noida upin - fraud transaction from my bank account

On 29th july 2019, there was a suspicious transactions made from my bank account and my bank account is deducted by the amounts rs. 1000/- in the name of paytm noida upin. I have the documentary proof of my bank account statement.

not yet received my refund

Hello team,

I had placed lint roller for 299 rs from paytm app on 19th july. Its been 15 days, i am continuously following up with paytm customer care team for my product refund. Till date i have yet not received my product nor the amount. I have even called several times to paytm customer care team but no proper response till date. Please help in getting my refund.

Inb/[protected]/paytm mobile solutions

I was recharged to mobile for rs.169 (91 [protected]) dated 04 aug. The said payment was debited from may bank account and paid to you (Ref. Inb/[protected]. But this payment is still not activated in my mobile. Therefore i had recharged today an amount of rs. 199 and it is activated soon in my mobile. Therefore please cancel the previous amount rs.169 and refund it to my account.

    I vineet juneja would like to register a cyber crime complaint, my paytm account with registered mobile no. [protected] has been hacked and misused today i. E 4 aug 2019 2:32 pm.

    Below is the sequence of transaction made after my account got hacked.

    - i was contacted by a person through olx in reference to my add on olx.
    - the person called me from number. [protected] to purchase the item.
    - the person introduced himself as indian army officer and asked for paytm details for sending amount of rs 2000 to my paytm account - [protected]
    - after sending paytm details, he asked for adding his account to my paytm for transferring the amount.
    - an otp was received, after which my paytm account got logged out and blocked.
    - the person asked me to wait while he was on call, until money is transferred, on asking why are you changing my mobile no. He disconnected and his number remained switched off.
    - my mobile no. For my paytm profile vineet juneja was changed from [protected] to [protected]
    - rupay card 6080-32xx-xxxx-8167 issued for my account
    - paytm password changed
    - registered no changed to [protected]
    - rs 1500 transferred to paytm payments bank ending 5599 from [protected] transaction id: [protected]
    - rs 14 transferred to ram charan meena [protected] from [protected] transaction id: [protected]
    - paytm registered number changed to [protected]
    - paytm registered number changed to [protected]
    - paytm registered number changed to [protected]

    I have registered email id linked to my paytm, through which i was able to receive all above transaction details.
    I have already raised a request with paytm customer care and got my account blocked.

    Request you to kindly look into the matter and get hold of this fraudster.

      Hello team,

      I had ordered one lint roller on 19th july which is showing delivered on 22nd july. It's been 8 days i am continuously tracking and following up with paytm customer care but no proper response. Everytime when i called customer care people, they told they will let me know after connecting with delivery person. They didn't even bothered to call me back once and tell me the reason. Today i am getting email that i will not get my refund and rejected my request. I am using paytm from last 4.5 years but this thing never happened. Highly dissatisfied and annoyed with this behavior of customer care. Please look into this issue and help me in getting my money and product back asap. Also i would request you to please take strict action against that delivery person.

        Hi paytm

        I was frequent user o[censored]sing paytm app for each and every online transaction and payments using paytm, last week my wife booked flight tickets and somehow her last name does not come in ticket because there is no any mandatory clause on booking page and i have paid it during my travel.

        Really pissed off with paytm now,.

        Paytm is fully responsible of it and paytm should accept and componsate on my booking.

          I purchased uc worth rs. 799 on 2nd august 2019 and my transaction reference id is #igagsjvvx2.
          But i didn't receive any uc. It is showing failed to purchase. The money is also debited from the account with the amount of rs.799. I have not got my refund back.
          Please either give me uc or refund my money back.

I had done recharge on 6 the of apr 19 on jio no from jio app amt of rs. 349 got deducted from my ac through paytm but recharge was unsuccessful. After 10 days i called customer care they asked me to visit nearby bank. I visited twice to my bank they asked me to wait 14 days i went again still waited 15 days. Poor response because i did not get my issue solved. Amt has got deducted from paytm only shows entry on passbook

                I purchased central voucher on 30th june worth of rs.3999 from paytm app with some instant cashback and cashback discounts on electricity bill and movie tickets
                I clearly remember a pop up during the purchase that promo code (I don't remember the code) applied and will receive a cashback after purchase. But i realized on july 15th that i have neither received instant cashback nor vouchers for electricity bill and movie tickets.
                I immediately complained to paytm but the complaint is still open and their support is arguing that there was no promo code applied during the payment. I had not taken any screenshots before the payment thinking paytm is a reputed company and they will not cheat on customers. But my complaint is still open with some more than 15 times i reopened my ticket but no one is giving me the resolution. I requested for a call back but still no one called me. I asked for proof from backend that my promo code was not added but they dont have guts to show that.
                I am supposed to receive a total of around 1200 cashback including vouchers.

                Please dont buy anything from paytm, it is a fraud.

