Hi,
I send email from my mail id previously to paytm that my transaction for dominoz of Rs. 192 was failed, and I got reply mail from your side as well that I got my money back in 24-48 hours, just because of n/w problem it happened.
But still I didn't get my money back yet.
I don't have any contact number where I can contact to paytm's customer care representatives.
My transaction details are following:
Payment id : 10047528
for : www.dominoz.co.in
Please help me to get my money back. And if you have any query regarding this transaction, please contact me on [protected].

It indicate the transaction against Order Id[protected] got failed and later it was refunded back to your bank.
As per our records, we initiated the transfer of Rs. 25000 to your bank account from our side as of 04/09/2014. We suggest you please verify your bank statement till the date.
In case of delay in receiving refund, you can check with your bank with refund reference number 1922562.
