I transferred rs.1, 000/= towards fastag recharge amount, on 3.1.2020, from my account with axis bank. My bank statement shows the amount as having been duly debited to my account, and credited to beneficiary (Yourselves) on same day.

The said amount has not been appearing in available balance in my wallet. However, the same is duly appearing as "success" transaction in my wheelseye app on the mobile.

Please arrange to credit the amount to my wallet immediately.

Bymistakely my dad ordered fastag for thrice and also paid money for it, as paytm got stuck in between. We want our money refund for 2 orders. Please help me as payment customer care executive number i dont have.

    My paytm account [protected] has been hacked by [protected] and my email id has been changed by the hacker and is using for money transfer and mobile recharge and my upi id and my bank cards are linked to my paytm account so i request you to recover my account as soon as possible.

        Got fraud from a random person amounting rs39390 from paytm throughy debit card of yes bank my account number is [protected] he call me at 4:48 and tell me that you kyc of paytm got expired then he tell me to download a app called teamviewer quick support and i ask me about its i'd firstly i don't even know about this app and then he tell to transfer 10 rs from my bank account to paytm then he suddenly control my device with that app and debited the money amounting 39390 mobile number of frauder is [protected]

          I made a transaction on paytm mall link for a cell phone. My money got deducted and got the reference code but the link now is not getting opened. Please help with the refund. This was with the name of great Indian sale. The money got deducted from paytm wallet.

            I was delivered a product (Leather jacket) amounting rs. 7000 without brand tags on it and had no brand packaging.. When i raised a request to return the product, paytm did not cross verify the seller and check cctv footage before the product was dispatched, instead paytm glagged my account and providing no reply and no resolution.. Paytm is biased with the seller.. I had a conversation directly with the seller and seller confirmed they sell products without brand tags, but paytm is not helping to resolve this and flagged my account without investigation

              Hi,

              Purchase date : 22/11/2019
              Company : paytm
              Item : fastag
              Location : bengaluru
              Issue : wrong item delivered
              Latest query ref no:[protected]

              Since govt has mandated to have fastag for all vehicles by dec 1st, i had placed an order for fastag through paytm on 22nd november 2019 for my car.
              I received the courier on 28th november. And to my shock, the barcode on the courier recieved, and the barcode on the paytm app for the fastag was mismatching.

              And on 6th december money got deducted (Rs.230) from my fastag account for using the fastag in vadodra toll plaza. When my car is actually present in bengaluru.
              I informed the same to paytm through their 24x7 service in app. I never got a proper respone from them.
              After so much waiting in the toll free number on 6th december, i got hold of a customer care executive and explained the issues.
              And they promised to solve the issue within 24-48 hours. And the above ref. No: was generated. And i provided all the information asked by the team.

              Even after multiple follow ups, till now, the paytm team has not done anything to solve the issue. And it has been a complete mental torture for me.
              And loss of my money.

              To add to my frustrations, paytm team closes the case saying "your fastag has been succefully delivered".

                I have purchase fastag from paytm on 14 dec was received on 19 dec. But it was inactive hence i have raise complainant through cust ser by sms but no responce received. I call on tollfree no after 2- 3calling my fastag balanace shown in wallet. When saw the details br cd of fastag was mismatch. Again i call to tollfree no. Suggested to closed the active fastag & refund received rs.400 n purchase new 1 @ rs. 500. What about my loss of rs.100. & mentaly harassment. I want raise complainant against paytm for all this n want compensation for the same.

                    Fraudulent transactions of approximately rs.1.5 lacs was done by a person with the name paytm customer care support who called from mobile number [protected] on my number registered with paytm, stating to update my kyc on 31.12.2019. He asked me to login to an app and then carried out all the fraudulent transactions. Immediately i tried to lodge a complaint with paytm but could not connect with the customer care support inspite of trying to call several times. Subsequently, i tried to lodge this complaint with paytm customer care to stop these fraudulent transactions on 01.01.2020. They registered my complaint under ticket number:[protected] but refused to provide any email of our conversation for the same. On 5th jan. 2020, i again called paytm customer care to check the status of my complaint. After such long hours of waiting to connect with the customer care, i was able to connect; but unfortunately there was no progress in the investigation of my complaint. I requested to talk to the manager and requested him to notify the status through email, but he refused to send me any email stating they do not send emails to customers and provide all the information on their paytm app only. My money is lost and these people are showing grave negligence. Please look into my matter, i am suffering lot as this was my only salary savings.

