Dear Sir/Mam,

i have recharged my mobile no [protected] with Rs.50 on 30.10.2012. but the transaction got failed according to www.paytm.com where as my bank accunt got debited for Rs.50 . paytm has not provided any option to claim failed transaction amount in their website. nomatter how much amount my account debited but as a consumer i have the right to claim if the transaction got failed. i request you all not use paytm website for recharge

I hv recharged for rs 100 to my mobile num [protected] reliance cdm on 21, 12, 12. The amount got debit from my account bt i didnt get the blncs due to the transaction got fail accordng to paytm. So i humbly request to pay back my amount.
Dear Paytm authority
i have transfered Rs 100 on 10/05/2018. but the transaction got failed according to paytm, where as my bank account got debited for Rs.100 . paytm has not provided any option to claim for the failed transaction amount, I called customer care phone received computer tone asking 4 digit pin, I dont know what 4 digit pin code it is.
I request authority to solve this issue to credit my Rs 100 back.

      I already complaints in paytm care online, at morning 8am. but till now i got no response.

            sir,
            i am in fix.i have already complained regarding paytm.com. and they admitted their mistake and promised me to refund 2500 rup in my bank account. but sir i did not get any amount in my bank account. already 40 days has been gone. whenever i send a mail regarding this to paytm.com, they don't reply. if they do, take lot of time. and every time demand a new detail. already i have sent all the detail and they have accepted it. still then every time they want a previous detail. i have sent it lot of time. but i did not get any response.
            so please resolve my problem. and take a strict action regarding this.

              I had a recharge of Rs. 4500 done from paytm.com on 10/10/2012 and it showed that the transaction was successful and the money was deducted from my credit card, but no such recharge showed up on my phone. So, I called up the MTNL customer care and they informed me that the no aforesaid transaction took place on my number. And it still says that the transaction was a success on my account on paytm.com.
              I mailed them on [protected]@paytm.com regarding my grievance thrice but I have not received a single reply from them.
              Its a significant amount of money and I request you to take an action against this fraud website as soon as possible and get them to return my money.

                        I am really finding problems with your paytm website as well as with your team while using it.

                        1. On 10th September 2012 – Rs. 169/- added to paytm cash wide ref. no. 48581574

                        2. On 10th September 2012 – Rs. 69/- recharged [protected] vide ref. no. 48581833

                        3. On 10th September 2012 – Rs. 50/- recharged [protected] vide ref. no. 48582071

                        4. I have utilized Rs. 119/- only out of paytm cash.

                        5. Remaining Rs. 50/- where it went?.

                        ( Paytm have taken my Rs. 50/- )


                        on 1st October 2012 – Rs. 50/- recharged [protected] vide ref. no. 50862003 and Rs.50/- recharged [protected] vide ref. no. 50863980. But the message for transferring cash from bank received in my mobile. Recharge not happened till date.

                        Now a days, I am really fed up in using this PAYTM website portal.

                        I have already lost Rs. 50/- last 2 months back. Now it becomes continues from last month Rs.50+50+50 = Rs. 150/-.

                        I have repeadetly written for asking my refund instructions vide your ticket no.[protected] dtd. 17.09.12,[protected] dtd. 20.09.12,[protected] dtd. 28.09.12 and mails.

                        Receiving the request as a nice and deleting as a mice. I am really frustrated.

                        I added Rs.50 to Paytm cash (Order no.[protected] Later I recharged with Rs.10 (Order no.[protected] and also received a mail stating I have Rs.40 remaining in my Paytm cash. But next time i logged in it showed that i did not have any Paytm cash left. Kindly look into this issue.

                                I have paid Rs. 2000/- for recharging my Air tel DTH service (service expires on 30.09.2012)through paytm on 22.09.2012. I have received the payment in my net and the same has been deducted from my account but i am yet to receive any message from Air tel DTH service regarding my recharge done in my account. The account still shows Rs. 139/- only in my account. Please do the needful and recharge my DTH immediately.

                                    I tried to recharge my Tata photon plus from paytm website and one of the amount listed to recharge was of Rs. 999. I selected that and submitted all details of credit card but recharge was unsuccessful. I had read similar complaints for this site some time back but I thought to try it once and sadly I also experienced the similar fate. Money was deducted from my account and now paytm says that it takes around 21 days to refund to my bank account. This is rubbish, I have been using many sites for online shopping and it never took more than 3 to 4 days for any refund in case of similar unsuccessful transaction. In addition to this they do not have any customer care number on which we can call and check. I do not know the way forward, how to get my money back. There is one option of going to consumer court against this site, any other suggestion?

                                        I had recharged me Airtel cell phone with postpaid connection, tried to recharge the phone with an amount of rupees 333X6 times=1998, where as i was a regular user of the above mentioned company Paytm, in the month of last April/May. As it was unsuccesful recharge that amount must be automatically revert to my Andhra Bank amount. I have sent my Bank statement includes proof of above said amount of rs 1988. For first time they were responding me frequently, then all on off a sudden they are mum at my continuous emails.

                                        Now a days there are not even giving any reply to my emails.So kindly take action and do justice to me.
