Hello Team,

I wonder that too happened without doing transaction. As I got stuck to do payments after getting paytm amount in my wallet. This is not acceptable.
I tried to update my registered number from my old handset to the new one. While I have got paytm amount, now its showing zero balance. The services looses the dignity of the company.

I expect the resolution on this part. I need my amount back at the earliest. I have attached screenshot. I guess you have a great team to resolve on the urgent basis.
Find attachment and I hope you will understand the users pain.

    I purchased a TVS Jupiter from PAYTM on 24th dec 2017 and a cashback was given to me of Rs.2500/- on that transaction. Inspite of several mails no response has been received till now and the cash back has not yet been credited to my wallet. Booking of jupitet was made in the name of Naveen Kumar Meghnani.

    I want my cash back immediately.

      Why paytmdsk holds the refunds of consumer?
      I cancelled my e-ticket on 24/01/2018 the following are my pnr - [protected] & pnr - [protected] till that date i haven't received any refund yet. It is so shameful act that paytmdsk holds on the refund of irctc customers. The amount that is to be refunded is 2430 & 1660.
      My refund i'd from irctc to paytmdsk is

      And the customer care of irctc doesn't work.
      Sir, On 27 th nov 2017 cash cut from wallet til now not refund. many times i contect to custmor care but cal not connect. also through mobile i send mail but no responce. mob [protected]
      amount 1061 rupees, i paid to airtel land line number[protected].
      I have Bill payment WBSEDCL on 29.01.2018 through paytm payments bank 100 % cashback and Rs.50/- additional cashbook not received my paytm wallet till now. Plz resoved this problam asap.

        Hello, i ordered 2 pieces of safari trolley bags. Out of which one of the pieces was damaged and dull compared to other. One of the zips is not working and piece was not completely sealed when i received it. So i had to return the damaged piece. When i requested for a return, quality issue was the only option that i found suitable from the dropdown list. Now the seller has rejected my return request just because i have selected quality issue. I have only last one day left for return out of 15 days return policy.

        Very unsatisfied with this shopping site. I had such experience before also with paytm. If this issue is not solved, i will have to stop using this website

          I have requested paytm to revert the amount sent wrongly to [[protected]].
          And after it was sent I called to that number to revert me back money and it was not picked and request made through paytm app to send money which was declined. I am completely helpless as I transferred amount from paytm wallet not from Bank.. No chance of stopping transaction from Bank. Paytm needs to be active and get my money back from that person. No person has right to use the amount which was placed in his account wrongfully. It's illegal.
          Paytm need to respond and got t my money back.
          I am disappointed as I got no reply yet. It's an issue to be dealt early.

              Hence enquired for status in Paytm customer care and then I came to know no order was placed but amount was recovered my account kindly rectify the problem at the earliest and communicate the same.

                Sir, this is to inform you that my s/b account was debited to sum of rs 18201/on different dates without my authorization done to pay tm noida in the month of january 2018. Please refund my money which has been debited the money debited.in my account are on following dates 15.01.2018 rs1, 15.01.2018 rs200, 16.01.2018 rs5000, 20.01.2018 rs3000 22.01.2018 rs3100 22.01.2018 rs1500 2018 rs 2200 24.01 25.01, 2018 rs 3200.                 I have recharged with 70 RS for idea no [protected] on 31st December. Amount is credited & recharge is showing successful but operator claims that he doesn't have received the amount.

                  I booked Railway Ticket by using my SBI Debit Card, the payment done with PAYTMAG, transaction ID is : [protected] & [protected] dtd.22.01.18. Then both ticket got cancelled, but still amount of cancelled ticket is not credited in my SBI A/c No.[protected]. When I saw in IRCTC A/c status of refund was credited in PAYTMAG Bank (Refund ID : [protected] Rs.1400/- & [protected] Rs.1430/- dtd.24.01.18) which has not been received by me.
                  Kindly arrange for the needful.

                      Yesterday i have done a recharge of 380 of my airtel dish tv id no - [protected]
                      The recharge went successful and sum of 380 was deducted from my paytm wallet but i didn't get any confirmation text and my setup box is not recharged.
                      Solve this problem as soon as possible.
                      Either you refund the deducted amount to my paytm walllet or you check the transaction which went successful but i didn't get any text on my no.
                      Make the recharge successful as soon as possible.

                        To paytm,

                        I booked gold color iphone but i get black color. The same i complaint on 16 jan. But till date replacement not done by your side. I send the photosgraph of seal box of phone from 3 view to your team. The issue is pending, whytill date not resolved??? You are requested to do needful. I also visited the police station for lodge fir, but they demand, invoice bill of product, but i did not get invoice bill with the parcel. Please arranged the bill atleast so, i can lodge the case against seller for replacement and do needful from myside.

                        Note: i already send the product photos from myside as proof of delivery.
                        Please share the photos/video of the dispacthed products from your side by eod.

                              Sir i was booking a zoom car at 9.42pm today.the amount was rupees9883...thr amount was deducted and it showed transaction successful but soon it showed oops payment is unsuccessful ...however Rs9883 is deducted from bank...and the booking was not done...when i called zoomcar customer they said that you are responsible as you are merchant for that

                                Hi my name is srinidhi..i wanted to pay some bills...for that i tried to add money to my paytm account due to low balance was in my account. so i just added required money denomination in add money block..after that usually OTP came. i entered . After that, i have received deducted balance msg frm bank side..but, in my paytm account balance are not shown i still have old balance amount. i logged off manytimes even though, balance not credited to my paytm account. and i lost money in bank but not received in paytm account. plss solve this problem soon!!!

                                  On 27th Jan 2018, I ordered something from food panda with paytm and also received a msg from Paytm regarding the successful transaction. However the order got cancelled. Now I didn't get any return of the money in my wallet, neither I could find any transaction details of the mentioned order in my Paytm account passbook.
                                  I have attached a snapshot of the msg. I received from paytm for the transaction.

                                  Could you please tell me how to get the money back in my wallet.

                                    Hi sir I have paid 200 rs for petrol on 18 Dec 17 and 299 rs on 19 Dec from my paytm wallet but owner has not received the message so he denied to give me petrol. I have reported this issues many times to paytm customer care but they did not solve my problem yet. I have also checked the owner account statement and found he has not received money on 18 Dec and 19 Dec from my paytm account.                                       Iam kapil lodhi and i did a transaction on 20 december but it completed but internet connection interrupted so in bank statement it is howing paid to paytm but its been a 1 month and paytm did not reverse my payment my bank also said they did not receive any kind of refund from paytm i already contacted paytm regarding this issue but paytm told to wait for 7 days then 14 now i wanted to talk to manager about the issue manager also disconnected my call so what should i do now

                                        I was recharging a mobile number from paytm by using my credit card. I have given otp once but the recharge has done twice and my account has debited twice. The two order number is [protected] and [protected]. These two order has placed at a same time. How can i recharge a number at a same time twice? I have ask paytm for help but they are not responding.
                                        An amount of 1000 by mistake send to wrong number .