                      I book the online fast tag in paytem november delivery date is show the first november28. But delivery the december 16 th i do the daily msg and call but not reply the castmer care people. Daily told 48 hours clear the complaint is told but not coming fast tag after december 16 the delivery the fasttag. That fast tag is block list show the tool plaza but my mobile vallet is 300 rupe balence is thire active is show car number is corect but not working. I give the 10 time comliant after sending the one link. Book the another logo charged the 100 rupe janavary 1st is show the delivery date. Everyday move the delivery date still not deliveryed. Daily do the fighting tool plaza people. Pay the cash in 30 to 40 minits waiting. I am a taxi driver every day lass the 1000 rupe is every tool plaza and airpot tool waiting time. Tool people is told the paytem fast tag is not working pay the cash. What i do sir. Really bad service i face the problem pls take the actions refund my lass amount.
                      I got 1 message regarding paytm kyc, it seems like a fake so plz check and take necessary action against it . The details in the message stating below:-

                      Dear PAY2TM customer your pa2ytm K2YC has been susp2ended off2ice pH [protected] immedi2ately.your ac2count will block within 24hr.Thank you PAY2TM TEAM.

                          Otdered fastag from paytmmall (Paytm.com) on dec 22nd, 2019. The fasttag got delivered in 4-5 days. But it is not activated. Called the paytm fastag helpdesk 10 times. Went through to an agent only once in 10 days. Submitted all the documents (Rc copy, fastag bar code, vrn) many times but nothing works. Their call centre rep say she can't help. [protected]@paytm.com has gone silent. Query is not resolved and is being closed without any action. Need refund or activation of the tag.

                          I ordered fasttag for my car on 1st Dec. It's been 22 days and Paytm has not delivered it yet. There is no way to cancel the order.                             Sir, on 14th dec 2019 i make a payment for rs 555 for jio recharge by using amazon upi and rs555 is debited from my account and i also receive cash back but jio operator denies that they don't get any amount related with my reference no. Providede by amazon upi. And recharge is not given to me i continuously contact with both bank and operator but they just can't help me.

                              I purchased audiotechnica ath m 50x headphones worth 13, 999 from paytm on 26 dec 2019 and were delivered on 30 dec 2019. Upon opening the product box itself there were two invoices inside (Paytmmall order id :[protected] and [protected]) and on checking the headphones it was defective (Right earpiece wasn't working). So, i requested for replacement which was denied because as per paytm policy they only replace physically damaged or wrong product delivered. So, i wa told to wait for two days and they will look into it and i waited for two days and then i called them again as there was no response from them and upon calling them they denied that i did tell them about two invoices and told me that two invoices might be due to a mistake. So, i called them again and asked for details of order id [protected] (Not mine) and they told me that it was ordered on 13 sep 2019 and was returned by the buyer because it was defective. Now, instead of giving that product for repair or replacement to manufacturer or seller they sold it to me and now they are telling me that it is my responsibility to get it replaced or repaired. Why? I want refund or replacement done by paytm itself.

She select the item when selecting the item payment page directly going to paytm and we got message from bank your 3999 debited like that. But untill now no updation where is the money where is the product like that. When we are booked item we got a order id and sms also but after that no response no updation. Its happened januvary 1st

                                        I got fastag from paytm on 19th dec - 2019 and from 21st dec-2019, they started deducting money and shown i have visited various tolls but truth is i didn't apply fastag yet on my car and paytm deducted rs 865 from different transactions. Report of paytm showing i have visited toll plazas actually my car was parked at home that time and fastag is still not pasted on it. After multiple requests to paytm 24x7 help center, they are asking again and again same information, rc copy, transactions screenshot, fastag barcode etc.

                                        Please help me to get resolution of this.
