Reg. order ID: [protected], Many times, i have contacted paytm to replace the shoe as the shoe i ordered was defective. nut they are not responding even after n no. of reminders.

They told me to return it earlier but I have wasted so much time to order it, why should I return it now, I just want to replace it & they are not reverting back.

Shoe is of no use to me, so I am asking refund.

    My friend sand me money amount is 3500 on 6th february but i have not received this
    There is no customer care services from paytm no one receive call in care.
    Nd no one replied on customer help nd spot.
    No one really of any emails.
    They are doing mantel torcher nd harassment form many days.
    I think to go cusmer court for a ligel action on paytem.

      While adding money, in written message is coming "RWL1001", AND not adding money in wallet, i am feshing this problem from many days, when I am adding money in wallet ;in writing "RWL_1001" is coming instead of add money, please solve this problem as soon as, why is not adding money in the wallet? What is meaning of RWL1001 ? please not adding money in wallet and at adding amount, RWL1001 IS COMING REPEATED, i adding minimum amount 100 to 5000 / rs but it is not successful, please let me to this.

        Hi this is to make very critical complaint on paytm where i have accepted the payment of 20000 on 7th february but till now amount not credited to my account i have called paytm customer care and they keep on says that it will be resolved by today and finally i called them yesterday and now they are saying that amount will be credited on 20th february it is not at all fare as this is not small amount i need this amount asap to use it for other purposes please help me on this asap i am attaching the transaction details screenshot for your reference
        I hope this will be resolved by today
        I was send money in my bank account but no show in my account bank tranfred id and order id ([protected]) order id ([protected]) i need money urgently please solve my problem

            I booked tickets through irctc app & used paytm payment gateway, my amount is deducted from my bank account but payment gateway not return me back.
            Now irctc show me payment status: payment requested
            Bank name: paytm m

            I tried contacting paytm but there's no proper service.
            Today morning, I transfer money from paytm wallet to bank account bt still no credited to bank account bt money deducted from paytm wallet.How much time it take to refund or successfully transfer?

                    As i am a top rated seller on paytm from 2016 but many of my payments are not credited to me as i am raising tickets to them since 1 year but they will not answering me & not providing me the payments...please help me out so that i can recover it because i am facing serious finical problem due to this...!!

                    As i have all details of each & every order whose payment is not done or whose payment is incorrect...please i am requesting you to resolve my this query due to this i am facing financial problem..!!

                      Respected sir/madam,
                      I am hariharan, i have activated my paytm payment bank account. I have some amount in wallet, but can't transfer via you. Because savings account is 0. See, airtel payment bank, they also upgrade their customers wallet to bank account. Airtel merge their wallet and payment bank. Why you are seperate two products and charge 30 rs for 1000 rs transaction. People are not rich. Understand people situation. Please merge wallet and payment bank account. If airtel payment bank can do this, why you can't do this?

                        I have a marchant banking in paytm once one customer is pay rs 5000 to my marchant account on feb07, 2018. Genrally next day that ammount is credited in linked account. But in my account don't credited. So many times i am callig to customer care but we are not responding still 6 days is over. And also my marchant account is blacked now. I want 5000rs
                        I use grab10 code according give information rs10 cash back should be given while recharge of rs50 I recharge rs50 on 9/11/2017 but only rs 1 cash back given

                          I have recharged my 2 metro card from 2 different number of rs 500 each. My metro card number is 67387064, 67659127. Still getting the same reply that your order is in processing as i told them to cancel it but not getting any relevant response from them. Their customer care number is not working properly as unable to connect to the executive. They did fraud. Please look into the matter and resolve as soon as possible. Waiting for the reply

                          I have been promised a cash back of Rs.300 on paying my electricity bills. I have read all terms and conditions clearly. But I couldn't get my cash back after successful transactions.All cash back offers are fraud Customer care is truly fraud. 7 numbers are provided but of no use. No response.

                            I got continuously call from [protected].
                            The person is asking to buy any item above 3000 rs and we will get gift like tv, mobile through paytm. On further moving with instruction of person he tell us to transfer amount on special paytm number [protected]. Request to track this number and trace the person which make fraud by ur company name.
                            I saw a Cashback voucher for 500 in Paytm for 1st time purchasing via Paytm mall App.

                            I use that code on After add two products on cart but that code is invalid.

                            Paytm cheats a customer.

                              I transfered 5149 rupees to my freinds bank account 2 days back. Though the amount was deducted from my paytm wallet but it is not showing in the bank account. And my wallet is still showing the amount transfer is still pending. And when i'm trying to get in touch with paytm they are just making me go round and round in ivr systems. Hence no way of submitting my complaint. Please help me

I have raised a complaint in app, paytm is not responding properly. They say it's my mistake. After repeated complaints no one is responding now.                                       Bought a sony led tv from paytm before 7 months. Now it has got a problem in screen and when i called sony care about this i came to know its a fake/duplicate product. So it does not cover warranty.

                                      Vertical lines are coming on screen which i am attaching image.

                                      Same serial number of tv is delivered to croma by sony. But paytm delivered from reseller called kundan electronics. The cost is really high (35k). So please understand my situation and solve this.

                                        My paytm account has been blocked. I had approximately 8000 inr in my account. I have no idea what am i suppose to do. Please do help me. Or get back to me on my mail address - [protected]@gmail.com
                                        Please give me my account back. Also i was asked to provide the registered email and phone no. But my paytm account was not linked to any email address. 8000inr is a very big amount for me. I request you to solve my problem soon as all my work has been stopped due to this.
