Paytm is a big fraud company. It has violated rbi rules and now blocking customer's accounts to eat up all their hard earned money. I have a paytm account with number [protected]. They suddenly blocked my account without telling any reason.

When i contacted them they asked for my documents and i sent all the documents and their 24x7 customer support is a white lie. They don't provide support for 24x7. They reply you back in 2-3 days. Sometimes they don't even reply.

My money is blocked in my account and they people are again asking for the documents i have already provided.

Vijay shekhar sharma seems to have lost his sense as the company is running in losses. I would request all people to stop using paytm.

    Complaint:
    - fastag delivered in 12 days time, promised time was 3~4days
    - fastag bar code not activated
    - fastag bar code not in manage fastag section of paytm app.
    - despite 5 calls to customer service, 3 times email to paytm care fastag not activated and does not show in manage fastag section.

    I am unable to use fastag, paytm support is not helping resolve issue. I would appreciate if someone can help get paytm to activate fastag or guide me to government service where i can get my fastag activated.

    I do not recommend to buy paytm fastag. Instead visit toll and get activation done on the spot.

    The complaint was resolved after several follow up with customer service team. It takes a good attender to understand the issue and resolve it. Pls. focus on training the employee well, groom them well on handling issues.

      I just bought a new fastag from paytm and they have registered it with wrong vehicle number i tried connecting there customer service several times but there service really poor no one picks up the call and there 24×7 chat service is also poor i raised the complained on 3 Dec 2019 and they replied me on 22 Dec 2019

      Kindly take some strict action against this paytm service and and help me out disconnecting my fastag, looking forward to hear from you soon.

        I booked bus from paytm bus on 21st December 2019. Called paytm after booking confirmation and service operator. Below are my booking details as below

When I operator he said it is wrong number at 10pm on the same date. Paytm gave me alternate number and called operator ([protected]) he said we are not running at that time and also we are not running services with paytm. Paytm executive said me to take alternative at that time and paytm will take action against operator and process refund.
        After 2 days I received mail that have paytm submitted the cash back request to operator as follows...
        "Regarding your query with Paytm Care (Reference No.:[protected]" after 2 days I received the mail again "Your request for full refund on journey dated[protected] has been declined by Lokeswari Travels. We regret the inconvenience caused. Please note that refund policies are determined solely by bus operators. You may reach Lokeswari Travels for further clarification. Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance. "
        After many called paytm said we can't provide refund.

          I have paid the electricity bill with order number [protected] on date 26 dec, 2019

          I am not interested for the insurance said above in the subject. Kindly cancel the "home burglary insurance" of rs. 1 lac for rs. 15 which added by default, it is ticked in check box automatically. I also request you to refund ₹ 15/- into my bank account or paytm wallet.

            I have purchased paytm fastag and fixed in car one time i can able ro use it in toll but after two time i can not pass through in tolls and showing blacklisted eventhough i have balance in my wallet and have balance of about 200rs. I chewin two times but both times it showed like this and also does not showa any transaction details i am very disappointed with this i need to solve this immediately
            Purchased Fastag from Paytm. It recognises on Pune Banglore highway while going through Khed Shivapur, Anewadi and Tadawade toll plazas. However, on return journey suddenly it starts showing as BLACKLISTED at same toll plazas even it has sufficient balance. I don't get any satisfactory answer on this as of now. Hence raising this complaint. Poor service from Paytm.

              This is with reference to two flight tickets that i booked on paytm. I was eligible for a 1000 rs cashback on next flight if i book a flight ticket. There were no other tnc written. When i booked the first ticket some other offer was automatically applied without my knowledge. Guess what i got a 10 percent movie cashback voucher upto rs 222. Obviouslt this was absurd as you easily get 25-40% on bookmyshow. So i booked another ticket to get 1000 cashback. This time i got it but the voucher is valid on international booking only. Nothing like this was mentioned before booking the tickets. I unedrstand that paytm played me but while booking both these tickets i was suppose to get uber 50% voucher for airport but i have only got it for one of my booking that too after following multiple times on twitter and customer care. Another voucher is still missing. Everytime i raise the issue they say they are looking it on priority and close the case the moment after.
              I appeal to all here that stop using paytm. If you find a deal on paytm which interest you let me know and i will find a better deal for you elsewhere and for free. Not to mention early this year i had to complaint to rbi ombudsman as i was a victim of cyberfraud on paytm and paytm never assisted me properly to get my money back. #paytmisdaku

                On 12 Oct 19 I had made purchases at Big Bazaar in Ambience Mall Gurgaon. While purchasing a big bazaar voucher of Rs 5000 amount got debited from Paytm app linked to mobile number [protected] but neither was voucher credited nor amount. Complaint done both with Paytm and bank. Bank reported Paytm denying transaction.

                I have not received any call from Paytm nor am I able to lodge a complaint with them or have any contact details of customer care. Request to raise the level of complaint as it has been 5 months without any progress on the complant. Your intervention is deeply soughted in todays age of digital fraud where the culprits are anonymous persons. It is quite likely these are being carried out with inside help from people working with these service providers like Paytm. I have submitted all proof to ICICI bank also but they refuse to act on it. Kindly escalate at your level.

                  I ordered Titan watch and received different model of Titan and now they not accept my return request also not give any proof for him mistake . Service is very poor and management is third class i suggest all plz not use paytm for shopping and all they cheated us.

