Paytm Mobile Solutions — money not transferred but deducted from wallet | |||
I've sent ₹1400 to my bank account from my paytm wallet on 12 january. Money got deducted from paytm wallet but i did not recieve in my bank account even after 10 days. No help provided by paytm customer care. I've been to my bank and according to them there is no problem with the bank account. Pathetic service by paytm. Highly disappointed. I did the jio no. [protected], JIO recharge for Rs.399 on 18.1.18, 11.59 AM. but till now it was not activated / reflected in the jio acc. pl solve this problem if not credited ti jio pl refund the amount to my paytm acc.
