[Resolved] Paytm Mobile Solutions — no refund in paytm wallet or in bank after irctc refunded money | |||
I cancelled a railway ticket on irctc rail connect app from muzaffarpur to howrah on 02.08.2018 having pnr no.[protected], transaction id [protected]. As i saw the status of refund in refund history of irctc that refund of rs. 1370/- has been already made by irctc to bank name paytm m with refund id [protected] with refund status: amount credited to bank with reference no. 85215228217830384090260 dated 03.08.2018. But till date i. E 13.08.2018 i haven't recieved money either in my paytm wallet or axis bank account. Was this information helpful? | |||