                    I had a placed a rot maker online in paytm,

                    It was delivered.
                    For my surprize the item was very weak and small in size than mentioned in images.

                    When i placed a replacement/refund,
                    They didnt came for pickup and marked it as product damaged by user and not taking the return.

                    I raised a ticket with paytm care but no proper response from them

                      The same thing happened to me couple of days ago.. There was more than rs.500 in my paytm wallet when my paytm issued fasttag stopped working. I was travelling through successive toll gates. Didn't have a problem with the first 8 gates.. The next few gates showed my tag to be blacklisted. I tried topping with another 500, and waited for 30 minutes before passing through the next gate. The tag was blacklisted even after having 1000+ in my paytm wallet. This was such a hassle as number of vehicles piled up after me. Raised a ticket with customer care.. Waiting a to hear from them.. Its been two days and no response from them yet.

                        Tried calling up Paytm cus. care no but recd no response. Order Id [protected] DTD 29/11/19
                        I want to modify fast tag ordered by me. By mistake the regn number mentioned is MH12AT1950 but it should be MH16AT1950.
                        I have mailed RC COPIES & FASTTAG CODE BAR MANY A TIMES
                        Request them to update VRN to MH16AT1950 ONLY.

                        Thankfully i have received a confirmation from PayTM that the VRN of my car is changed.
                        But the VRN in the app isn't changed as yet as a result i still can't use it. The correct VRN is MH16AT1950 still needs an updation in the app and the customers care team isn't responding positively.

                          Hi my friend rahul transferred me money from paytm payments bank upi to me but the amount is not credited in my account and then i have contacted sender bank (Paytm payments bank) regarding this matter they took 5 days to confirm from axis bank that amount is credited or not as the end paytm payments bank given me report that the amount 4300₹ is credited into axis bank account no.[protected] but axis bank is saying they don't received any amount from this upi reference number[protected] at other side paytm payments bank is saying they successfully credited but i don't received amount till now i also shared my bank statement with both banks but they're still referring each other at the end my money is stuck which i needs badly i suffering from last few days for my own money but this companies are not giving any resolution consumer forum is my last hope please help me out from this i also attached proof and i'm also sharing npci (National payment corporation of india) which proof of transaction screenshot given by paytm payments bank.

                            I have ordered fastag from paytm on 22 nov-19.. With order no: [protected]... Got msg on 2nd dec that order delivered, but i still not get any parcel. After that the paytm site also showing the order as delivered.
                            I contact to courier services for the inquiry... After 10 days they told me that thay lost the parcle... Meanwhile i have contact to paytm through calls & messages and every time i contact to customer care they answer to wait fro next 48 hr. From last 20 days i still not given any solution.
                            Even i have confirmed them the names of relevant persons in courier services to contact for parcel lost... But no one is bothering about solution.

                              I had paytm app on my mobile since 2017 and got kyc done then. but suddenly last month message started appearing - "complete your kyc", when i wanted to transact like make payment to vendors thru mobile no. so i tried giving my PAN no for kyc, but every time there was a error message stating " server is taking too long time to respond". later visited nearby kyc store and when the person checked on his computer, it showed kyc completed. and i called their 3rd rate lousy customer care no., which takes ages to speak to some ill-informed staff, who do not know any thing more than - "will check and inform you back sir", later informed that kyc is completed... but there is no answer to the problem of making payments to vendors, which I am still not able to do ... why the hell do we park our money with them... to transactions ... not for paytm to earn interest and make profit on our money deposited with them...these filthy people are very cunning... without revealing their correct contact email ids or details of concerned nodal or appellate authority dealing with customer complaints as mandated by RBI... only the hopeless telephone no... where you never get correct response...and when you login thru laptop or on mobile app, there is no clear contact details given... just takes us for a ride... wasting our time, mobile battery, bytes...

                                The recharge was susscess full & amount has been debited in my paytm sbi linked account

                                  I, Pushpendra Sharma have applied for fastag card on 1st December, 2019 and have paid rs.400 fee through Paytm order No. [protected] (1.42PM) for car no. RJ14VC2972 but we still have not yet received any card or any update for the same. We have been trying to contact customer care but haven't received any help from them.
                                  I contacted customer care via message 3 times but every time replied delivery date changed.
                                  I request either to provide me with the fastag for my car or refund the amount of 400 rs.
                                  Please provide me with solution as soon as possible

                                  Kindly let me know how to solve this problem.

                                      The items ordered through paytm is not delivering on time and no proper response from paytm team. And no more proper resolution from them.. Very poor service to customer.. My hubble request not to buy any product through Paytm.. It's better to opt Amazon, flipkart these shopping sites follow some genuinty.

                                        I am sorry that gati_surface_small courier is taking time to deliver the order [protected].
                                        The courier guaranteed that they will deliver it by 04 dec 2019, but i will ensure it gets delivered within a week.
                                        Further, sorry, we are unable to schedule delivery of your order [protected] at your preferred date and time. Once your order is "out for delivery", the name & contact details of the delivery personnel will be shared on your registered number. You can always coordinate with the courier for the date & time of delivery of your choice for your order.

                                        These are the messages we got from them and finally after 18 days of prolonging the issue now they cancelled the product without any intimation and when we tried calling they are not giving proper response we want the product or refund with compensation not simply sorry.

                                        I will pay the loan amount 1749rs by net banking by debit card. Amount will deducted by corporation bank. Loan amount not reach the idfc bank.
