I transferred my wallet amount to my bank account the transaction was successful but the amount doesn’t reflect in the bank account. I tried contacting your executives and even mailed you but all my tries failed. The wallet transaction id is always said to be invalid further there was no response the mail sent. Such inconvenience is causing irritation and shows the kind o[censored]nprofessionalism on your part. It is your responsibility to solve customer grievances but there is not initiative on your part.
It is really bad to face such an issue. And such kind of problem is not expected. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible

    While paying electricity bill through paytm 1 year of reliance home burglary insurance policy got active and 15 rupees balance got deducted by default from debit card without asking me for buying this policy. cancel this policy because dont want this policy and did not ask to buy this policy from company, kindly refund required amount of Money got deducted.
    Elecricity bill ke saath manmaane dhang se home burglary insurense ke naam par dhokhadhadi se Rs.15/- ka balance kaat diya gaya.

    Hi, on 19/02/18 i transferred amount of 900/- & 500/- to someone, but he didn't receive yet, i'm requesting you to please refund the amount, or please resolve the issue

    Dear Sir I booked a ticket on dated 27.09, 2017 and it was a waiting ticket. On date of journey it did, t confirm so it is auto cancelled. At here it was good but now the refund money still not come in my account or paytm account. The detail of my ticket is below.

      Hello, myself suhail divekar ordered a mobile through via instagram digital market. The id named phone_zone1212 havent given any phn nd asked for advance payment nd i did the payment after time passed he never gived any reply to me the order id is [protected] on 24 feb 2018, 06:46 pm. I tranfered the amount from my bank a/c to his paytm wallet he showed an erroe msg saying money nt recieved but the money has been debited frm my a/c. Strange thing he never asked for any address if he wanted to deliver my product kindly see through it. Also attaching images of the amnt debited frm my a/c.

        I recharged my prepaid mobile no with rs.95 (Paytm gave me confirmation of successful recharge) and i should have got rs. 50 balance and reduced call rates through this special recharge/ plan. But despite of a period of about 17hrs, i got neither of them. I enquired about the same from bsnl customer care but they revealed about no such recharge. Plz help.

          Message from Paytm that payment failed to Star Net Technologies. Amount will be credited back with in 14 working days to my Bank Account.

          Status: Neither the amount received back nor mobile till this date.

            I recharged my airtel no. 92*39 with ₹50 by paytm and the order no. Is [protected] and paytm is showing successful recharge but i haven't got any recharge then i checked the help and support on paytm and they did not helped me in any way instead they are telling me to go to airtel and talk to them. I hope you will draw your attention towards my complain.

              I attempted to add rs 80 into my paytm wallet related to on feb 19. Unfortunately the transaction failed and rs 80 were debited from my bank account without being credited into the paytm wallet. As per the rules, the failed transaction amount of rs 80 should have been credited
              Into my bank account by now. One week has passed and there's no trace of my lost money. Pl look into the matter and do the needful so that i am able to recover my lost money.

                Already deducted my bank account rs. 12000/- against order no. [protected], [protected] & [protected] on dtd. 05.02.2018 i already complaints against above subject the money transferred for bank account has neither reach the wallet nor has been refunded till date.

                  Plz lodge a complaint against paytm. I have ordered a toshiba 1tb portable external hard disk of price ₹3885 on 19/02/2017 from paytm mall online. But they delivered the wrong product on 23/02/2017 (Wd 320 gb internal hard disk) & not willing to change or refund.

                  Plz take proper action on behalf of consumer as soon as possible.

                    My name is deepak kumar jha and i have filled my paytm wallet with rs.2000 on 10 feb 18 through my sbi debit card. The transaction details are as follows
                    Othpg[protected] paytm noida. I have made call to customer care but inspite of calling on toll free number i have paid rs.28 on call. These banks are playing with customers emotion and money. Pls take strict action. My contact no. [protected].

                    Pls take action to refund my money in mypaytm wallet. As it is not showing any transaction in passbook wallet. Please do the needful.

                        I just used paytm app for payment from my credit card for the amount of 5800 and it got transferred to paytm voucher instead of paytm wallet and i couldn't encash it or transfer it again i tried recharging my no i lost all the amount from voucher. I want my 5800 back and i tried reaching customer care but i couldn't get connected to the service. Its a fraud company.. I want to sue this company thy are just looting common people and my ago automatically debited from my account.. This is the fake app

                              When i first register paytm i register my mobile number [protected]. After few month i have loss my password so i again register with my new another number [protected]. On 21 or 22 nd feb this month i some person transfer money rs 80/- thru paytam with my old number [protected]. Yesterday i check my paytm balane, i not received. Here i note that due to my mistake i given my old number [protected] so i not received money. Kindly refund the amount to such person.

                                On 04/02/2018 the amount of 2000/- was credited to my paytm wallet and only when the amount got reflected i paid my electricity bill of 1332.55/-. Before credit from bank to wallet balance was 65/-. The payment history shows payment was unsucessful where as entire money of my paytm wallet vanished. The entire amount of rs 2065/- vanished and paytm is denying so. Paytm is not refunding my money even after repeated requests. Need help urgently.

                                  On 2nd feb 2018, i was doing dish tv recharge suddenly i started looking for some cash back offers.
                                  I got one with ucb (United colors of benetton) there is mentioned if i purchase something from united colors of benetton store then paytm will give me 300 cash back. I said ok and taped on offer.
                                  After purchase what i found 2k extra deducted from my account. I tried to call paytm regarding the same but guess what they even not respond to any of the number they provided online.
                                  Ok, i thought than why don’t i use that voucher if i already paid for that.
                                  I went to a united colors of benetton store to buy some stuffs.
                                  I had words with the store manager regarding the same that i have a united colors of benetton voucher and he said i can’t use that voucher offline i have to use it online.

                                  I tried that too but voucher is invalid.

                                  So i sent a mail to paytm regarding the same that i am not able to use that ucb voucher.
                                  I got reply that

                                    I have made a transaction of rupees 300 on 29th january, 2018 through bhim upi application and the amount has been deducted from bank account linked with bhim application.
                                    I first called the bank and confirmed with them about the transaction and they told me that the money has been transferred to the paytm and has been sent to the upi address paytm. [protected]@axisbank.
                                    I tried to contact paytm personal and wanted to resolve the issue by mailing them on [protected]@paytm.com, however i have not received any response on this. Also there is no facility available on the customer care phone number of paytm to report such complaints.
                                    Also attaching the snippet of the successful transaction through bhim application.

                                        It was advertised by paytm that a cashback of rs.200 will be provided if kyc verification is completed. As promised by paytm that upon completion of kyc (Know your customer) verification, a rs. 200 cashback will be provided, i completed my kyc three days ago and i still haven't received any cash back. I request paytm to either provide the cash back or stop falsely advertising about providing cashback and luring customers by completely false means.
