I add value from credit card to paytm for transferto my friend but it automatically add in paytm gift voucher. This is not fare, kindly sort out this. I dont want paytm gift voucher. Contact me.

I always get problm with paytm.

    I was try to add 1900 to my paytm wallet but amount is deducted from my bank account but paytm wallet is'nt updated.. Please update my paytm wallet or credit to my bank amount... Before 10 min of this trasaction i was added 100 rs successfully but when i did 1900 rs transaction payment was failed nd my bank is debited... Please resolve my problem soon as possible...1900 rs is too much for me... Paytm mobile no. [protected]

      I added money to my paytm wallet on 16/02/18. It is added to paytm gift voucher, i wanted to transfer to paytm wallet so called to costumer care, i waited 28.56 min hoping someone will receive my call, but i din't get any replay.
      I want my money back or i want it to transfer it to paytm wallet.

      Please help me with this.

        Hello, i transferred money from my paytm account to pnb account. Since 24 hours it shows request pending and the money from paytm is gone.. I mean what on earth is going on.. I thought paytm is for convinience of public but it's really painful to say that i had to help a friend with money and he could get it on time.. I would never use the paytm service again if i don't get money back...

          I made a payment to mannapuram finance of rs 41213.68... Bt due to some problem the payment declined... Bt the money got deducted from my account.. I made payment on[protected].. And its[protected].. I havent got my refund... Plz help me
          I hve contacted paytm help n support team and no resolution has been done.. And now your team is not rplying
          .. Its not a small amount... Plz refund my amount.

            I tried to add money two times from my credit card into payment wallet, but it got added into paytm gift card wallet which i never expect. I request you to add the money back to paytm wallet or cancel the transaction so that i can get money back to my credit card. I tried calling your customer care a couple of times, but unable to talk to your executive instead i ended up with the options said by #, not a executive. I fed up with this and request you to resolve this asap. Otherwise i will have to go to consumer court and also put all this nonsense in the social media.

            Here are the details:

            The same happened with me ...

              Today on 16th feb 2018 at 2:30 o'clock.
              I added 20k rs. To paytm wallet using correct option but after completion of transaction i see my money gets added in paytm gift voucher balanced.
              I was shocked with such thing because during transaction there is no such information where it was mentioned that your money will get added to gift voucher.
              So to check this, again i tried to add 5k rs. To wallet but then also same thing is happened with me.

              So i called customer care, almost after 1/2 hr waiting they answered my call, so i explained my case so they told me paytm policy is changed, we will transfer gift voucher money to your wallet as it was not mention during transaction also didn't get this information through email or sms, so call center agent created a case for me and told me to wait 2 to 3 days.

              Also, before changing this policy paytm should have been update their app and ui interface to provide this information while transaction. Because right now also it allowing transaction to add balance in wallet and after completion of transaction we see money gets added into gift voucher.

              Now i'm waiting for resolution on this.

                I was doing DTH Recharge from my PAYTM account using my bank details. I dont know how Big Bazaar coupon is been added in the transaction and i got a message of deduction amount 5285/- from my bank. As 285/- is the amount of DTH Recharge and rest 5000 is deducted unauthorisedly.
                Its a humble request to please take this as priority and refund my amount 5000/-

                  I added money into my mobile wallet through my credit card and the money got added into the gift card purchase..I wanted to transfer the money into my savings account because of this only my emi got bounced..when you are charging for transmitting it into the savings account then why you have added the money into my gift card .. I want my money back into my wallet..

                    I tried to put rs. 8000 in paytm wallet to pay a friend through paytm.. The transaction was successful and the amount got debited through my HDFC account..but that amount did not reflect in my wallet instead it showed that I HV successfully purchased a gift voucher worth 8000 which cannot be transferred to any bank account or any paytm user.. since then I have been frantically trying to contact customer care but could not..this is mental harassment..I don't need any gift voucher..I didn't opt to purchase one..it's exploiting the consumer.i tried to speak to HDFC but they said they cannot reverse the amount, that can be done through paytm merchant only..this is not right, I want my money back

                      I hve a very big issue regarding this I hve been shopping from last 5years bt i hve never have any issure with paytm bt this time on 29/01/18 I hve ordered amount 2808 from my dabit card & firstly I got the sms that transaction Failed I wait for 5min thn I again processed and then also Transaction failed Then I wait for an hour thn I again Tried & then i got the sms Successful Ordered & thn I got the sms that 3times my balance cutoff from my bank account I got very disappointed with that. I also talked to my bank bt till now no refund from PAYTM. I m very much upset today that even 20days pasted bt No refund of my 5616. So plzz see in this matter as argunt as possible

                        Hi, I tried to pay Rs.1800 through paytm. But the transaction failed and money went to paytm gift cards. This happened twice. I don't want my money in gift cards. Please cancel those two transactions or move that 3600 rupees to wallet.

                        I tried to call customer care but no way to talk to you people. Please resolve my issue.

                          I added rs 10200 in total in chunks of rs 5000, rs5000 & Rs20 to my Paytm wallet.however, this money got added to Paytm gift voucher balance and there is no option to recover this money back to my bank account. I do not want to purchase any gift voucher.At the time of emergency paytm is paying off.kindly recover my money back otherwise i will launch a complaint.

                            My name is Srikanth . I had an issue regarding money transfer from wallet to bank account
                            Iam having walllet balance of Rs.4916 at the time of transaction, I had transferred my money to bank account but it is not credited in my bank account, At the time of transaction it didn't asked me any bank account details and I didnt have any saved cards also, So i don't know where the heck money went, Can you please tell me to which bank account money is transferred .                               I tried to add money in the wallet since wallet limit was already met which I was not aware about, it converted my money into gift voucher automatically.. why will I need a gift voucher of 6000rs ?

                              Return my money back to my account immediately otherwise I am going to consumer court next

                              It is not even asking that my money will be converted into paytm voucher.. it is hard earned money and you guys are benefitting yourself by our money.. return my money back otherwise I will sure you guys

                                  Reg. order ID: [protected], Many times, i have contacted paytm to replace the shoe as the shoe i ordered was defective. nut they are not responding even after n no. of reminders.

                                  They told me to return it earlier but I have wasted so much time to order it, why should I return it now, I just want to replace it & they are not reverting back.

                                  Shoe is of no use to me, so I am asking refund.

                                      While adding money, in written message is coming "RWL1001", AND not adding money in wallet, i am feshing this problem from many days, when I am adding money in wallet ;in writing "RWL_1001" is coming instead of add money, please solve this problem as soon as, why is not adding money in the wallet? What is meaning of RWL1001 ? please not adding money in wallet and at adding amount, RWL1001 IS COMING REPEATED, i adding minimum amount 100 to 5000 / rs but it is not successful, please let me to this.

                                        Hi this is to make very critical complaint on paytm where i have accepted the payment of 20000 on 7th february but till now amount not credited to my account i have called paytm customer care and they keep on says that it will be resolved by today and finally i called them yesterday and now they are saying that amount will be credited on 20th february it is not at all fare as this is not small amount i need this amount asap to use it for other purposes please help me on this asap i am attaching the transaction details screenshot for your reference
