      Yesterday night (24/01/2018) at 22:52:19 pm someone has took inr 10000/- from my credit card to his paytm wallet. After that he tried 3-4 times to take some more money but the transaction was not succeeded. I got the message that inr 10000/- was spent on my credit card ending... At 24/01/2018 at 22:52:06 at paytmwall 1210203. After talking to customer care of paytm they say that nothing can not be done from there end and they can not able to provide the information of this fraudlant.

        I have ordered 64gb memory card order no. [protected] but recieved bluetooth receiver and paytm approved return but at time of pickup no person came and i got message our courier partner has checked your product and your return request bring cancelled... I mailed to paytm raise query ticket but no reply from theirside and after shadowfax person called me up and told me they will not pick it up u contact to paytm and paytm is approving return i am stuck in between them pls get me a solution

            The case is regarding payment of bsnl landline bill amounting rs611 through paytm portal from my account. It has been observed that though the bill amount has been dedeucted from my wallet but same has not been credited to bsnl. Have to pay the bill through some other mean.

            Therefore the deducted amount from my wallet may please be refunded on prirority... The relevant details of the translation are as under:

              Hello my name rajender reddy. I booked kbn bus ticket for 24th night from banglore to hyderabad. They cancelled the bus ticket two hours before my journey (They didn’t arrange alternate). Because they wanted to hike the bus fares.in next two hours paytm refunded the money to paytm wallet not to my account which i used for booking. As i contacted to transfer money to bank account they said it takes 24hrs.

              For booking one more ticket at that peak time other app charged 3300. I usually rely on paytm. But my hopes gone with this situation. They wasted my 1500 rupees.

                  There was no linking/self-authorization to getwoo dating app with my paytm account. Even then, getwoo did the renewal of my subscription on jan 22 without asking for my authorization, due to which i lost 900 rupees from my paytm a/c.

                    My account having more then 4000rs please try to unblock my account. Every day i send a scanned copy in pdf format through email to paytm care but every time i got a same reply that you account is block due to security reasons even after sending documents. So there is no proper response from paytm care also i sended documents number to help and care center in paytm also they is no repling please try to unblock my account or please return my money as soon as possible.

                        On 05 jan 18, i was recharging my mob. Through patym. Status shown that transaction failure but rs 349 debited from my account. I got message from bank that thank u for using yr debit card for purchage of worth rs 349. Patym pos transaction [protected] taxn#136039. Till now no money has come in my account. Pl do needful. It is agreat cause of concern and affect the faithfulness of patym.

                          I have booked tatkal tickets on irctc websiteon 10th dec. 2017 using sbi net banking and via paytm payment gateway. But i canceled the ticket on 23rd jan 2018 and irctc has refunded my money back to paytm but i haven't received it yet.
                          In irctc account the status shows that the payment has been refunded to paytm.

                              19th jan i had transfer my wallet balance to my bank account wallet balance is debited with same amount but not credited in my bank account.
                              Second is paytm is deducted automatically with my bank account balance by rs 1000 on 24th jan 2018. My mobile sim card is already alloted to some other person but still i am using paytm app with same mobile no and if i wants to change my mobile no they send otp with same mobile no, please this as soon as possible.

                                Paytm is being worse these days lauched a complain for the same to unblock the account but till yet no resonse from anyone... Its being long time the account is blocked... No link provide for the password reset. Lots of time complain but no response. I want to unblock withen 24hours otherwise legal action will be taken against the same... Its last time i am updaing for the issue

This mobile number is currently inaccessible and all forms of communication, be it messages or calls have been terminated. Today, 23 Jan 2017, one of the transactions were performed on this number. Since then, I have now switched to my other number [protected].

                                    Hi, i recharged for RS 220 on 5/1/2018 and recharge was failed and the amount was deducted and not yet refunded yet. i have raised the complaint on paytm and i am receiving the messages only from automated bots.

                                    They said its only bank issue, and they asked for bank statement and I have shared and I have not received any reply. it crossed 17 days.

                                    Kindly I want my money to be refunded.

                                    i have shared the order which has been failed.

                                      I have ordered mobile back cover from paytm and now i cannot find it in my orders history.
                                      I have tried all the ways to reach their help desk (Via mobile and email), however not successful yet.
                                      Every time i have to hear their irritating, annoying, good for nothing recording.

                                      This is the third time for such case.

                                      They display wrong items/recharges description and luring customers in wrong unfaithful, and useless deals. And when after a lot of trouble when we can connect them (After burning our lots o mobile phone balance) they raise their hands and do not help us.

                                      Suggest any serious and genuine way/complaint forum/consumer courts address where they can take any action on my complaint.

                                      They do not even allow us to add our money back from paytm wallet to bank account without any additional charges. While adding money to paytm wallet they do not ask additional charges.

                                      This is really #.

                                      I suggest everyone who are using paytm to stop using it ans switch to other user friendly applications / websites.

                                        Against the Committed cashback of RS 4800 i received only Rs. 1200.

                                        On ID3 all the requested snapshot and photo sent that clearly proves committed cashback of Rs 4800. I put seven reminders, nobody responding from Paytm. While asking on customer care number, he gave me one more Complaint ID (ID4). Again on call committeemen to come back within 24 hours.I believe paytm to be one of the most trustworthy mean for online transactions for their transparency.

                                        I hereby attaching all the photos starting from Promocode applied to successful transaction and SMS received for Rs4800.

                                        I have been fed up now, kindly do the needful.
