Hi,

See below transaction details, today had fraudulent with me . you people opened bank account without KYC, using those account fraud people are coming to phone pay google pay and almost all the places there they can do online transactions.

Now can you please help me find the below ### who taken my 20k.

My question for you if you can't find the person who taken my money ..
then don't open PAYTM bank. that is LEADING such fraudulent activity.

      I contacted paytm they open query and close query but nothing resolved if I made payment via paytm it’s paytm responsibility to ask airtel or update why payment not showing on airtel kindly resolve my problem

        Sir, main ne Ek I phone 7 buy kiya tha paytm se but paytm walo ne mujhe mic kharap wali I phone de diya. I phone se baat nahi Ho pati hai, saamne Wala person ko mera awaj sunai Nahi deta. Last 18.12.2019 se paytm se baat chal rahi hai replacement Kara do but they not responding. Or I phone ki charger ki jaga mujhe normal android charger de diya. Refund Kara do mera paise

              While adding Rs350/- to Uber Paytm wallet through netbanking, amount debited to the bank account but not added to Uber Paytm wallet and not reflecting in Paytm wallet.kindly do the needful to add the amount to Uber Paytm wallet or refund the amount.

                I have purchased many product from Paytm website and every product they provide the cash back offer on Paytm wallet so i have very good amount on my Paytm Wallet but due to some error "Your account is temporarily blocked for login" I can’t login my account or i can't use my Paytm wallet.
                Last 2months i am continuing email to Paytm team but nobody solved my problem till now.

                i tried to call them in different number but no one can pick up the phone and no reply or no call from Paytm team side.
                I am very disappointing for this type of support and services provided by Paytm Team to the customer, Please help me to solve my problem

                    I had ordered fastag on 17th dec through paytm app, which delivered on 21st dec but to my surprise it was without my vehicle number registered on it. I was shocked to know that it is just a blank fastag without any vehicle details on it.

                    Immediately, i called customer care and complained against it, on which i was assured to solve within 48 hours, i. E. By 23rd, but didn't receive any update. Then, when i followed up, i was asked to wait for 72 hours, however it's all in vain. Yesterday, when i again reached out to paytm care, i have been promised that it will be activated by 30th dec. I am pretty sure it will not be done by tomorrow, and don't understand whom should i write regarding this issue.

                    I had and have plans go out of town but without fastag i didn't able to go. I kept calling and following up but till now it has not been addressed at all. I request to please look into this issue and help me provide resolution at the earliest, or if it's not possible then please ask to cancel the order and refund my money back.

                      Paytm has blocked my account from 5-6 days without any reason. I tried to contact them from their message service and Twitter but never got satisfactory reply from their side. Recently I ordered a paytm card which can't be activate due to blocked account. I'm totally frustrated with paytm.

                        I habe ordered product on 24th december 2019 up till today, i was harrassed by support people as they were changing shipping and delivery dates, now my order has not been delivered. They even promised on a express delivery still no response form them. Till today i am stilk waiting for the order confirmation.

                        I had called each day for the update, still no response, i have paid the amount and still no order. This is second time the issue occurred, pay them and waste my time calling them.

                        They are not taking responsibility. My patience level is to the roof.

                        I was promised order wilk be delivered on 29th december 2019 due to delayed dispatch. But still false responses.

                        Please help, i am being cheated here.

                          My name is ganesh shankar. I ordered a suit for my wife from paytm and it was not of the mentioned description and size. I wanted to return it, but paytm has rejected my return request with no reason mentioned, no customer email id to contact further. I need to get my refund of rs.2787 back to my account.
                          Could someone please help me.

                          i called to paytm care and they approved the return request. Then courier guy picked it on scheduled date and returned money back.
                          Sir i bought for a trimmer for 12 feb 2021 for paytm but the trimmer is not working so i apply for a return request but paytm rejected my application without any reason please help me for approved my application of refund request and take up my order and refund my money of 279 rs in my bank account because money is valuable thank you

                          I've placed a return request for my product as I received a defective one. It was approved but on the scheduled date I couldn't answer the first call of the pick up executive but later when I called him back I've got no response. Later the return request got rejected the reason mentioned was that I was not available for pickup. I want to return my product.

                                Paytm and quick support
                                I got a call and a sms to complete paytm kyc, he offered to help me online. He asked me for quick support download and then asked me for the id when i gave him quick support id he asked me to issue rs.10 paytm voucher, i realised something was fishy i immediately uninstalled quick support
                                And i raised a online query on paytm website as no one was picking at customer care. At the same time my paytm wallet got empty without my approval. Now when i am asking paytm to reverse it they are asking for approval from in whose account it has gone. Why will that person give approval to reverse. Paytm needs to do some more investigation and reverse me my lost money 2611-

                                [protected] is the number from where i got the call which still seems to be working and doing same fraud with others

                                    Paytm is a big fraud company. It has violated rbi rules and now blocking customer's accounts to eat up all their hard earned money. I have a paytm account with number [protected]. They suddenly blocked my account without telling any reason.

                                    When i contacted them they asked for my documents and i sent all the documents and their 24x7 customer support is a white lie. They don't provide support for 24x7. They reply you back in 2-3 days. Sometimes they don't even reply.

                                    My money is blocked in my account and they people are again asking for the documents i have already provided.

                                    Vijay shekhar sharma seems to have lost his sense as the company is running in losses. I would request all people to stop using paytm.

                                      - fastag delivered in 12 days time, promised time was 3~4days
                                      - fastag bar code not activated
                                      - fastag bar code not in manage fastag section of paytm app.
                                      - despite 5 calls to customer service, 3 times email to paytm care fastag not activated and does not show in manage fastag section.

                                      I am unable to use fastag, paytm support is not helping resolve issue. I would appreciate if someone can help get paytm to activate fastag or guide me to government service where i can get my fastag activated.

                                      I do not recommend to buy paytm fastag. Instead visit toll and get activation done on the spot.

                                        I just bought a new fastag from paytm and they have registered it with wrong vehicle number i tried connecting there customer service several times but there service really poor no one picks up the call and there 24×7 chat service is also poor i raised the complained on 3 Dec 2019 and they replied me on 22 Dec 2019

                                        Kindly take some strict action against this paytm service and and help me out disconnecting my fastag, looking forward to hear from you soon.
