On feb 17 2018, i tried to book my train ticket in irctc website using my debit card in "paytm gateway"
Money got debited from bank account and transaction was rejected. Only the transaction id was displayed.
I missed my tatkal train ticket as well as my hard earned money.
"paytm payment gateway" have very weak third party gateway, which is not secure as well as transaction fails most of the time.
I need immediate refund for my payment which was done on (17.02.2017)
I called 139 helpline, but no response. I tried other railway helplines, but no response, only call is getting disconnected automatically.
I tried more than 100 times to contact their customer care number[protected] which is only ivr format, also trains helping lines[protected]. There the customer care executive is unable to resolve my issue, even though i spoke to senior executive. They again ask me to call[protected] number only.
I mailed my concern to them, my email was not sent and got an automated message saying that, *they do not read emails now*
I made payment of amount rs.845/- which is now in paytm pocket and still unable to reach them and suffering.
