Freezes my account./wallet money

Buggy software throws so many error when tried for kyc, each center has shown different software error, which looks fishy.

Kyc ar door step not working, thus is way to loot user money freezing them, so taking interest rate of money.

Customer care do not respond, more than 90 hrs, not even a single reply

24*7 customer support is fraud when tried to connect one o one not available easily, or you will not connected, made it more difficult to conect them.. Because they have become so superior and shows their monopoly over the market and they damm care about the user.

      Dear sir/madam, greetings. My self chandraiah i am using paytm account from past 10 years. Recently i have taken merchant account.
      One of your paytm employee suggest to take business loan and they forced to apply on the same day when i applied for merchant account. And without my notice they transferred around 2200/- from my account. (For insurance).
      I have paid this amount on may-11th 2019. But as of not i did not received any loan or call from paytm.

      How many days to get the refund to my account because it’s already over 50 days from the date of applied for business loan and no i do not want to take that loan.

      Request you to check and issue refund to my account immediately.

        I would like to inform you that I have raising this concern with regards to paytm order no [protected](Pnr :QKVBYU) for refund the amount due to cancellation of jet airways operational issues on 23rd March.Now it's been more than 3 months I have not got the resolution and refund .I have reached customer care more than 50 times from the last 3 months but i have not got no progress note from the paytm customer care.please help

        below is the details where refund is not been initiated

        2.kolkata to mumbai(28th april 2019) not refunded yet

          I have done 2 transaction of amount RS.396.57

          Please cancell these two transaction of amount INR793.14 with immediate effect.excuse these transaction is done for jio recharge in paytm but unfortunately this could not succeed and meanwhile jio recharge is done directly through RBL credit card so I request you to please cancell the transaction which I have transferred in your paytm account.
          And the same day I informed on RBL customer care but they told me to write the complaint through this way so I did it.

            Subject: Report against the Cyber Fraud.

            Dear Sir/ Ma’am

            On 25th July 2019, my Paytm wallet was automatically debited (via. Transaction Id: [protected]) by Rs. 2916 (Rupees Two Thousand Nine Hundred Sixteen Only) for no reason. When I contacted the Paytm helpline, they informed me that it was auto debited by NYKAA site for something. When I contacted NYKAA, they told me that they didn’t received any order from my account. No one including Paytm and NYKAA gave me appropriate solution to my issue rather asked me to get in touch with one another. After continuous efforts to know about the transaction, I somehow managed to get the order ID for the concerned transaction ID after 4 days. I then used the order id and asked the details from NYKAA to which I came to know that a person named Mr. Abaaz Khan who ordered the products (via ORDER ID: NYK[protected] from NYKAA and got his items delivered at address: NIWAS PUHNANA, SINGAR BUS STAND, GURGAON, HARYANA. His Contact No. is [protected] and used my paytm ID by his hacking skills. I then again asked PAYTM about the same and they told me that my account was hacked by this person and he used my wallet money. I think that PAYTM is solely responsible since it lacks its security features even being such a reputed company/application. I din’t ever gave authority to PAYTM to deduct my money without my permission.

            I even raised a complaint for this fraud at PAYTM via complaint No.[protected].

            ​ I request you to take the serious action against this hacker, PAYTM and NYKAA so that the offender is punished and fined for his mistake and I get my money back. I request you to take some serious action against the matter so that people like us should not be fooled and our hard earned money doesnot go waste. I will be highly obliged.

              I recharge the my friend number [protected], so i wrongly select the operator name for particular mobile number they debited the 399 rs(paytm wallet 34.61 and my sbi credit card 364.39 ) They refund the paytm wallet amount 34.61 but they dont refund the 364.39 in my credit account .my order number [protected]. pls solve the my payment issue.

                Dear sir/madam,

                On 25th july, 2019, i had initiated payment of inr 1, 180 (Membership fees) to institute of chartered accountants of india. However, the transaction was unsuccessful. Payment was routed through paytm mobile solutions pvt. Ltd. (Transaction description: inb/[protected].

                Since no invoice generated / received from institute towards fees payment (As the transaction was unsuccessful), again initiated payment on 26th july, 2019 wherein transaction was successful. Received invoice from institute towards payment of inr 1, 180 made on 26th july, 2019. (Transaction description: inb/[protected].

                As now i require refund of inr 1, 180 towards unsuccessful transaction executed on 25th july, 2019, would request to kindly revert back at the earliest. Today again i checked my axis bank account for refund of amount. But no amount has been credited.

                  I have been continuously targeted 4 times in a row.
                  There is an unknown/ unauthorized transaction made from my paytm wallet by zomato, where totaling approx. Rs2, 188 has been deducted from the past 3 months. Without actually ordering anything from zomato.
                  I feel so insecure after been theft by such a big trusted digital platform like paytm and zomato.
                  But unfortunately, no help/ response is been provided till date by either paytm or zomato.
                  My paytm complaint no. Is[protected].
                  Zomato does not even bother to have a decent customer care number where i could even register my complaint.
                  I want my hard-earned money back, or i shall further go to consumer court and social media to seek justice.
                  I paid him 1400 ruppees by mmistakely.i asked him to pay my money but he is not giving my money back

                    I paid in a restaurant named chai break kankurgachi (Outlet), the bill was of 412 and with me dineout promo the bill was of 312 but the transaction happened 5 times which means i paid 1248 extra and i talked to the restaurant also they told we have received the payment once only so they told talk to the merchant. It showing that payment is been failed but in my paytm wallet the money has been deducted. Please look into this matter asap and give me my extra money in my paytm wallet or dineout wallet. I also talked to to a dineout person he/she told me that don't worry your payment will be given back to and told me to place a complain against this. I checked resturant system also and the dineout transaction was done only once with them. My 1248 has been misplaced. Please do something.

