On 27th Jan 2018, I ordered something from food panda with paytm and also received a msg from Paytm regarding the successful transaction. However the order got cancelled. Now I didn't get any return of the money in my wallet, neither I could find any transaction details of the mentioned order in my Paytm account passbook.
I have attached a snapshot of the msg. I received from paytm for the transaction.

Could you please tell me how to get the money back in my wallet.

    Hi sir I have paid 200 rs for petrol on 18 Dec 17 and 299 rs on 19 Dec from my paytm wallet but owner has not received the message so he denied to give me petrol. I have reported this issues many times to paytm customer care but they did not solve my problem yet. I have also checked the owner account statement and found he has not received money on 18 Dec and 19 Dec from my paytm account.       Iam kapil lodhi and i did a transaction on 20 december but it completed but internet connection interrupted so in bank statement it is howing paid to paytm but its been a 1 month and paytm did not reverse my payment my bank also said they did not receive any kind of refund from paytm i already contacted paytm regarding this issue but paytm told to wait for 7 days then 14 now i wanted to talk to manager about the issue manager also disconnected my call so what should i do now

        I was recharging a mobile number from paytm by using my credit card. I have given otp once but the recharge has done twice and my account has debited twice. The two order number is [protected] and [protected]. These two order has placed at a same time. How can i recharge a number at a same time twice? I have ask paytm for help but they are not responding.
        An amount of 1000 by mistake send to wrong number .
        Money send to a wrong number to be reverted.

          I was trying to recharge my mobile number [protected] from paytm for rs. 199 (Calling free for a month). Money was deducted from my bank account. I could not get the recharge. I complaint both patym and bank. Paytm said that transection was not successful. Bank said that it will take time to resolve the problem. For my urgency, i did my recharge from a shop rs 199. After 10 days, sms came from sbi, your transaction was successful. Then i checked again in my paytm account. Here i found your recharge is successful. Paytm reference number is [protected]. Sbi reference number is igactijik3.

            I was paying money by Paytm options in UTS for monthly pass. RS. 263.67 was deducted by Paytm from my ICICI bank account but not processed further to UTS.

            Kindly request you to refund my money which was deducted by Paytm.

            I accepted a paytm transaction of 360 rs and it has still not been debited to my account . even when the transaction was successful.

                I have transferred 6500 rupees from paytm wallet to my bank account on 25th jan 2018 and it’s been almost 4days and I haven’t received my money to bank.The status its showing in paytm app is payment pending. It’s such a ridiculous service from paytm there is no customer care which I can convey my concern.
                Can someone from paytm please help me to resolve my issue and get my money back.

                    I have done what ever process is told to be done, but I haven't received the amount that is mentioned.so if it's face don't allow such posts to come in existence.
                    So I need to know about the complain that I have registered here for.
                    Iam guessing that you will respond to this in a short span.

                        I have using paytm from 2 years on number [protected] and completed my kyc details on it ...but now i have changed my number to [protected] since yesterday and its keep showing fill kyc details and when i am aading details it is not taking I have complain to paytm but no action has been taken, even no contact of customer care number is provided...kindly look into this matter ASAP.

                          On 14th jan i paid my bill through paytm as there was the offer of 5% cash back above purchase of 1500 but today is 20th january and still cash back is not added in my wallet. Thousand of times i tried to contact customer service but there is no any proper options available to contact customer care executive even to solve this kind of problems there are very few options which are just useless i wasted balance waited long to talk with executive but there was no any option as well call got disconnected everytime after menu. Even i tried to contact through texts msgs in faqs through app in help and issues but from there also i am not getting replies from there. Once they called me and said that there was not any offer from our side at that mall so if you want cash back go to mall and send us details of offer. There were lots of banners regarding this offer and also offer was available at the time when i purchased. Some how i collected details of the offer and sent it but still not getting any reply from their side. I think they are not at all interested in there customers. Such a ridiculously service! I am tired of waiting for their reply as i can not directly talk to executive and they are not answering. More than cash back how they are treating their customer is very important. I am attaching screenshots where you can see not a single answer from paytm and also the image of that offer which was available there on mall on 14th january.

                          After posting complaint here I got call from this number [protected]. This person name: Rakesh Kumar Sharma from paytm customer care asked me about my problem and said that he will transfer my cash back to my bank account only and for that he requires my account details and this transfer can only be done to bank account not to paytm. I refused him to give my account details and insisted him to add money to my wallet but he was not ready to do so. I don't know this was a fraud call or paytm customer executive or from paytm side in both cases paytm must take strict action as my contact details got leaked. How can one trust paytm? Also I am not going to accept cash back to my bank account you have to transfer it to my paytm wallet only and take action against this type of frauds as they are cheating people by taking your name.

                            Sir my name is jyoti tiwari and i have aissue regarding your money transfer system. Sir on 18 january i transferred 8050/-rupee from my paytm wallet to another bank account named lovely kashyap and money was deducted from my wallet immediately but since then the money is not transfered into that account. I have waited for a week but still money is transferred please look into the matter. As i m not able talk to u your customer care executive.

                                I have booked a ticket and paid using my debit card, the payment gateway was paytmag. Then i cancelled the ticket and its showing refunded but i have not got the money till now. Please have a look below for further info.

                                  I had purchased a mobile samsun s8 plus from paytm mall through a dealer in indirapuram, he had installed paytm mall app on my mobile and filled details of order of samsung s8, he had also shown me the cash back offer, i have a screen shot of the same. He assured me the i will get the cash back from paytm after 10 days, now when i did not get the cash back, i contacted paytm, they told me the tick on promo offer was not there so you are not eligible for the cashback,
                                  I contacted the dealer concerned, he told me he had put the tick and would speak to paytm regarding the same, but the support manager of paytm told me today, we will not get cash back,
                                  Paytm say samsung will not give it to us as promo code for cash back was not ticked.
                                  Samsung says it was offer from paytm we are not responsible
                                  I have recording of all the ineteactions.

                                    Paytm products ordered through my credit card on 25.01.2018 actually that are fraud occur on my credit card please stop delivery of product that are transacted on 25.01.2018 from 1 to 5:30pm credit card ending no 1809. Please stop delivery and refund my amount. Total transaction amount is about 63000 that is very big for middle class family like us. Please do something on urgent basis

                                      I have attempted a transaction on bwssb website for payment of water bill. Upon choosing paytm gateway option for the payment through internet banking, it directed me to hdfc bank website and the money is debited from my account. It then auto redirected to paytm gateway page and reported the transaction as failed. Thus, money is not credit to bwssb but is debited from my bank.
                                      I have waited for a few days hoping the money to get credited automatically to my bank but no such thing happened. When i contacted hdfc bank, they said the debit is successful from their side and i need to checke with paytm gateway.

                                        My account was suddenly logged out 5 days ago while i was trying to make a transaction and as soon as i tried to log in, i got a message saying your account is temporarily blocked for login. Since then i am trying to unlock my account. I have raised 4 complaints until now and no one has helped me.
                                        I had little money for my month end expenses which is blocked apart from that i am expecting a reversal of ₹10, 000 from bank and since my account is blocked, i cannot get that either.
                                        I have tried to call customer service numerous times and i don't seem to be reaching to a representative ever. I need my account back.
