Paytm Mobile Solutions — jio recharge through paytm, till date it is not recharged. | |||
I had recharged twice 4 aug 2017 order no [protected] with amount of rs.498 and 2 nov 2017 order no [protected] with amount of rs.499 for my jio dongle [[protected]] through paytm.in my paytm app the recharge shows successfully and amount is debited from my sbi bank account but till the date it is not recharged. I had call the jio customer care many time and spoke with the persons that all they said that we don’t get any recharge from paytm for above mention reference no or date. Even they guide me to call paytm customer care and ask for refund. I had call the paytm customer care many time but customer care service number are not working. Paytm is a robber...
