Dear Paytm, I G Employment has fraud me by promising that they will provide me Confirm JOB .On 13 th aug 2014 One IG employment employee named Anuj, phone number [protected], called me &explained the details of their facilities. They have taken Rs. 1798 from me by using paytm facilities. but when i discussed with other people those who are suffering the same problem i got to know that this company is fraud company&they cheated people. i cancelled the registration, request for refund my money by sending a mail to [protected]@igemployment. Kindly help me to refund my money to my Panjab national bank account.     Dear sir, i have made two transaction on Paytm.com on 2nd sept 2014. oreder nos are[protected] and[protected] of Rs 180 and Rs 428 for bill payment of Airtel post paid, Rs 128 is failed and my balance is deducted from my card. Rs 428 order is still pending after 24 hrs, i have send the mail to them but they are replying the same demo mail to me for both the orders . they are also not seeing my mail, same reply for both the mail, so refund my both the amount.       I'd rechaeged my DishTv for the of no. [protected] with 200 rs on paytm but it after completing process it showed failed recharge and it got refunded on pay tym wallet cash, then i again recharged it with paytm cash wallet and it stucked and they cut the cash from wallet too bt my bill is still unpaid. Need help When i tried to email at [protected]@paytm.com, They did not replied to my complaint email yet, I just received only automated response. Very ridiculous service served by Paytm. I do email today again to [protected]@paytm.com. Let see when they return back my money.

        One man named bishnu had mentioned that the order will send within 48 hrs from the date of reply send ie. On 31/08/14. I put you one question that on which circumstances you had received my amt rs.10302/=, it is your monopoly or what? I am waiting since 15 days, why you committed for supply the item.How shame on your cheated company.Rather iwill buy from snapdeal.No further apology, only to send this said item & mention the date on which the item arrived.

                    I was recharging my mts mblaze moderm rs 599 plan but it failed. For consecutive three times i tried to recharge for all three times it failed and my a/c deducted rs 599 each time. Total rs 1797.

                            I did a Top-Up of kerala BSNL Mobile worth Rs 480/- on 29-August 2014 .THe amount was debited from my SC bank Account and transcation was successfull but Recharge is still showing pending .I tried to contact twice but they replied it will be refunded as paytm cash either, or will be recharged successfully.Still no progress I lost my money .                                 I ordered three lock & lock containers worth Rs. 1620 from paytm.com on 04.08.2014. Order i.d. is[protected]. Unfortunately when I opened the packed there were only two containers inside the package. One 3.6 litre container was. missing. I immediately sent mail to [protected]@paytm.com and they said they will do something. After that I never got any reply from them. I sent them mails many times but they never replied. On website it was mentioned that the product will be delivered in 5-7 days but its been 10 days now. When called customer care they only try to avoid and wants us to wait for their reply and then no one reply. When someone order anything from website it means he need that product or it is a useful item and customer might need it but if customer does not get the delivery on time than what's the use of ordering a product from such website.                                 I have placed an order for Lee Cooper shoe on 22nd April 2015, yet not delivered. However I received a SMS from Gojavas on 29th April 2015 saying that the product has been delivered. This is to confirm that I have not received any Lee Cooper shoe till date. For my surprise there is no customer care number for either PAYTM nor Gojavas so that I could present my questions.
                                Please do the needful so that I could either get shoe or my money back. I definitely need to say that PAYTM is not at all customer friendly.
                                I have placed an order ( order number[protected]for Lee Cooper shoe on 22nd April 2015, yet not delivered. However I received a SMS from Gojavas on 29th April 2015 saying that the product has been delivered. This is to confirm that I have not received any Lee Cooper shoe till date. For my surprise there is no customer care number for either PAYTM nor Gojavas so that I could present my questions.
                                Please do the needful so that I could either get shoe or my money back. I definitely need to say that PAYTM is not at all customer friendly.

                                  Bought a Phillips Trimmer (QT4005) for Rs. 1135. There was a 50% off on the product and the amount Rs 568was to be recredited after delivery of the product. Though the product is delivered on 25/08/2014, but the account was not credited till 28th aug 2014. I am a regular customer of PAYTM. I do mob recharges and also shopping.
