I refilled my uts app r-wallet with rs.100 through paytm then through upi using google pay application. Money has been debited from my bank account but the wallet balance still shows rs.0.
I checked paytm for the transaction but it doesn't shows any transaction, neither failed nor successful. It doesn't even mentioned it. Whereas on google pay its shows the transaction is successful.

I want my money back

    Dear sir / madam,

    I made three transactions of rs. 999/-, rs. 1399/- and rs. 2799/- on 20/09/2019 for procuring mobile hand sets. My money have deducted but no confirmation received from the vendor. I raised a complain to the sbi for deduction of the money from my credit card. However, i received a email from the credit card authority about the confirmation of received money by m/s paytm mobile solutions private limited. Credit card authority provided me the details of my payment as per the attached details. M/s paytm mobile solutions private limited has neither confirmed about the payment received by them nor they send me the ordered mobile handsets.

    View above, i would like to request you kindly to refund all the payment made against m/s paytm mobile solutions private limited.

      Paytm not closing my paytm account even after multiple requests even after 2 months. I placed on customer care by message as well as phone. The reply only after on week with silly answers like they had forwarded to concerned team.
      Now i am fed up with these useless paytm monkeys sitting as customer care agents. Poor service of paytm. Paytm is a nightmare if you need any customer care assistance if something goes wrong. I had not experienced such a worst customer service in my life.
      Main drawbacks of customer service of paytm are
      1. Never reply or delayed reply after 5-6 days, that too silly useless answers
      2. Never understand the problem or need of customer
      3. Always send cut and paste answers only, a bunch o[censored]neducated bufoons are operating the paytm customer care.

        I got a phone from paytm on november 1 iphone x 64 gb (Refurbished) as the phone was defective i raised a request and complained regarding this. And i have asked for a solution because i was not having any spare phone i was in trouble please help me out. No response they are simple saying we can’t give the refund or replace on the same time. It is there mistake they should understand our problems also. I have complete phone data how can i give this without taking up the back up.

          I was trying to book bus tickets, when payment option came i opted for paytm as i had money in my wallet. The money was deducted to general micro sites (Rs.2600) and my ticket was also not booked.

          When i asked the bus service they said that they have not received any bus booking nor did i get a ticket. Paytm says that contact the merchant. What should i do now?

          My money is not with paytm
          Not with me
          Not with bus travels
          Its with general microsites
          And i don’t know where to go for help.

          I looked in google, all i saw was other consumer complaints regarding general microsites. That’s when i got to know that i have been frauded. Please help me here.

            Received call on 30/10/2019 from +91 [protected] number and said calling from hdfc bank for payback balance and verification. They asked the detail and deducted amount many times before realizing that its a fake call. Some transaction to paytm and one transaction to mobikwik.

              I ordered a product worth of 12k from site and received another product. On this basis i have raised a return request, team rejected it simply stating we sent what ever u ordered infact they did not.

              By keeping aside my personal schedule i was regularly following up with team from past 15 days asking for refund/replacement but i did not get either of it. They simply rejected by putting down the consumer. I lost money, time and my peace of mind just coz of paytm.
              I was one of the good consumer to this site now i ask/state people don't go with this site as it's just stealing consumers money under the name of e-site paytm

              I need my money/replacement for this product. Otherwise i don't hesitate to go some more further for it as i already invested so much time now i am not gonna take a back

                I tried to add money to wallet through card, entered otp and money got deducted. But transaction failed. I raised a ticket but they say no money is deducted but bank statement says deducted towards paytm. I have transaction i'd, bank statement. I don't know what's wrong with paytm. It hasn't happened for first time.. As first time amount was less i left the issue this time it's a big amount

                  Crompton aura prime 1200 mm ceiling fan - himalayan grey, pack of 2.

                  Date of purchase - 10 oct 2019

                  Order amount - rs 4500

                  I purchased this product from paytm mall, was delivered on 12 oct. It was delivered in box shabbily packed. When i opened the box, to my surprise, only one fan was in it. The second fan was missing.

                  I further quickly checked through that one box, found the fan was broken with multiple scratches on fan blade. I immediately raised an alert to paytm through query no.[protected] asking to return the box and refund money.

                  To date, i am still waiting for refund and resolution to this query. I am attaching pictures of box and fan for your reference.

                  I have received an email from paytm regarding inability to refund due to following reasons:

                  We regret to inform you that the return request of crompton aura prime 1200 mm ceiling fan - himalayan grey, pack of 2 has been rejected. Our seller carried out the quality check of the returned product and rejected the return as

                  · the items returned was tampered

                  · all in box inclusions (Freebies and accessories) were not returned

                  · the price tags, original packing, invoice and the label tags of the item were missing

                  The reason for rejection is unknown as the item is lying at home and not taken back as on date.

                  The reasons in email from paytm are atrocious with no factual content.

                  First of all, paytm delivered one fan instead of two.

                  Secondly, one fan delivered was also damaged

                  Thirdly, paytm has audacity to come back and say no refund of product due items tampered when return is still pending

                  I have also been told by paytm that my account has been flagged by system for abusing of transaction policies. I am mind boggled to hear this kind of fraud allegations without any details of abuse.in case, my account is flagged how am i still able to use my account without any issues? No communication has ever been put forward before i raised issue regarding the product delivered. How does it authorize paytm to keep my money without any prior communication?

