on april 1 i got cashbacks but they cutted my 1171 rs simply from my paytm wallet without any reason, from april 1 onwards i am putting mails to customer service more than 50 times i put mails but they are not giving reason why they cutted that money

so plz solve my problem and i wanted my 1171 rs cutted money.

I added 700rs. To my ATM wallet...my amount got debited from account but not credited in paytm cash.

paytm cash wallet exceed. please upgrade cash wallet

how many days required to get the order after online payment of order.

Order no:[protected], The order was placed on Sunday (10/5/2014), I sent the mail to get the shipment status on Monday, I got auto reply with ticket no.[protected]. Still I am not getting any update from paytm team.
Can you please refund the amount to my account.

Order No.[protected] March 21, 2015, 7:09 AM, I placed the order for Usha Cook Top E-Bony (Gs2 001) on 21st March 2015 The status on the website since 21st March 2015 is “ORDER HAS BEEN INVOICED & IS PACKED AND YOUR ITEM IS NOW READY TO BE SHIPPED” Till now the product is not Delivery. On website it was mentioned that the product will be delivered in 5-7 days but its been 10 days now. When called customer care they only try to avoid and wants us to wait for their reply and then no one reply. When someone order anything from website it means he need that product or it is a useful item and customer might need it but if customer does not get the delivery on time than what's the use of ordering a product from such website. Its very pathetic service you paytm guys are providing...I don't know
which kind of courier service their guys are using... i have to go in
wedding ceremony on 9th April..and I've to gift it by 9th April, that's
by I've place the order on 4th April...and the same day I've got the
confirmation that my order is hand over to the courier and is ready to
be shipped...but after 10 days of placing of my order it still showing
that my product is hand over to courier and is ready to be
shipped...what kind of service you are offering to its customer...there guys not replying my mail.. also I'm really disappointed with your service guys.. Pls help me guys. and do the needful as i'm totally harrased by the service of paytm.

I have placed an order for Lee Cooper shoe on 22nd April 2015, yet not delivered. However I received a SMS from Gojavas on 29th April 2015 saying that the product has been delivered. This is to confirm that I have not received any Lee Cooper shoe till date. For my surprise there is no customer care number for either PAYTM nor Gojavas so that I could present my questions.
Please do the needful so that I could either get shoe or my money back. I definitely need to say that PAYTM is not at all customer friendly.

Paytm — cashback not credited

i ordered 2tb harddisk in paytm. i received the product yesterday. i have ordered this item 9 days back.but cashback not credited into my account. my ORDER NO is[protected]
