recharge fails

Sir, I tried to recharge my AIRTEL Mobile with No.[protected] on21stSept 2014 for Rs.197/- using HDFC Bank Credit Card. Money got deducted but the recharge was not effected. When I contacted PAYTM they repeated said that the recharge was effected as per their records. I got fed up with their answer. After repeatedly sending them mails in vain I am lodging this complaint. RECHARGE NOT CREDITED

Not able to solve a issue and keep on giving false promises

I had used the services of this app to make a simple top-up of Rs. 50.(Order ID[protected] on the 17th of September, 2014.Before deducting my money(or PayTm wallet cash in this case), the app didn't provide any message regarding any technical issue with AIRTEL West Bengal circle.After deducting the amount the issue was displayed and then my order was placed in queue. They assured that the recharge would be done later, which wasn't done...

REGARDING PAYMENT FAIL FOR MY AIRTEL MOBILE BILL

On 16-sep-14 i pay my airtel bill of amount 405 by pament order no[protected]. Same amount was deducted from my Kotak debit card on same time i.e., 16-sep. But still it was not done payment to airtel. Please take necessary action. So pls revert asap since airtel will disconnect my incoming and out going call....

Refund of Rs 155.0
