Paytm Mobile Solutions — for deletion of paytm account
Dear sir/madam, i have two paytm acct linked with my two different mob no. One of which get done kyc with aadhar card. The other paytm acct kyc is not being done as aadhar is already linked with former paytm acct and due to this i am not able to use my second paytm acct balance (Rs 8900). To get done kyc of my second paytm acct i talked to paytm customer care and requested to delete the former paytm acct and put the request through registered email. Since last 4-5 days i talked to customer care several time and no action is taken in this regard. The call to paytm customer care is high costly and i wasted my 100 rupees on the calls. I request you to take necessary action to resole the issue to avoid the problem being faced by the me. Thank you
