Paytm Mobile Solutions — paytm gateway - amount deducted from my sbi debit card but order not placed

I had tried ordering medicines through netmeds website using paytm gateway. However, the payment got deducted from the debit card and order was not placed.
However, i had also received message from paytm " your bank just confirmed a successful payment of rs. 2330.23 on paytm against order id nms[protected]w. We will refund your money in case the order is cancelled.

However, no amount has been reversed yet.

Kindly reverse the payment immediately.

Its an emergency. I am a 7 months pregnant woman who had ordered medicines as couldn't go out for medicines, but all efforts in vain.

Kayathribaskar's response [protected] is a number I transferred money.. He is cheating in Instagram as royal_footwear7383 is an id.. this is that person number [protected]

I cancelled 2 railway tickets & after 4 days found record - IRCTC done refund to payTM with transaction id but after 20 days PayTM not credited amount to the ICICI bank.

Amount of 500 rs deducted from my account and still paytm wallet is showing null balance.Attached document is the proof of the deduction of the amount.Please see to it and refund the amount as soon as possible.

My transaction id no.[protected] and it shows that through my State Bank account 169 rupees deducted at 8.49 pm. But no such money added to my payTM wallet. PayTMWAL 1210203 at PayTM txn#[protected]. all the details I get except the money. Where is the money?