                  It is unjust, unfair and maligned practice with a maligned intention of not returning money.

                  I immediately demand the reasons for flagging of account when i have been using paytm since last 3 years? As a consumer i have rights to ask what is the policy i have breached.

                  I have been following up on this issue since one month with no resolution. This is a harassment.

                  I immediately demand refund for this product failing which i am filing court case against paytm.

                    2 bus ticket booked for mjt travels to 30/10/19, via paytm at 18.10.19. But bus got cancelled by mjt they informed me via phone call [protected]. No message or mail came from paytm or mjt. When i call back the operator for refund he said that refund had given. So i raised the complaint (Ticket) at paytm 30.10.19. So far refund not given. Refund amount is 735×2. Bus route is aranthangi to chennai. Bus booking id is [protected]. Quarry reference no[protected].

                    As I was on leave, I informed wish master to come and collect the return item on other day, but I got message that return request is rejected by wish master and the reason mentioned was that items was tampered.
                    Please re-enable my return request and take actions on wish master.

                      I booked a train ticketon 15 october 2019 from borivali to ahmedabad to travel on 1 november 2019

                      For some reason i had to cancel my ticket

                      So i cancel my ticket on 30 october 2019

                      They sent me an email saying that the refund has been initiated

                      Its been 6 day that i have not received any amount in my account

                      So i go to my bank to see if there is any problem my bank told me that they have not received any response from paytm

                      So they tell me to get a utr number (Unique transaction reference number. It is used for identifying a particular transaction in india. It is a unique number that is generated for recognizing any fund transfer and is created by the bank that facilitates the transfer.)

                      Paytm sends me this number

                      Telling me that this is the reference number that they have received form my bank

                      I am a very long paytm user and i have dome many transaction on this platform it is very hard for me to understand how ridiculous there customer care service is there is no number that can directly contact you to any customer car representative

                      Any from paytm reading it please help me out with this

                        We had made a purchase in brand factory kukatpally branch hyd for rs.2400 for which paytm refund of 20percent was offered iam. Yet to receive the money inspite of repeated mails to the company no response or action has been taken very unprofessional way of please do not cheat us refund my cashback which is promised to asap to me dint know how many times i hav to complain to get my money back its already a month since i have purchased i hav also attached the photo of my bill payment made from mob no [protected] u need to give me my cash back as applicable n promised do not cheat me

                          On 29 October 2019 during night 10.35pm one offer came on mobile. The offer was on Amazon Web portal purchasing a laptop a link was provided by merchant through Paytm, Hence payment was made on 29 October 2019. However, we didn't get the confirmation of product. The merchant is not responding and Paytm is not sharing the details of merchant. We are requesting about this issue. Transaction details are available.

                            The Paytm first credit card of Citibank has been delivered to me but it's not reflecting the latest status on the Paytm app.
                            Unable to redeem any offers related to the card. Could you please check this issue on priority as the status still stuck on KYC.

                              Hi,
                              I have transferred rs. 15000 to an allahabad account through paytm from an axis bank account by mistake. So i again transferred the same amount to axis bank account from allahabad bank account. But, in both the cases the receiver haven't received any money yet and the amount has been debited from the respective account, and the upi transactions are seeing as successful in paytm. The upi reference id for both the transaction are[protected] and[protected].

                              Sorry, one of the UPI reference number is[protected]. In both the cases, I transferred the money to Axis Bank, the amount got debited from Allahabad account but it has not been credited to Axis Bank account.

                                I am trying to add money to my paytm wallet from my debit card but its giving me the error "transaction declined by the bank" even though i recently deposited money in my bank account and i also have the kyc. Please give me an update what should i have to do to resolve the issue if anything is wrong or need to be done from my part. Kindly address this issue as soon as possible as i pay alot using paytm.

                                  I have booked bus tickets from mumbai to vadodara through paytm with pnr no.50067.
                                  After checking with bus operator, i have been informed that bus is not running in this route.
                                  Immediately, i have complaint to paytm regarding this issue and they given 7 days timeline for resolution.
                                  Paytm have informed that my refund has been declined by bus operator.
                                  I recharged a jio number with amazon pay UPI attached to my paytm payment bank
                                  With upi reference no.[protected]
                                  but it failed so money is restored but not added to my paytm payment bank

                                    I have received call from unknown number on 18th oct dated at 2 o clock who said he is from paytm and he asking to update kyc then after the person said download quick support he will update my kyc but with the help of quick support he has hacked my paytm account and then he changed my paytm number. And i had complaint to paytm regarding the same but till no response and now the hacker is doing transaction from my paytm number. Kindly take action against to hacker till now he has hacked so many paytm accounts.
                                    I have ordered magnam Homewares cloth dryer on 20 Oct. And product which was delivered on 26 Oct is different from what I have ordered.

                                      How can we thank you paytm since you are playing bad business games with the customers?
                                      Why have you removed the paytm wallet option for paying the electricity bills from your website?
                                      And that paytm wallet option to pay the electricity bills is available on electricity website?
                                      And if the bills are paid from the electricity website using paytm wallet option, than paytm charges their commission on that bill amount. So to earn that commission you have removed the option to use the paytm wallet to pay the bills on your website.
                                      Such a bad move.
