on april 1 i got cashbacks but they cutted my 1171 rs simply from my paytm wallet without any reason, from april 1 onwards i am putting mails to customer service more than 50 times i put mails but they are not giving reason why they cutted that money

      I ordered the item Jockey sport jersy.I forgot to enter the promo code.now i am not getting any cash back.If I want to return the item there is no option to return the product.. My kind suggesion to all my friends and others Don't buy any product in Paytm. Service is very very bad.Customer have to go to outside he have to collect the product.They will not provide the service to direct home.. Again I am telling to all Don't buy any product in Paytm.

            I was recharging my mts mblaze moderm rs 599 plan but it failed. For consecutive three times i tried to recharge for all three times it failed and my a/c deducted rs 599 each time. Total rs 1797.

            Rs 599 re-embersed and other rs 1198 not recieved yet.

                  i was trying to add 50RS in my paytm wallet by bank of baroda net banking the amount debited from my account but i didn't get 50RS in paytm wallet i also mailed to Paytm Customer Care from the paytm web site but my problem is NOT resolved i didn't get ANY answer from them and i didn't get my 50RS anywhere NEITHER at my paytm wallet NOR in my bank account below is mentioned bank of baroda net banking receipt LINK http://lookpic.com/O/i2/777/kUUaPk.png So please take strong action against it.

                    I did a Top-Up of kerala BSNL Mobile worth Rs 480/- on 29-August 2014 .THe amount was debited from my SC bank Account and transcation was successfull but Recharge is still showing pending .I tried to contact twice but they replied it will be refunded as paytm cash either, or will be recharged successfully.Still no progress I lost my money . This is first time I am facing a trouble in the last 2 years

                      Sir, Kindly add Recharge with Specific Denomination value (50&100&150) for top-up recharge for SUNDIRECT DTH and VIDEOCON DTH, because your website only showing monthly subscription package (165 & 155) amount. Kindly add Recharge with Specific Denomination for SUNDIRECT DTH and VIDEOCON DTH immediately. In other websites (rechargeitnow.com, etc...) having the mentioned facility to recharge the DTH with minimum amount. Please add this option in your recharge website Asap

                        I ordered three lock & lock containers worth Rs. 1620 from paytm.com on 04.08.2014. Order i.d. is[protected]. Unfortunately when I opened the packed there were only two containers inside the package. One 3.6 litre container was. missing. I immediately sent mail to [protected]@paytm.com and they said they will do something. After that I never got any reply from them. I sent them mails many times but they never replied. After getting money, they are ignoring me. This is really frustating for me. I will be thankful if You can help me in this regard. Ravi Khanna Regards

                        Order no:[protected], The order was placed on Sunday (10/5/2014), I sent the mail to get the shipment status on Monday, I got auto reply with ticket no.[protected]. Still I am not getting any update from paytm team.

On website it was mentioned that the product will be delivered in 5-7 days but its been 10 days now. When called customer care they only try to avoid and wants us to wait for their reply and then no one reply. When someone order anything from website it means he need that product or it is a useful item and customer might need it but if customer does not get the delivery on time than what's the use of ordering a product from such website.                         I have placed an order for Lee Cooper shoe on 22nd April 2015, yet not delivered. However I received a SMS from Gojavas on 29th April 2015 saying that the product has been delivered. This is to confirm that I have not received any Lee Cooper shoe till date. For my surprise there is no customer care number for either PAYTM nor Gojavas so that I could present my questions.
                        Please do the needful so that I could either get shoe or my money back. I definitely need to say that PAYTM is not at all customer friendly.
                        I have placed an order ( order number[protected]for Lee Cooper shoe on 22nd April 2015, yet not delivered. However I received a SMS from Gojavas on 29th April 2015 saying that the product has been delivered. This is to confirm that I have not received any Lee Cooper shoe till date. For my surprise there is no customer care number for either PAYTM nor Gojavas so that I could present my questions.
                        Please do the needful so that I could either get shoe or my money back. I definitely need to say that PAYTM is not at all customer friendly.

                          Bought a Phillips Trimmer (QT4005) for Rs. 1135. There was a 50% off on the product and the amount Rs 568was to be recredited after delivery of the product. Though the product is delivered on 25/08/2014, but the account was not credited till 28th aug 2014. I am a regular customer of PAYTM. I do mob recharges and also shopping.

                                  I order reebok multi purpose sipper set for RS 149. And delivery date is 26 august 2014. My money got deducted from hdfc however stll I did not receive sipper set and not able to contact customer care. Let me know when can I get the sipper set.

                                      One of the worst customer support. The exec does not even know which complaint is to be addressed. I requested a check on Rs 1000 transaction which went wrong and I was told that Rs 1067 would be refunded :) ... I would have been happy had it happened ;) however nothing materialized and I was then caught up with a failed transaction and Paytm cash which I was forced to later waste on items not required !! Stay away from Paytm, there are much better sites out there !!

                                        On 13th June 2014 I have made several transaction with paytm and amoung that several tranc there is no record of rs 100 which they deducted without any reason and even though registered so many complaints and sent many mails regarding this still their is no reply. I request all people and viewers not to make any transactions with paytm and cheack ur bank statement regularly. Its not the matter of rs100 it is something big scam what these e-commerce industry do kindly be aware. they are the frauds and i will not let them do this again to anyone.
