Paytm Mobile Solutions — fastag not dispatched even after 10 days | |
Hi, I ordered two fastag for my family on november 30th. Order number: [protected] and Order number: [protected]. While placing both order, it was mentioned clearly that it will be delivered within 7 days. After placing the order it shows that dispatch date would be 7th of december and will be delivered on 16th december. They dis not dispatch the item on 7th. On 8th dispatch date was updated as 9th december. Till date it's not yet shipped. Unable to reach paytm support as they are busy all the time. Even at morning 3am i had to disconnect the call after 30 minutes. There is no refund or return policy for fastag. So how do i get my fastag or the money back? Was this information helpful? | |

I made a purchase of 79 rs two times for 180 Uc.. Purchase failed and money deducted.. Refund not yet given back... Please solve my issue n refund

Using pubg mobile unknown cash purchased was failed. There in no refund cash was credited in my account last 4 days.
