recharge not done payment deducted in my account

I have paid Rs. 2000/- for recharging my Air tel DTH service (service expires on 30.09.2012)through paytm on 22.09.2012. I have received the payment in my net and the same has been deducted from my account but i am yet to receive any message from Air tel DTH service regarding my recharge done in my account. The account still shows Rs. 139/- only in my account. Please do the needful and recharge my DTH immediately....

I hav Sent Many Mails To them About This issue, But I dont get any satisfactory reply from them, On their site they show on the order status that the recharge is failed, and on the other hand they dont refund me my deducted money. they said me to send a bank transaction copy, but as i hav done my recharge...

No refund received against unsuccessful online recharge

I tried to recharge my Tata photon plus from paytm website and one of the amount listed to recharge was of Rs. 999. I selected that and submitted all details of credit card but recharge was unsuccessful. I had read similar complaints for this site some time back but I thought to try it once and sadly I also experienced the similar fate. Money was deducted from my account and now paytm says that it takes around 21 days to refund to my bank...

money refund issue

overseas bank net banking and my order number is 49340681,but i can't get
recharge and money were transferred from my indian oversaea bank
a/c.according to you money should be refunded into my paytm cash in 2hours

I had recharged me Airtel cell phone with postpaid connection, tried to recharge the phone with an amount of rupees 333X6 times=1998, where as i was a regular user of the above mentioned company Paytm, in the month of last April/May. As it was unsuccesful recharge that amount must be automatically revert to my Andhra Bank amount. I have sent my Bank statement includes proof of above said amount of rs 1988. For first time they were responding...

Balance deducted but recharge not done

i didnt knowcthat paytm was a scam...

Today i tried to recharge my Docomo with 246 Rs through PAYTM's official app for Android.it showed me that transaction was rejected by Bank.
i tried 2nd time n got a blank page doing nothing,after waiting for a while i closed the app.

then checked my Account Balance n found that 492 rupees were deducted :(

i mailed to [protected]@paytm.com n got an automated...

failed recharge for data card and no refund option

I tried for mts mblaze data card recharge of rs. 3990.
After transaction it's showing ki amount is not valid though on official site it is showin the same ammount which I tried on paytm site !! my transaction id number is 47521328.
Now they transfered the amount to my account but for refund there is no option like my accoun on site !! I just want my amount to be refunded to bank !!
Because the site is not able to...