And google play store could recorded that purchase... Please sir kindly refund my money back i'm going through bad situation right now.. Please refund my money... Please help me from this situation.                         I would like to file a complaint on paytm as they are trying to dominate the users and taking advantage of their position over the paytm users.

                        I had few elecricity and recharge promocodes that i got against few purchases like vespa scooter, croma vouchers that i have to apply in next 10-12 months.

                        While purchasing the above items i had seen t&c about the validity, min electricity bill amt and other usage terms like a unique promocode can be applied once in a month and can be used again in next month till its validity but there was no such term written on the restriction o[censored]sing total 2 electricity promocodes in a month.

                        In the month of jun 2019 i had in total 3 unique electricity promocodes which i applied successfully. Now all of a sudden in the month of jul 2019 paytm changed their t&c and imposed a restriction o[censored]sing max 2 unique electricity promocodes in a month due to which my 3rd electricity promocode is going in vain and i will be losing 250 cashback if i will not able to apply in jul 2019.

                        For example : i got electricity promocode "abc" worth rs.2500 for purchasing scooter whose validity is 10 months (1 promocode redeemable 10 times for a maximum value of rs 250. (Once in a month)

                        2nd electricity promocode "def" worth rs.500 for purchasing croma vouchers whose validity is 2 months (1 promocode redeemable 2 times for a maximum value of rs 250. (Once in a month)

                        3rd electricity promocode "ghi" worth rs.500 for purchasing another croma vouchers whose validity is 2 months (1 promocode redeemable 2 times for a maximum value of rs 250. (Once in a month)

                        In total paytm issued me 3 unique promocodes and each can be applied once in a month. Incase if i do not apply one promocode in a month then my cashback benefit of 250 will go in vain. The same thing happened to me in jul month wherein i had 3 unique promocodes and i applied 2 promocodes successfully but while applying 3rd promocode i am getting a message that max. 2 electricity promocodes can be applied in a month.

                        This is what i wanted to highlight that while purchasing the croma vouchers or scooter in may month there was no such term written that a user can max. Apply 2 electricity promocodes now they have suddenly made the changes in their t&c and imposed a restriction on using max 2 electricity promocodes in a month

                        I raised an objection on such revised t&c but they keep on sending me a mail that we reserve the right to change the policy. Now my concern is that if they are imposing a restriction then they should apply on purchase done post amending such policy and should also mention in the t&c on items against which they are issuing promocodes. Why they applied the same restrictions on the users who have already purchased the items and have multiple electricity promocodes.

                        Paytm is giving an absolutely crap reply that they reserve the right to change T&C anytime so they do not bother is a customer/ user losses any amount or not..

                          MY Paytm Payments Bank Merchant Account has been blocked on a false complain by order id[protected] . I have not Accepted Money by any illegal means, i have a youtube channel in which i had posted the paytm payment's link for donations, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MDDgFgiHqlI
                          i am attaching a link of my video where i have clearly mentioned my paytm number and in my description asked for donations/support and its mentioned payment once made will not be refunded ! i do not force anyone to pay, i have a legit youtube channel .Please Unblock my account and transfer my hard earned money as soon as possible, and take strict action against people making such false complaints . Its totally done with the purpose of harming my business and nothing else.

                            My account has been blocked without any reason. I have been trying to reach customer service but they do not reply. I need my account as I require the money immediately. The balance in my paytm was somewhere 7000 I have also mailed the customer service support to check and let me know but they also dont reply us. I need my money urgently and these people don't care to reply.

                              I have received an amount from my customer on 21st in my paytm merchant account, but today is 25th, they still saying same story that it will be credited soon.

                              They simply trying to loot my money and i want my money that should be settled today itself.
                              And remember to collect a penalty from them as i should pay to other guy who given me money with interest. So, remember to collect an extra rs.500 for there frauds and take necessary action for them

                                I have been requesting to delete my PayTM account as I no longer use it, but today I was informed on call that my account can not be deleted if there is a balance of more than Rs1. My current wallet balance is Rs1.04

                                I am unable to clear my balance as the PayTM app says my KYC is not complete.

                                It is not fair for me to spend so much money to go to a KYC centre and do a full KYC procedure when I want to just delete my account.

                                I would request you to please look into the matter and kindly delete my account, failing which I believe I would have to take this matter to a consumer court.

                                On 1st july'2019 and 2nd july'2019 I have booked 3 tickets wide Transction IDs. Till now my refund amounts not credited to my paytm account. kindly solve the issue.
                                Yesterday to make payment o[censored]ber cab I have added money in my paytm account, the same amount is deducted from my account and in paytm app is showing filed transaction.

                                If you allow to fail transaction no need to take money, return my money at the earliest.

                                    I have a paytm wallet which was opened few years back where currently there is 1200+ rupees balance. How ever paytm is refusing me to do transactions claiming that i should do full kyc to continue transaction. While all my remittance to paytm wallet was done through genuine bank payments they are refusing that i can not close the wallet or withdraw my money unless i do a full kyc. Their customer care is fooling around with each time giving a different solution like i can exhaust my wallet by doing transaction on paytm like mobile recharge, reinstalling my app will solve the problem, their senior executives will get in touch with me and so on. While i can understand on them not allowing me to add money to the wallet they have no rights to refuse to payback my money.

                                    Imagine around 10000 customers having my same issue means paytm is sitting coolly on more than 1 crore rupees while i am sure the actual amount must be much higher without any legal responsibility.

                                    Can any one help me how to proceed further legally with my issue. All i want is to close my wallet and withdraw the amount in the wallet and do nothing more ever with paytm
