Bought apple ipod cable worth 250 rs with the Order No. [protected] on 6 th july 2018, received defected piece and sent for refund, even today i didnnot received my refund its already 2 nd august 2018, , even not any single message from them, tried lot more times to contact them no use, i dont know weather this is this geniune company or fraud one .

      This is regarding my paytm mall order which has not been shipped yet and today was its delivery date and it has not been shipped by seller. My order id is [protected]. I am not able to track my order. So please reply to my email as quickly as possible. So guys let me know status of my order. Contact that seller or whatever you guys want to do. I want my oder to be delivered ASAP. If you guys want this email to be copied to consumer helpline i can also do that.

        I have not ordered any thing from paytm mall since your first order is free but as I apply the promo code of firstitemlucky it's error of its avail for first order n if your not charging any money for shipping then y when I'm about to confirm payments show shipping charges plss present the product with all the information thank you

          Made payment online
          01.08.2018 received msg : Cancellation Process Initiated

          Called customer care service on 24x7 helpline[protected]

          According to them Stock didn't exist and still they sold unavailable product to me. I verified on there portal once again to my surprise still the same product is available. To this I got answer from customer support team you will have to book it once again and pay again.
          I requested for refund so that I can book same product once again. They said I might get refund after 14 working days and there customer support team will contact me within 72 hours to initiate refund process.

          I requested give me everything whatever you been saying in written so that I will feel paid amount is secured and its not any SCAM

          They refused any mail stating refunds details. what i received is "I understand that you are waiting for a resolution on your concern regarding Order XXXXXXXX of XXXXX GB (Lunar Grey). We are working on your query and will update you soon."

          No invoice is provided.

                I ordered the product on 4th July 2018. the courier partner was BlUEDART.
                He never delievered the product to me. But the product status is seen as delievered on 13 th july. I raised complaints in paytm and Bluedart courier as well, but issue is not resolved. They just reply will look into the issue, but never back with any updates. They could easily track who took the parcel and enquire the person about theproduct, but not taken any action.

                Not sure how to get the product or my money back.

                      Dear paytm team,

                      I have placed 2 order on paytm below are order number,
                      1) [protected]
                      2) [protected]

                      Above both order got dispatched and while getting update on tracking details suddenly we show "cancel initiated" where we have not cancelled order.

                      After contacting customer care they said reason like they have made your account "flat" what does it mean? - we dont understood and said they will contact you after 72 hours and refunds will be initiated later.

                      So is this paytm using customer money and earning interest?, or why paytm didnt called up before and informed?, we have used just of having trust on paytm. We need solutions as early as possible.

                      Kindly reply us as soon as possible.

                            When want to transfer my money from Paytm wallet. A message appears that your kyc is not submitted. So I tried to submitting my documents since 1 month but there is a message appear every time on paytm app athe “There is some thing wrong” and then kyc not succeeding. I called so many times on their their number but they alway ask me to set up new password or give last 4 digit of Wallet Txn ID. A “Wallet Txn ID“ I given but every they told me that this is a wrong id. So I feel that these Paytm people doing some suspicious things to maintain there balance by harrassing our Indians.

                              On 28th july, i was making a transaction of adding rs.1559 on paytm wallet. But first time the transaction showed failed on paytm. I tried again and this time it was successful. But when i checked my bank account. The amount has been deducted twice
                              Then i tried to transfer the paytm wallet of rs.1559 back to my bank account and it got deducted from the wallet but still not added to my bank account. It's been more than 3 days and i still don't know where my rs.3118 is. Pls take action.

                              Attaching messages received from bank for the payments done twice. Both the amounts are missing. As it can be seen, there are two txn IDs on the same day, around same time.

                                I have order an item. Amount debited from my account but order not confirmed. I called customer service of paytm and they told me install the bhim app and linked with paytm. After that they ask me my debit card number and account number. After that rs. 16343 debited from my account. They told me this is my bank account problem. And also told me to give another account number and debit card number. I give my wife's bank account number and debit card number. After that rs. 51800 debited from that account. But any amount is not showing in my paytm account. I told him to transfer the total amount in my paytm account but they denied.

                                  Booked ticket on irctc using paytm amount debited inr 4125 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i inquired at my bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at bank end. Irctc anyway unable to say anything as their system is always problematic. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to book new ticket nor i am able to get the status of the booking.

                                  Recently i had bought an antivirus DVD which even doesn't open or run. These days Paytm has become so non responsive that even it does not show a return for order and even help portal of the website never opens nd says try again.

                                    On 27/07/2018 I recharged my dish Tv for three months for Rs. 1380/- My online Dish TV recharge for Rs. 1380/- on 27/07/2018 vide transaction ref. INB/[protected]/PAYTM MOBILE SOLUTIONS PVT. has not been credited. The recharge was not done though, amount has been debited from my bank account. I got message from bank regarding deduction of Rs. 1380/- from my bank account but recharge has not been done.

                                      I added money 10000 in my paytm wallet. I then transfer it to my hdfc bank but it didn't come in hdfc bank and again I send 10000 in my paytm wallet and refund it to my SBI bank but it is showing pending. From many times I m trying to do but it is not going to my any one of the account. So I want to know where is my 20000 money gone.

                                        I'm a merchant on paytm business having registered mobile no [protected].
                                        On 23rd July I received total cumulative collection amount 13530 through qr code scan.

                                        But total 1030 amount is received in my saving account linked to business app next day.But rest 12500 I have not received in bank account though it's showing that amount already transferred with bearing a UTR number Citin[protected].

                                        But I have only received 1030 rupee which have UTR no[protected].but not the money having UTR no [protected]. Screenshot already attached.

                                        Please look into this matters and solve the issue. I've contacted the customer support of business numerious timesbut they are of no use, even they can't find the amount received in my business desk in 23rd July.

                                        Please solve the issue I'll be obliged.

                                        Upi offer 20 pe 500 the photo is my last transaction of this offer but my cashback is not added in my paytm wallet why?
                                        Last night I recharged and didn't get my jio mobile recharge for one month rs.149, but money deducted.
                                        Even I got the message for successful recharge but there is no recharge.
                                        Second time it has happened. If it is going to happen all the time then why people use this paytm facilities.
                                        All I want to refund my money or recharge on my jio.
