Dear Sir,

I have been cheated by Paytm.com , B 121, Sector 5, Noida providing online recharge services for DishTV D2H services. I paid the money to recharge my DishTV account # [protected] for one month and paid Rs 255.00 thru my sbi bank account. This was confirmed by the customer care team of Paytm.com that they are in receipt of payments and confirmed that my DishTV account has been recharged with Rs 255.00.

Don't pay to paytm.com. whenever the recharge is not successful, paytm site does not return the money to the bank amount,but holding with them,as if it is a fixed deposit. My money Rs 110 is with them since Dec 2011Mob no [protected]& [protected]
It is an unfair trade practice as per Consumer Protection Act.Will the concerned enforcing authorities look into this matter.

Also paytm site is most vulnerable to hacking...

Paytm.com is a dangerous site. When I recharged my mobile phone[protected] &[protected] in Dec 2011 from this site with my SBI credit card, my CV V,password, card no were hacked by a russian site called DENGI.MAIL.RU. , who did a frudulent transaction of Rs 32,000.SBI has forced me to pay this amount.
There is no response to my several complaints to pay tm site. May be they are hand in gloves with the hacker& acting as a agent...

On July 16 morning, I tried to recharge a no. from PayTM.com with amount Rs. 13 which got failed. I got some response like "Money received from bank but recharge was not successful". After that I found that the money has been credited to my "PayTM Cash" balance. Surprisingly after a few hours it got vanished.

I HAVE RECHARGE DISH TV RS 310 THROUGH PAY TM ON DTD[protected]. THE AMOUNT HAS BEEN CHARGED FROM MY SAVING ACCOUNT OF S.B.I BANK VIDE REF NO. my central bank of india credit card [protected] debited twice with rupees 1000 each on 21/07/2012 at 22.19hours and 22.29 hours but my tataphoton plus data card number [protected] was not credited with the amount. the order numbers are 43517079 and 43517726. please see that my credit card is credited with rupees 2000 being the online fail transaction amount.

I recharged my tata sky dth with 301 rs today, but I dint received recharge amount and 251 rs is deducted to my credit card.
Order details are as follows:-
16-jul[protected] recharge of rs301 for tata sky number [protected] 301 payment failure

I DID recharge of rs 301 and in this rs 50 is paid by my paytm cash and rs 251 is paid by my credit card, and as I can see my paytm cash is only rs 150....

On 12th july, 2012, i had three consecutive prepaid
recharge transaction of Rs.333 each for the mobile number [protected] from
www.paytm.com website. But unfortunately, the mobile recharge has been failed and
Rs.999 debited from my SBI account no. #########8455. Please refund Rs.999
into my account as soon as possible and revert back for the same.
