I have reacharge my airtel mobile No [protected] with Rs 220.00 on 25/8/2014 amount has been deducted from my account but amount has not credited to my phone Transsaction Ref No is IGY6300630 I call custemer care to day morning at 10.00 AM, he said problem will sought with 2 hours.but Naither reacharge the mobile nor amount refunded to my account. so for after completion of more than 6 hours So kindly sought out the problem. other wise we lose confidence on PAYTM.

    I paid 3 electricity bills of cesc (Calcutta electric supply
    Corporation), kolkata from your website on 31st july 2014. The due date
    Of those bills are 5th august 2014. Three bills with consumer nos. Are
    Given below :- [protected] - rs. 1880 [protected] - rs. 1270 [protected]
    - rs. 270 while paying it was written that it will take upto 2 working
    Days to consider the amount paid in their accounts. From that time
    Onwards am waiting and waiting, my due date got over.. I wrote before to
    You about this issue that i called cesc calcutta, visited them also but
    They haven't received the payment yet, they told me. One of the
    Operator of paytm told me that my electricity bill has been paid. But
    Their was no information in the cesc calcutta, also i didn't got any
    Information. Now tell me what will i do?? Its being 15 days from my
    Paying date still the bill has not been paid, the amount also got
    Debited from bank (State bank of india). The amount is not small. Total
    Its near upto rs. 3000. Which i dont know where it is. Please tell me
    What will i do now?? Cesc calcutta have not got any payments till now (
    15 days passed) and i also didnt got any refund or anything else..
    Please with utmost urgency i request you please look into this matter.
    Where is my money then?? Please whether process it for paying or refund

    Electric supply corporation). I have asked cesc they told me they didnt
    Got any kind of payment. They are telling me again to pay those bills.
    Now what will i do?? I have paid bill for about rs 3000, the money go
    Debited and now i don't know where is the money?? I complained several
    Times to paytm care but nothing happened. Then whom will i trust ??
    Please look into this matter. Its quite urgent atleast for me. I want my
    Money.Please. Paytm always telling the same line checked with cesc and
    They confirmed them. I am repeatedly telling that am residing in
    Calcutta and i paid bill for cesc calcutta . In your website their is
    Also another cesc named cesc mysore. So whether you checked it right or
    Wrong?? Cesc has send me notice that u havent paid my bill and my
    Electric supply will be disconnected. Now tell me what will i do?? My rs
    3000 totally lost.. U didnt bother also to look into my request
    Urgently...What will i do now?? They are telling they havent got any
    Payment and my connection will be disconnected. I also have that
    Notice.. I dont know where is my money then?? U didnt helped me and i
    Totally lost my money recharging from your website. Now only god can
    Help me. I also have sent them my disconnection notice. Please i beg you
    Please return my money. I dont have so much money that i will just let
    It go.. For god's sake please return my money if some minimum courtesy
    You have. My life's biggest mistake was trusting paytm for paying bills.
    Today i visited cesc calcutta they told me clearly that we do not have
    Any relations with paytm website and you have paid there at your own
    Risk. They didn't got any kind of payment and they literally in a harsh
    Voice told me that your line will be disconnected if you dont pay the
    Previous amount and also this month's amount which total comes to rs.
    6110. Now tell me what disaster has paytm done with me?? My hard earned
    Money got totally lost and now they are playing the same radio saying
    Bill paid etc. Please save me. Please read the whole complain. If there
    Is an option of attachment i would have surely send you the notice
    Regarding disconnection. Help me.

          I had ordered a t shirt from paytm but it is totally different from the one which is shown on paytm. Quality of the tees is also not good.i had shoot almost 10-15 mails to paytm care but they were just saying that their partner will come n pick d delivery up. No one has come to take the product back. The big this which proves that these guys are frauds is, they dont even have customer care contact number on their site.

But I got message on Paytm wesite that my payment not paid successful but amount was duducted on my bank account till to date I have not refund my amount on my account.I already to complaint to Paytm wesite but they are not give me satisfy answer & Paytm say we are not received any amount on Paytm account.and say ask to bank

                          I was purchased ORDER NO:[protected]Nokia Mobile) After 3-4 days, i applied for return it as per the policy of paytm. My order has been marked as "Marked for Return. Pending Refund". Also showing the message "This item has been marked for return. Our executive will reach out to you to understand & resolve the issue. And if needed, will arrange for the item to be returned." Still no call or any communication for paytm regarding this product refund. I also have logged several requests for the same..But no reply from Paytm side regarding my return request.

                              I had Rs.340 amount on the playTm Cash wallet. on the date[protected], I transferred my amount to my bank account with transaction Id: 3E705E48D3DDD98E.AMount transferred, but my account details are not available in Paytm database. I mailed them as there are no bank details available in your database, please either revert that transaction or debit that my amount in my bank account. I provided all details. I got a mail from support team as,

                              I am Achal I am going to do my best to solve your problem. In such cases
                              the bank automatically refunds the amount into your account.It may take
                              between 3 to 10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
                              The refund time lines vary from bank to bank. In case of any delay in receiving your amount,

                              From the last 2 weeks I m doing the follow up of the cash back issue,
                              I wrote to [protected]@paytm.com but I didn't get any reply.
                              Actually I had order one (Philips HL7710 600 W Mixer Grinder (Silver & Maroon/3 Jars) Order number was[protected].
                              When the order shifted I came to know that my cash back of Rs.1520/- will get added to my wallet in 24 hrs.
                              But unfortunately my monthly limit of cash back was exhausted for that month .
                              So, Paytm Customer Care team told me that in the very first day coming mth my cash back will get added to my wallet which is not yet not done.
                              So many time I reported the same to Paytm Customer Care but yet it's not resolved.
                              Kindly help.

I have not got any cashbacks for the following orders of mine. More than 48 hours have been passed but no cashback has been credited.                               i had ordered domino's pizza using paytm for 100% cashback but didn't receive any cashback in paytm wallet .
                              I had purchased a flight ticket under flyfree 100% cashback offer Oct 2016. I could not get Rs 1000 cashback from paytm reason saying that I have not applied code. I clicked on the ad which showed Book Now to avail 100% cash Back. Totally fraud. Please call me on [protected] for more details.

                              this is my 2nd posting in this forum.despite several complaints regarding my cashback of 10398/- for the order [protected] no action initiated from paytm. yesterday just after posting my complaints somebody from paytm called me tried to resolve the issue by verifying my debit card in axis bank thru kwikpaytmsolution.com site and promised me that cashback will be directly credited to my axis bank a/c after 24 hrs. i was bit skeptical but same thing happened as no cashback to my bank a/c. i do hope paytm team should take notice of this.such a reputed company fooling the customers in india and tempting the customers to shop in their paytm mall in the name of CASHBACK.
                              ive posted so many msgs in their app but no reply.
                              planning to go to consumer redressal courts if paytm doesnt resolve the issue.

                                  PAYTM is trying to scam people, i have been using it for a long time and was fine but yesterday i did a recharge for 230 and 197, money has been taken and still didn't hit my account... MONEY LAUNDERING... RECHARGE IT ASAP OR WE'LL SUE YOU FOR SCAMMING AND MONEY LAUNDERING. I rather go to a shop and do it, i have 0.00 balance and unable to call or message anyone i have never been in this situation it's soo annoying., .
