We ordered kitten food on 25th november 2019, and it should be delivered on 28th november 2019 but since then they are delaying saying all stories, and courier person he is saying they are in strike about salaries issue so they dont delivry the product but he informed the paytm service that customer mobile not reachable, door locked and when we raised an issue regarding this we go reply as

I am sorry that gati_surface_small courier is taking time to deliver the order [protected].
The courier guaranteed that they will deliver it by 04 dec 2019, but i will ensure it gets delivered within a week.
Further, sorry, we are unable to schedule delivery of your order [protected] at your preferred date and time. Once your order is "out for delivery", the name & contact details of the delivery personnel will be shared on your registered number. You can always coordinate with the courier for the date & time of delivery of your choice for your order.

These are the messages we got from them and finally after 18 days of prolonging the issue now they cancelled the product without any intimation and when we tried calling they are not giving proper response we want the product or refund with compensation not simply sorry.
