Hi, On 07/09/2014 i tried adding 749 to my paytm cash wallet but payment was successfull from my icici bank account but paytm is showing it as transaction failed due to technical issue and money is not added to my paytm cash. i mailed them regarding this but no response from their side.i want my money back or atleast add the amount to my paytm acount paytm order no:[protected] icici payment reference id:[protected] bank account no:[protected]

    Dear sir, I had booked three items against Paytm order no.[protected] on 07 august 2014. One item that was micro sd memory card 16 GB class 10 was wrongly supplied by their vendor ( i.e class 4 was supplied instead of class 10). I have returned this item to their person on around 18 august 2014. But they are not giving my money back. I am repeatedly reminding them through mail and phone but they are least bother to it .         I had recharged my Reliance Big TV DTH with 250 /- (Paytm order no:[protected] yesterday i.e on 6/9/2014 around 1:00 PM . But as of now the recharge is still pending.             there was no 121 plan of airtel while I was recharging as it was scrapped few days before. Data was not updated in your site. payment is done but no recharge happened of course, raised a dispute with bank and you bloody [censored]ers have rejected it. Also all replies are fake, you dont understand the problem and give some pre saved answers in mails

              Order numbers are : [protected] [protected] [protected] I have not received cash back worth Rs ~600. I had sent multiple mail for follow up and received same response that as per the term and condition I will get cash back in 1 hour, but it's not Mobil/DTH recharge offer . I have used Home40 and kitchen40 coupon and according to it's term I should get cash back once product is delivered . I got all the product mentioned in above order .Almost 1 week is over and no cash back is credited into my paytm wallet . Please provide the status. It would be helpful if you look into the mail contain first and then reply. As I have received generic mail response for more than 4 times.

              My name is sanjay jharia I have paced an order to paytm and my order no is[protected] which has cost me rs.1020 the company has promissed me to return 40 percent cash back that amounted rs, 408. I have paced my order on 04 April 2015 and got it on 11 April 2015 after paying the whole amount that is 1020 but so far no bask back added to my registered mo no. that is [protected]. I have made about 4 conversations to paytm but no satisfactory answer has been sent to me so far please help me sort out my problem thank you.

                    Despite daily reminders and uncomplied and fake assurances given, Paytm has yet not paid bill to MTNL when i had already paid the bill to Paytm timely on 1.9.2014. Paytm to ensure that bill amount with penalty charges due to delayed payment on your part is paid by Paytm .

                      My Order No:[protected] in paytm. they deduct money from my account, but they dont tell the order status yet now. i cant track / know anything about that. if i sent mail to that ccare they reply "72 hours to rectify", but no one contact about that query. and ccare number from paytm is fake one. please take action.

If we send any mail to those people there is no response from them even one week also.There is no return the item. Never i am not seen without customer care support.. My kind suggestion is please don't buy anything through paytm.

                          After failure of my order no.[protected],[protected] of 230₹, 212₹ respectively. This failure amount if total 432₹ was submitted in my paytm cash. But now I am unable to use this cash in further use. I tried to recharge my phone, dish TV. But again & again order were failed with the same info message ' your bank didn't authorize this transaction. Please contact your bank with transaction number for details.' But what is the role of bank in this transaction, if the amount was initially deducted from my bank account and same was submitted in my paytm cash due to order failure. Please, respond to me soon. Help me out. It's about trust I had with paytm not just money. I also sent them mail. They replied after 2 days and with the request to contact your bank. I just cant understand the Role of bank.                                 Its (paytm) worst online recharge service provider. Today I have recharged my BSNL No [protected] with Rs 135 for 350 Local/STD mines. But its second time paytm recharged full talk time tariff. paytm clearly show the all plans but they recharged different plans. Please suggest how I can get refund.

                                        I'd rechaeged my DishTv for the of no. [protected] with 200 rs on paytm but it after completing process it showed failed recharge and it got refunded on pay tym wallet cash, then i again recharged it with paytm cash wallet and it stucked and they cut the cash from wallet too bt my bill is still unpaid. Need help When i tried to email at [protected]@paytm.com, They did not replied to my complaint email yet, I just received only automated response. Very ridiculous service served by Paytm. I do email today again to [protected]@paytm.com. Let see when they return back my money.
