The paytm mall has flagged my account to not return and replace any of the products purchased from their platform. They have cited the reason that i have misused the fair usage policy and couldn't cite any reason for such a claim.
I have been shopping for paytm mall and a customer for paytm and using the wallet for most of my expenses.
This is really unfair and if they cannot provide return policy and have issues with customer returning the products, they shouldn't be in online business.
Earlier when i raised query, they said, they have by mistake flagged my account and they unflagged it. But it still didn't resolve the issue, so later on they again came and said, we cannot unflag it because of fair usage policy, which is not the actual issue.
HE charged me 30rs in the name of kyc. I told him that paytm mentioned it's zero fee but in reply he told me that they debit 30ts from his account.
