ONLINE TRANSACTIONS HAPPENED WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE

On 25/8/2012, One unknown person used my credit card no. on line
transaction. I had immediately informed to ICICI Bank for the online

I am really finding problems with your paytm website as well as with your team while using it.

1. On 10th September 2012 – Rs. 169/- added to paytm cash wide ref. no. 48581574

2. On 10th September 2012 – Rs. 69/- recharged [protected] vide ref. no. 48581833

3. On 10th September 2012 – Rs. 50/- recharged [protected] vide ref. no. 48582071

dear sir actuly i am a old custmor of PAYTM.COM .now a days paytm has blocked me on his facebook fan page .i can't write my complain. even i can't like any status.i send them many times emails about it.but they don't give me response.my ragisterd number is [protected]....

I have paid Rs. 2000/- for recharging my Air tel DTH service (service expires on 30.09.2012)through paytm on 22.09.2012. I have received the payment in my net and the same has been deducted from my account but i am yet to receive any message from Air tel DTH service regarding my recharge done in my account. The account still shows Rs. 139/- only in my account. Please do the needful and recharge my DTH immediately....

I have Done My recharge From Paytm.com, But My recharge Is failed and payment is deducted from my account.
I hav Sent Many Mails To them About This issue, But I dont get any satisfactory reply from them, On their site they show on the order status that the recharge is failed, and on the other hand they dont refund me my deducted money. they said me to send a bank transaction copy, but as i hav done my recharge...

I tried to recharge my Tata photon plus from paytm website and one of the amount listed to recharge was of Rs. 999. I selected that and submitted all details of credit card but recharge was unsuccessful. I had read similar complaints for this site some time back but I thought to try it once and sadly I also experienced the similar fate. Money was deducted from my account and now paytm says that it takes around 21 days to refund to my bank...

i recharged my airtel prepaid number using paytm by means of indian
overseas bank net banking and my order number is 49340681,but i can't get
recharge and money were transferred from my indian oversaea bank
a/c.according to you money should be refunded into my paytm cash in 2hours
but till now it is neither refunded into my paytm cash nor into my bank account...so please response fast on this

I had recharged me Airtel cell phone with postpaid connection, tried to recharge the phone with an amount of rupees 333X6 times=1998, where as i was a regular user of the above mentioned company Paytm, in the month of last April/May. As it was unsuccesful recharge that amount must be automatically revert to my Andhra Bank amount. I have sent my Bank statement includes proof of above said amount of rs 1988. For first time they were responding...

Today i tried to recharge my Docomo with 246 Rs through PAYTM's official app for Android.it showed me that transaction was rejected by Bank.
i tried 2nd time n got a blank page doing nothing,after waiting for a while i closed the app.

then checked my Account Balance n found that 492 rupees were deducted :(

sir,i had try to recharge my dish t.v through my paytm cash in my a/c ,but they had deducted the balance from my a/c and now they are not refunding it even i had put them the query..its a humble request please do the ned ful..as soon as possible....

I tried for mts mblaze data card recharge of rs. 3990.
After transaction it's showing ki amount is not valid though on official site it is showin the same ammount which I tried on paytm site !! my transaction id number is 47521328.
Now they transfered the amount to my account but for refund there is no option like my accoun on site !! I just want my amount to be refunded to bank !!
Because the site is not able to...

few days ago i had complained regarding my amount loss from paytm.com, after that the amount was refund in my paytm cash account, and then i had sent a request to transfer this amount in my bank account. but today i have a call from paytm.com having all information of my paytm account.he told me to give him atm card no. only. he told me untill n unless u will not tell us that no. we cant send the money.

I did a recharge of 151 special recharge of BSNL to my no [protected], my order no is 46322205, but i didn't get this recharge not even i get any message of recharge to my cell,then i contact to paytm and their executive (Saurabh) said to me that your transaction number for BSNL is [protected] and it is successfully done , then i again call to customer care of BSNL and they said this transaction has been failed along with one more transaction...
