I purchased an item worth 3999 but didn't received the item
While i contacted the bank seeking information about my purchase they said that the money was successfully transferred to times of money limited
Either i want my money back or the item i purchased
While i tried to directly contact the company i send a complaint and they never responded to it
I hope my complaint will be resolved as soon as possible

        I had ordered a paytm fastag with order id: [protected] on 4th dec and it was delivered on 14th dec 2019. Now when received the tag i found out that there was a bardcode mismatch as the barcode in the sticker was different from the barcode mentioned in the paytm app. For this one day rs 60 was deducted from my account. It was showing that my car no. Went through a toll in haryana but my car is registered at kolkata. So this was a complete mess. I called the paytm customer support and told them about the issue. After 7-10 days they came up with a resolution that they have blocked the old tag and issued a new tag. But till now after 1.5 months since i ordered the fastag i still do not have my correct fastag nor my rs 60 that was incorrectly debited is returned. There is no support from the customer executive team. Paytm fastag is a total mess. This weekend i am going for a road trip with no fastag and still when i call the customer care all they can say is "you query has been raised you will receive a solution shortly".
        I paid 106.90 rs for pan card correction process via net banking. But suddenly page was clossed. But amount got deducted. Not got any reference no from pan card site.

          I have been expecting a refund of my cancelled travel booking since more than a month of an amount of rs.3500 but till date they haven't processed it. On contacting the customer service agent all i get to hear is they are working on it and will be soon processed. On asking for a mail or a contact with the refund team they say they can't do that as well.
          Yesterday at 9pm I went ur authorized center of paytm that is RAJ COMMUNICATION, CHOWK BAZAR, LANKHAL, HARIDWAR, 249408.
          HE charged me 30rs in the name of kyc. I told him that paytm mentioned it's zero fee but in reply he told me that they debit 30ts from his account.
          I paid 106.90 rs for pan card correction process via net banking. But suddenly page was clossed. But amount got deducted. Not got any reference no from pan card site.

            I sed the Fastag in Bengaluru to go and return from the Airport.
            The charge of Rs.90/- each was made for onward and return in spite of rule regarding return on same day. I ended up paying Rs.180/- instead of Rs.135/- !!!

              Hello sir, actually my mobile was stolen and because of which i was tense and at that time my friend suggest me for account block but my account somehow got permanent block and i had 17000 rs.in it so please make it mark and help me to get my money back anyhow. I was not expecting this much to happen as of the thief might revel the account details as well as many imp. Documents so it was necessary to do so. Please make it mark sir
              More than 48 hours gone but complaint no.[protected] &[protected] not solve till time
              No one contact to me from customer care regarding complaint
              Worst customer care services of PAYTM
              On the toll booths my fast tag is showing blacklisted and the agents are telling i don't have enough balance in my Paytm wallet eventhough i have 500+ in Paytm wallet.and 150 in fast tag balance

                Hi i have made two uc purchase in pubg mobile games worth rs79 each but i did not get any uc to my pubg acc but the amount has been deducted from my bank account. Please resolve and refund as soon as possible. The reference number of the transaction are: ref#igahvsajv1 and ref#igahvsaxx8.

                  I have bought paytm fastag on december 2019
                  The fastag is not active till now as on today jan 12
                  Customer service people are worst and they don't have knowledge on how to work on the request
                  Daily i am reaching out to customer service each and every time i am listening to new process, no one knows the right process
                  I have raised multiple request on this and escalated many times
                  I am not able to cancel the fastag also as it is not active they tell once it is active only we can cancel it
                  This is very big money scam that paytm is doing it in the name of fastag
                  They charge 500 rs for 100rs fastag in that 250 they tell as security deposit and they tell will return back once the service is cancelled and the customer s have to maintain 150 rs in paytm wallet,
                  With this from each customer they are having 400rs deposited in their account all the time which comes to crores of money which is a huge scam from paytm in the form of fastag.
                  Request you to kindly take siever action against paytm in doing this.
                  They are looting the customers.

                        When i calll paytm payment bank customer care and choose option for talking to the agent after waiting for 5 mins still the call is not transferred. Again when i called from my jio no. The transferred the ver quickly because charges on it are free. But when i m calling from idea no. the calling is transferred to agent but asked to wait on call because they take charges for calling from idea no.
                        Please anyone from paytm contact me i facing a big problem.

                              I ordered FASTag from PayTM on 27th November 2019 and it was showing that it will be deliver on 30th nov.
                              delivery date was extended by PayTm day by day and in last PayTM marked my order as "Delivered" but it was never delivered to me.

                              I raised complaint to paytm multiple time thorough 24x7 help line and by calling Fastag helpline, their team always asked me to call after 48-72 hours but never resolved my issue.

                                1. Requested Fastag in first week of Dec 2019. Got delivery of fastag.
                                2. but fastag wallet never got activated even after providing all the document multiple times.
                                3. after reaching to paytm fastag customer care no proper response everytime they say we have escalated and all.
                                4. Today is 9th jan I still dont have paytm fastag wallet activated nor i got refund.
                                5. Its so irritating to keep following up.
                                7. Worst ever service by Paytm.

                                  I have ordered PAYTM FAST TAG for my car on[protected] and it was delivered on[protected]. I've been calling paytm help desk to activate this fast tag once in every 3 days but it was not activated ever since.Customer care executives are saying it will be activated in 72 hours but i'm keep on calling PAYTM every 72 hours with NO LUCK.I HAVE NEARLY ESCAPED DEATH at National highway toll plazas as i have to change the line due to inactive fast tag and got mentally sick and traumatised. Every time i reach out to paytm they have been asking me for RC copy and BAR code but NOT ACTIVATING fast tag.MY PAYTM No.[protected]

                                    The paytm mall has flagged my account to not return and replace any of the products purchased from their platform. They have cited the reason that i have misused the fair usage policy and couldn't cite any reason for such a claim.
                                    I have been shopping for paytm mall and a customer for paytm and using the wallet for most of my expenses.

                                    This is really unfair and if they cannot provide return policy and have issues with customer returning the products, they shouldn't be in online business.

                                    Earlier when i raised query, they said, they have by mistake flagged my account and they unflagged it. But it still didn't resolve the issue, so later on they again came and said, we cannot unflag it because of fair usage policy, which is not the actual issue.

                                        It refers to the paytm booking id [protected] & [protected], please note i booked flight ticket from paytm, which pnr is ies8vf & bceqhy (Indigo) respectively. Due to delay departure i cancelled both bookings and as per indigo customer care they confirmed that in this case cancellation charges not applied as flight was rescheduled over two hours delay.
