Hello, my name is yash, on 17 nov, i tried to recharge my number through paytm i made 3 transaction that day ie 129, 129, 169
transaction history of first amount ie 129 ( 113+ 16 (16 rs was already in paytm wallet) and third amount ie 169 is mentioned in paytm but not of second amount 129
as these 3 transactioned failed paytm has refunded me 298 ( 129+169 ie which are mentioned in there record

it is clearly mentioned that 129 ( othpg[protected]paytm [protected]) is listed in sbi passbook but there is no presence of it in paytm passbook so they could not able to refuned me this amount
I have book a item on 27th Oct, 2019 but till date i have not recceived my consignement, hence i request you to please refund my payment

    Hi, my order no in paytm is.[protected].
    Order placed successfully on may 1 st. Product dead line to delivery is 14 nov. But totay 19th nov still no progress. I have send more than 10 mails 100 calls.
    Paytm always asking for 24 to 72 hrs. I have never face such a irresponsible customer service ever.
    I need my money back now.

      On 10 oct 2019, as for some reason the paytm wallet recharge was not working within the uber ios mobile app, so i recharged my paytm gift card voucher with rs. 1000 within uber app. The payment wasn't credited within the uber app & i had to pay by cash instead. However, my bank account was deducted by this amount.

      After waiting for a few days, this amount still had not been credited to my paytm gift card, within the paytm or uber app. So i reached out to uber & sent a complaint there. They replied with a few solutions like:
      1. Deleting paytm within uber, restarting phone & then re-adding paytm to payment options.
      2. Installing latest version o[censored]ber & adding a gift code.

      However, none of these solutions worked. I reached out to uber again & they said they do not hold funds kept within paytm wallet or gift card vouchers, & that i should reach out to paytm instead to resolve this issue.

      I have tried numerous times to contact paytm, but there does not seem to be any way to contact them via their website or app! As of today, this amount still has not been credited to my paytm wallet or gift voucher.

      I would like paytm to immediately add the deducted money to my paytm wallet or gift card if they want me to continue using their services. Else, i would like them to refund me the money back to my bank account!

        I have used Paytm gateway to pay a bill on 17 November 2019 and amount 217.70 INR is deducted from bank account and it is not paid to vendor.
        I have checked with vendor they confirmed amount is not received.
        Checked with bank they mentioned it is been paid to paytm.
        Please look on my problem.
        If possible please return my payment to account as soon as possible.
        Please try to understand and give me your early reply. It is very important for me.

          I was using my paytm account from last few months. it was working fine but suddenly i got message from paytm that my account is blocked for login. I had 5680 INR in my account. I tried to call paytm cust service. but ivr wont connect me there. My name is tilak ram and my phone number is [protected]. I email them as well as i raised request on paytm app as well. kindly resolve my issue.
          I have booked mobile payment done by net banking but till date I not received confirmation regarding my order
          I have not ordered anything in domino but my amount has deducted ..I didn't get otp also...my amount 637 was deducted to jubliant reference number [protected]

            I ordered & received Muscleblaze isotonic drink reference Paytm Mall Order #[protected] through Paytm mall & the seller was Bright Life Care itself.
            I did the authenticity check before opening the product and got the verification as well.
            I was shocked after opening the packet. The packet was filled with flour maybe wheat flour.
            Being a regular user of Muscleblaze products, it was happened first time with me.
            I gave complaint to Muscleblaze to which they asked me to contact Paytm being the seller. Now they will play ball game and nobody will take the responsibility.
            I want you to please investigate this matter and find out who did this with my order and help me in getting my money back or replacement with genuine product.
            I am attaching the pics of received product & bill copy as well.

              I made transactions Rs. 2799/- on 10/11/2019 for hotel booking on 11/11/2019 Hotel Urban Key House Gurugram. My money has been deducted from my Paytm wallet and i revived the confirmation mail from Paytm on (date 10/11/2019, 9:32 pm) that my booking is confirmed for 11/11/2019 one presidential suite with accommodation only.
              But when I reached the hotel on 11/11/2019 around 12:00pm. They declined for my booking .
              Staff said that they already communicate to Paytm team they don’t have any room availability for 11/11/2019.
              Since 11/11/2019 daily I am follow-up with Paytm team member for my amount refund but they responded

                Dear sir / madam,

                I made three transactions of rs. 999/-, rs. 1399/- and rs. 2799/- on 20/09/2019 for procuring mobile hand sets. My money have deducted but no confirmation received from the vendor. I raised a complain to the sbi for deduction of the money from my credit card. However, i received a email from the credit card authority about the confirmation of received money by m/s paytm mobile solutions private limited. Credit card authority provided me the details of my payment of rs. 999/- as per the attached details. M/s paytm mobile solutions private limited has neither confirmed about the payment received by them nor they send me the ordered mobile handsets.

                View above, i would like to request you kindly to refund all the payment made against m/s paytm mobile solutions private limited.

                  I have a really big amount in paytm payments bank fixed deposit and when i tried to withdraw the same, i got an error message that your account is blocked and since than i am unable to login.

                  I've tried to contact paytm customer care but can't connect as it doesn't accept my passcode.
                  It doesn't even send me otp
                  It doesn't accept my aadhar number for verification.

                  When i raised complaint#[protected] i got a response that my account has some fraud intimation and i need to contct cybercell jharkhand team, i am unsure why is thrid party being involved in this case, i still wrote to cyber cell and haven't heard back from them.

                  I am left with almost no money with me for the enitre month as all money is stuck in paytm payments bank and since my account shows blocked i cant withdraw the same...

