Freezes my account./wallet money
Buggy software throws so many error when tried for kyc, each center has shown different software error, which looks fishy.
Kyc ar door step not working, thus is way to loot user money freezing them, so taking interest rate of money.
Customer care do not respond, more than 90 hrs, not even a single reply
24*7 customer support is fraud when tried to connect one o one not available easily, or you will not connected, made it more difficult to conect them.. Because they have become so superior and shows their monopoly over the market and they damm care about the user.

as per order no [protected] dtd 5.8.2019 05.11 am recharge my smart card no[protected] rs 200/- but smard card not recharged but my sbi account is debited, please recharge it or refund my amount.
