I had attempted a recharge of Rs. 200 for a Tata Docomo number from paytm.com to get a full talktime of Rs. 200. Instead I got some 3G plan activated. I have contacted both Paytm and Tata Docomo regarding this. I have had no response from Paytm and this is the response I got from Tata Docomo: "I would like to inform you that once the pack is activated and the benefits are provided, the same cannot be deactivated, refunded or converted to other offer and the same you have to wait till the pack expires. Kindly make a note of the same." Please see the attached screenshot as well. It clearly indicates that we are supposed to get a Full Talktime of Rs.200 for a recharge of Rs.200. Please help me and users of Paytm from such malpractices.

    Rs 25000 were deducted from my account towards payment for iPhone 5C against order Number[protected] on September 4, 2014. The update reflected as payment failed but the amount was deducted from my account. I contacted the PayTM team on [protected]@paytm.com. I was assured of a solution withiwithin 72 hours but the amount has not been refunded yet. All I got is an intimation that the amount has been received and the order has been placed. Later the "My Orders" option showed the order as cancelled and amount refunded but the amount has not been refunded yet. Kindly check and resolve.

We are available 24 hours on all 7 days of the week to resolve your issues. Remember at Paytm your trust is foremost. Your money is yours unless you have received your recharge. That’'s our promise!

    It indicate the transaction against Order Id[protected] got failed and later it was refunded back to your bank.

    As per our records, we initiated the transfer of Rs. 25000 to your bank account from our side as of 04/09/2014. We suggest you please verify your bank statement till the date.

    In case of delay in receiving refund, you can check with your bank with refund reference number 1922562.

After I made my complaint I got a call from the customer care and I was told that my money would be refunded and I have to tell my card details to verify my order.After I tell my details an amount of 15000 was deducted from my account.Now I cannot contact the person . he called me from this number [protected].I'd would really appreciate if you take necessary...

      Hi, I send email from my mail id previously to paytm that my transaction for dominoz of Rs. 192 was failed, and I got reply mail from your side as well that I got my money back in 24-48 hours, just because of n/w problem it happened. But still I didn't get my money back yet. I don't have any contact number where I can contact to paytm's customer care representatives.           I recharged my Vodafone mobile no with Rs255 on[protected], additional balance of Rs 155 was debited from my account at the same time. I registered my complain on Paytm care through call as well as by mail. I received a mail saying that my amount would be credited soon, but no balance have been received yet. Also, no support from Paytm Customer care has been provided to me.

                            Sir, I tried to recharge my AIRTEL Mobile with No.[protected] on21stSept 2014 for Rs.197/- using HDFC Bank Credit Card. Money got deducted but the recharge was not effected. When I contacted PAYTM they repeated said that the recharge was effected as per their records. I got fed up with their answer. After repeatedly sending them mails in vain I am lodging this complaint. Definitely there will be a mechanism to find out from the AIRTEL whether the recharge was done for the above mobile. I fail to understand why the PAYTM did not try it. They finally turned a deaf ear to my mails.Order No:[protected]

                            But the amount has been deducted but the Vodafone team says they have not recieved the amount.

                              Sir, I tried to recharge my AIRTEL Mobile with No. [protected] on 17th Sept 2014 for Rs.400/- using Andhra Bank Credit Card. Money got deducted but the recharge was not effected. When I contacted PAYTM they repeated said that the recharge was effected as per their records. I got fed up with their answer. After repeatedly sending them mails in vain I am lodging this complaint. Definitely there will be a mechanism to find out from the AIRTEL whether the recharge was done for the above mobile. I fail to understand why the PAYTM did not try it. They finally turned a deaf ear to my mails. I have decided not to use PAYTM hereafter. I advise all to be careful with this portal.

                                I had used the services of this app to make a simple top-up of Rs. 50.(Order ID[protected] on the 17th of September, 2014.Before deducting my money(or PayTm wallet cash in this case), the app didn't provide any message regarding any technical issue with AIRTEL West Bengal circle.After deducting the amount the issue was displayed and then my order was placed in queue. They assured that the recharge would be done later, which wasn't done and i had to remind them through emails(because they don't provide any contact numbers). After two/three emails they responded, saying that it was a technical issue on their side which was resolved and my recharge would be done.Yes, they just updated their records and send me message with successful recharge which was a complete fake as AIRTEL didn't send me in a confirmation message and no update of my balance was reflected.Yet, PayTm's app showed that the recharge was done. After that, i again had to mail them thrice about this to which they assured that the problem would be resolved by either returning back my recharge amount to my PayTm wallet or the recharge would be done because it was again "their technical issue." I am still mailing them and NONE from PayTm has called up to clear out the issue.No step has been taken to resolve this issue and it's been more than a week that my recharge is not done.They are sending the same mail again and again with no solution to my problem.I am fed up with this service.

The Paytm wallet balance can be used for your next orders at Paytm.com. You always have the option to transfer this balance to same credit card/bank account. To initiate the refund go to 'Paytm Cash' under the 'My Account' section and click on 'Refund to bank'.

                                      On 16-sep-14 i pay my airtel bill of amount 405 by pament order no[protected]. Same amount was deducted from my Kotak debit card on same time i.e., 16-sep. But still it was not done payment to airtel. Please take necessary action. So pls revert asap since airtel will disconnect my incoming and out going call.