                        I received a call from a number who commits tha he is speaking from paytm then he says to complete your kyc kindly login your id into the link which he has sent through sms otherwise paytm will close my account due to this fear i logged in and the minute i logged in my all money was transferred to a number and in next 5 mins all my paytm savings account money was also transferred total amount 90570 rupees. Now paytm is saying that he is not responsible for this case and police can only do the needful but how can paytm give access to my savings account of paytm which can only be open through passcode which i didn’t entered anywhere. I have all the details name number to which money has been transferred i need serious action urgently my paytm mobile numer [protected]

                          Hi, my name is rishabh soni, paytm mobile no. [protected], my bank is locked i've more around 10k in it, i just received a text message your account is blocked, no proper response is given. I've mailed them, messaged them and tried to call them. But i am not able to speak with customer care, because it stating i entered incorrect adhar no. Which is correct actually. I don't know what to do next, simply we can complain in rbi, few days back i've more than 2 lack in that account. It's not trust worthy, if at that time that happens i'll be stuck with such large amount.

                            I have an issue... That i had borrow a loan amount of 1148 from mpokket... And i repaid it yesterday 13.11.19... With using my online transaction... The paytm noida in... Has taken an amount of 1148 from my account... But it will not give me the confirmation message in my phone... And in my mpokket account it will still show me that the transaction is no done... And payment has also cancelled... Please refund my amount

                              I made a recharge of 100 rupees to my DMRC Metro card through PAYTM App on 01-Nov-2019. After making payment of 100 rupees (54 rupees from paytm wallets and 46 rupees from linked PNB account), a message was popped up which informed me - because of the server was down (DMRC) we are unable to process your requests you can either wait or cancel the recharge for refund.

                              I cancel my recharge for a refund. on the same day, I received my refund amount of rupees 54 in wallets but my 46 rupees which were debited from my Punjab national bank account has not credited till yet.

                              I tried to contact customer care of PAYTM for resolution of these issues but due to very poor services of PAYTM not be able to communicate with them.

                                On 12 nov 2019 at 00:44 am there fraud transactions were done on my paytm a/c [protected] to paytm merchant. Next morning i was shocked to see transactions message. I imedeaty reported this to paytm costumer care. I have never shared otp or password with anyone not clicked on any url. It seems like a security leak at paytm end. As a payment bank paytm must have taken following steps:
                                1. Freeze disputed merchant ac.
                                2. Track the device used to login my paytm
                                Ac.

                                After this shocking incident people in my office and whatsapp friend circle has stopped using paytm. Please do something to restore people faith in cashless economy.

                                    On 2nd of november a suspicious messege from [protected] came on my mobile that "your kyc has been updated successfully in your paytm wallet you will get cashback 1205 in your wallet to get cashback click here link https://fec90f0f.ngrok.io/paytm/" and as i clicked the link it dirrect went to paytm acount and the hacker hackey my password, hacker removed 1218 on 3rd november, 2140 on 10th november and 2153 on 11th, as my paytm wallet is for paying loan and savings i recognised this scam on 11th in just 10 min after the deduction of last transaction, the hacket has used 2 number to remove money [protected] and [protected] and i have complaint it on 11th of november in paytm also they have took the complaint

                                      In september month wallet limit breached that is 10, 000. I raised a complaint and paytm executive told us sir you will get balance in first weak of october month, because your monthly limit has breached. Nothing has been added yet. I registered complaint to paytm in october month also and in this month as well. Everytime they say
                                      Hi! We are currently working to resolve your issue and will get back to you at the earliest. Thanks!
                                      These are my previous complaint number:[protected],[protected],[protected]. Current monthly usage 30 having full limit 9970. Last month that was october having full limit 9980 (No pending payout received yet).
                                      Nothing has done yet 48 days already gone. Please find attachment attached below for your reference. My kyc is valid till 19/04/2020. Still they are not releasing fund to my wallet.

                                      I registered my complaint with consumer forum regarding pending payout issue with paytm on 12 November, and within 7 working days. I got my Complaint resolved. On 15/11/2019 Paytm released 303 pending payout out of 3472, and on 19/11/19 Paytm released remaining 3169 pending payout. Total pending payout received through paytm: 303+3169: 3472, and all the credit goes to Consumer Complaints Forum. Thanks for your Help and Support.

                                      Total pending amount with Paytm: 3472. Pending balance credited to my wallet at 02:00 AM in this morning with rupees 303 out of 3472. Still paytm is not releasing remaining pending payout worth rupees 3169. My Wallet monthly limit before receiving pending payout 30 rupees after receiving pending amount worth rupees 303. My paytm wallet limit goes to 333(Still i can add or receive money to my wallet upto[protected]: 9667). I'm getting emails from paytm team that

                                      last month wallet limit 9980 out of 10000. This month wallet limit 9667 out of 10000. (I can receive and add money in my paytm wallet upto 9667). Monthly wallet limit neither breached in this month nor in previous month that was October.
                                      On 15 November 02:00:25AM only three pending payout received for September month. Total pending pay out:[protected]Pending payout successfully credited to my wallet on 15/11/2019 for September month.)
                                      3169 pending payout pending with paytm (No wallet month wallet limit breached).
                                      Since, the last two months paytm is saying same thing again and again. We will add money to your wallet in next month. After filing complaint with consumer court they released 303 rupees on 15/11/2019. Still they are not releasing remaining pending payout worth rupees 3169. Details already sent above

                                        I made an online payment of Rs 2386.80 towards examination fee on student portal of Bangalore University. The transaction failed but amount was debited from my Axis Bank Account to PAYtm. I called Axis customer care, they stated that the amount has been transferred to PAYTm.

                                        However, no receipt was issued and we had to remit fee once again through Student portal for the candidate before the expiry of deadline for remitting exam fee.

                                        Till date no refund has come to my SB account from PAY tm

                                        Therefore please advise Paytm to refund the amlount of Rs.2386.80 debited to my Axis Bank account, without furthetr delay.
