytm.com but still I not got any reply from them. I request you to refund my money to the paytm wallet.

                              We have ordered Samsung Galaxy Core 2 SM-G355H (White) (order number[protected] on 12th March. It was ordered from the cash back given from iphone 6 purchased from Paytm as they have cashback scheme of Rs. 8000 for every smart phone purchase. They have not shipped order. Iphone 6 was delivered in 48 hrs as it was bought from credit card and this phone was not shipped even after 5 days. It seems to be fruad cashback given by PayTM. Please resolve it ASAP and ask them to dispatch above order.

                                    I have ordered MACGREEN TAB from paytm with order number[protected]. I have received a damaged product. I have mailed for paytm customer care but i have not received any reply . non of the representative have called me back. What shall i do now.
                                    I have received tablet before two days. Camera is not working. And the tablet is also not working properly. But no response after complaining the same. No customer care number on which i can talk to them. Bad experience with purchase from Paytm. Really worst service.

                                      I had delievered a totu back cover worth rs.200 for samsung galaxy note 3 neo...and the cover is broken from speaker side cutting...
