I tried to add money Rs 100 to my paytm wallet on 21feb 2018 .But the payment failed(as shown by paytm application).
I tried again but still it failed. Somehow later Rs 200 was debited from my Bank Account in favour of paytm, but only Rs 100 was added to my paytm wallet and
the other Rs 100 was neither added to paytm wallet nor bank account.
I complained to both Paytm and my Bank
but my problem was not solved even till today March 5 2018.
The money is not refunded even after 14 days as said by Bank officials.

      I want to complaint for an account on paytm . The page is on instagram named everything_store00. I had ordered cosmetics from there and the person named ria on paytm asked me to make a payment on his paytm account.. After the payment being made that man blocked me from the instagram page and i have not even received the product or the cash back .. I need the paytm unit to kindly interfere in the matter so that i get my money back and take some strict action regarding this page so that he is unable to continue with such frauds in the near future.. Thankyou.

        I have transfered money from paytm wallet to my personal Bank Account (Return to Bank). But Money is Deducted From my Paytm Wallet but amount is not reflecting in my bank account.

          I have booked tickets on irctc and paid debit card with paytm gateway but later i cancelled the tickets. Irctc refund history says amount re-funded and is sent to paytm-ag on 28 feb 2018. But it is 5th march 2018 and still money is not credited to my account. The details of cancellation are attached in the photo. I have found that there are many people with the same issue so i request you to take action against this paytm payment gateway.

          I had fixed deposit the amount in the paytm bank and I am trying to redeem the amount from the fixed deposit but the money is not getting transferring to the savings bank account and it is showing that there is a problem with the bank partner

          As per RBI guidelines,
          Today there should be no charges would take by paytm for sending wallet balance to bank.

          I am Visited 3 or more petrol pumps in balanagar and idpl area its located in Hyderabad Telangana all Petrol stations employees are saying paytm is not working for petrol why the are showing Paytm Accepted Here.

              My name is manpreet kaur and i have initiated a recharge via paytm on 17 jan, 2018. The amount got deducted but recharge does not get processed. However i was expecting that amount will be refunded to my amount but that does not happened.
              I am expecting that amount should be refunded to my axis account through which i had done the payment.

                I had bought kurtis through jabong and pais through paytm. But paytm took the money and not giving to jabong. Jabong cancelled my order and now paytm is not refunding my money of Rs. 697. Kindly help

                    On march 1st i used paytm wallet to pay for flight tickets on airasia website using my debit card. The booking was cancelled due to non payment and it was confirmed by the payment gateway of airasia. But the amount ₹3470 was debited from my bank account attached with paytm wallet despite the transaction being unsuccessful.
                    The sms about the deduction have been received and i have attached a screenshot of it.
                    I waited for 4 days hoping that it was some technical glitch and the amount would be refunded but i haven't recieved any refund, the query raised with paytm customer care support through paytm app has not been addressed.

                          I had 100rs in my patym wallet so thinking that i recharge 50rs to the number [protected] on 2nd march at 22:23hrs. I got a message from my icici bank stating that congratulations! You purchase for rs 250 cash back on voucher worth rs 5000 is successful from big bazaar.

                          How system can do this wrong debit from my account via paytm?

                          Listen i did not purchase any vouchers, kindly investigate and credit my amount back to account..

                            I am doing the upi transcations daily through paytm.in my account 300 rupees balance is available on 28/2/2018. While doing the transaction it shows you transcation successful but the successful amount is deducted from my account and it is not added into my account and on 3/03/2018 while doing transaction 50 rupess deducted and on 4/03/2018 at 10pm 100 rupess is deducted so please check the transaction history and refund the amount as soon as possible.

Informed paytm management as well as police station santa cruz west. (Mumbai).                                   I made recharge of Rs.399/- theough Jio app on 11th Nov. 2017. The recharge didn't take place but the money was deducted from my account. The order no. is JPT[protected].
                                  As the Jio validity was expiring i made another recharge on 13th Nov.2017 for Rs.399/- again which was successful. But it is very unfortunate that the amount deducted for the failed recharge has not yet been refunded to me. The contact no. for complaint that you display is always out of service requesting to call later. I am very frustrated with the malafide intentions of Paytm.
                                  If my issue is not resolved forthwith i will take it up with ombudsman and will start a campaign against Paytm on social media by similarly aggrieved people.

                                    I added rs. 3, 200 into my paytm wallet from my zaggle kuber rbl gift card on 02/03/2018 at 09:08 am. On 03/03/2018 at 02:05 am i accidentally clicked on 'return to bank' option and instantly rs. 3, 200 debited from my paytm wallet and said 'paytm has refunded rs.3200.00 to your bank (Transaction id: [protected])'. But still now no money refunded to my zaggle kuber rbl gift card. Please do me the needful as soon as possible, this money is very important to me.

                                    Today 05/03/2018 morning, I got my Refunded money back in my Zaggle Kuber RBL Gift Card. Thanks to Paytm Support Team. Great job, no issue now.
                                    Amount is deducted from my paytm bank account but the beneficiary didnot recieve the money.please solve the case. Transaction happened on 1March 9.42am of amount 6000...please refund the cash

                                      Regarding to the kyc process kindly shut down your company as soon as possible because it is useless and the procedure is not compatible to the users, paytm will fall in the future this is happening and it will not take long until this kyc will take you down, your scheme are full of a crap.

                                        They Accepting payments through qr code and completed status successfully, But they didn's send that to the merchant. If you call regard the issue to the Care center They Just said some error and doing time pass thats it. Just they doing business with our money saying some false information to us. Dont believe paytm. its started doing fraud.