                  Paytm failed to give the service to customers, paytm prompts the new users to buy paytm first while the user adds the money to wallet. Most of the time paytm gives invalid vouchers, promo codes.
                  Paytm first product is pointless as they are giving invalid promotion codes.
                  Paytm charged me 750 inr for paytm first subscription, as per the product deal they have to give me monthly uber eats promotion vouchers.
                  Uber eats is not accepting paytm issued promo codes and they say it's invalid promo codes. I couldn't use paytm promotion vouchers when i needed to order the food in uber eats.
                  Paytm is not taking any responsibility when promos won't work and paytm people suggest us to speak their vendors. Paytm takes the money from customers and tells us to approach their partners to resolve the issues.
                  Paytm is just wasting customers money, time and efforts. Paytm first is not worth full for 750 inr and they are refusing to pay the money back.
                  I raised concern on 25th july, still, they haven't resolved it and they always tell me it will be resolved in 48 hours. What is the point of that voucher after july? What is the point of this product if the promo didn't work when i wanted to order food?

                  Paytm person approached me after a week and he cut the phone while I am talking to him. He said, I redeemed the voucher already but Uber eats says even that promotion code doesn't exist in their database. Paytm guy is telling me to approach Uber eats only, Uber eats people are not responding for the past three days.
                  Ubereats and Paytm both are playing with me, Paytm could reactive the promo when I raised the complaint in Paytm. First thing why Paytm is selling Ubereats vouchers with the name of Paytm First product when Paytm can't resolve the issue? Why Paytm is dropping the customers into problems? What is the point for Paytm issued Ubereats vouchers when I couldn't use it when i needed? What is the worth of my 750 INR? My time is my money Paytm wasted my time and my auspicious moments

                      I used paytm to recharge my electricity meter for my apartment, it has been more than 24 hours and my payment has not been processed yet when it was supposed to be done in 30 minutes, i called them and they said they could not do anything. I also asked them to refund my amount but they gave me no response on that.
                      I would like to raise the complaint against for causing me mental agony and not giving me a refund of the money that has been cut from my account.

                      C2BM2X was my Airasia flight PNR no which was scheduled to depart on 4th August.but it got rescheduled on 5th.I cancelled it with full amount refund.Airasia has refunded the whole amount to Paytm around 15 days ago.but Paytm has not refunded it till now..

                        31/07/19 Please note that on PAYTM I have first recharged airtel prepaid mobile [+[protected]] with Rs 58 (48 airtel recharge data pack + Rs 10 for kfc voucher) with Order No. Oid[protected]. From my SBI account( I used UPI). But I get a confirmation that the recharge status was "NOT SUCCESSFUL". I waited for few minutes. Then I tried again doing same recharge of Rs.48 (From PayTM), money got deducted from my bank account and the order was successful however I get a notification now that the recharge of RS 58 is also successful and again the amount is deducted from my bank account.
                        So now I got 2 recharge of same data pack in a month, I would request if somebody can take it up on priority to get me a refund of Rs 48 among any of the 2 payments made due to incorrect transaction confirmation shown on PAYTM.

                          This is in reference to the paytm postpaid issue that I am facing since last two months.

                          My account was in hold due to ckyc id generation but I had an excess amount of INR 500 which has been blocked since last two months due to the excess bill payment of postpaid.

                          I have been messaging in your 24/7 help section since last two months but you guys only send me the automated replies and are not resolving my issue at all.

                          Ckyc id generally takes 17 business days but mine has taken almost 2 months and my amount has also been blocked.

                          I tried calling customer care they picked the call after 15 mins saying that this issue can only be dealt in message/chat. Wow! Such a great service!

                          I have been associated with paytm from last 4 years being a regular customer I am facing so many issues.

                          Also please refer the screenshots of my chat as well and look how well you support your customers.

                          Also if timely action is not taken I will register the complain in consumer court.

                            I would like to inform you that there has been a fraud in my PAY TM Account. List of transactions were done from my Pay TM Account on[protected] and Rs. 11195/- were cut from my account without any reason. I did not receive any Message or Email for the same from the company. Any smallest transaction otherwise is always intimated via message and email. Even for my mobile recharge I get the OTP before the payment is done.

                            But in this case the funds just vanished from my account and only when I went to use my PAYTM account for payment at a Petrol pump on[protected], I realized that that the money is gone.

                            I had instantly raised a complaint with PAY TM for which they assured that they will send a mail but it never came and after 2-3 days the complaint was closed without having the courtesy to even call me or inform me .The reason which I can see only in the app stating that once you give access to Relaince JIO then they can charge me for renewal at any time and there is no control of PAY TM on this. I cannot buy this reason as earlier for smallest recharge I have received OTP on my mobile and transaction was confirmed on my email. So how come for these multiple transactions there is no msg or Email.

                              Freezes my account./wallet money

                              Buggy software throws so many error when tried for kyc, each center has shown different software error, which looks fishy.

                              Kyc ar door step not working, thus is way to loot user money freezing them, so taking interest rate of money.

                              Customer care do not respond, more than 90 hrs, not even a single reply

                              24*7 customer support is fraud when tried to connect one o one not available easily, or you will not connected, made it more difficult to conect them.. Because they have become so superior and shows their monopoly over the market and they damm care about the user.

                                  One of your paytm employee suggest to take business loan and they forced to apply on the same day when i applied for merchant account. And without my notice they transferred around 2200/- from my account. (For insurance).
                                  I have paid this amount on may-11th 2019. But as of not i did not received any loan or call from paytm.

                                  How many days to get the refund to my account because it’s already over 50 days from the date of applied for business loan and no i do not want to take that loan.
