Due to the reason my android Mobile Number [protected] is not functioning well due to corruption of my google Play store App.

Under this situation, I have tried to pay my Torrent Electricity Bill of Ahmedabad Service No. 362577, but due to Corrupted Play store, It has paid Rs.1870/- to Torrent Power Service No: 307727 today 1:35 PM. I also got the Message from BW-ESYPAY, TPOWER (3 TIMES).

So it is by Mistake, I request you to Refund in My account Rs. 1870/- at the Earliest in my Mobile No: [protected].

    Hello everyone,

    I would you like to inform you that i have purchased hero splendour bike in kesav honda ahmedabad via paytm. When i booked the bike that time 3000k cashback scheme available in paytm and i have purchased from 28-december-2017 but still not receive my cashback. And many time call customer care but no sufficient response.

    Both companies are fraud paytm and kesav honda.

      Dear customer care,
      Iam having a paytm account no [protected] on which i have forward 2000rs
      On 20/01/2018. On a same point of time i have recieved the message on my mobile that 2000 rs recieved and balance is 2079. At same point of time i have raised complaint with hdfc bank they are in process and balance has been forward from my account to paytm account.

      Kindly look after this matter i have called to paytm customer care but thay have not replied many.
      Kindly help me other wise i am approaching consumer protection act as iam having each and every message and statement.

        Iam using paytm nearly three months ihave loading one thousand rs in paytm passbook. Ihave recharged four rs jio number ofter i verfy my paytm passbook it shown to me no balance zero. I complaint many times no response at all. Pls refund me my amount. Thanking you. Number of times complaints no use at all. Pay tm phone call trying also many time.             Hello sir,
            I am writing this complaint against paytm service and also his connected satnam travel agent. I have booked the bus ticket on 12th february for the journey on 19th february on given boarding time 10:20 pm from location nashikphata bridge, pune. I reached before boarding time and waiting for my bus till 11:15 after that i called to the bus operator (Satnam travels) so the y told me bus already left your given location without your pick up and they said to me we tried to call you but it was not reachable. At that time bus was stopped its next given point nigadi so i inform to operator to stop the bus till i reached that location to board my bus and he agreed for this. Once i reached there the bus already left for the lonavala without picking up to me and they provided me the alternate bus to reach lonavala in midnight 12.30 am but after that operator didn't pick up the call and once i reached in lonavala there i couldn't find anything for the pick up so i paid extra 400rs to the driver of the bus which provided me till lonavala to reach my destination.
            I raised the 2-3 complaints with paytm but they are not doing any resolution on this and didn't provided to me my bus refund amount of rs 509. They are not doing any action for this complaint. Please help me get my money refund as i didn't travel with bus which i have booked for the journey.

              I have a complaint regarding transaction issue, yesterday night, i have made transaction from my paytm wallet from sending money to bank account rs 330. This amount has been deducted from my wallet but not credited in my bank account. It showing request is still pending. This amount will be needed for me urgently. Kindly resolve this issue.                 From 18th onwards the customers which has transferred the money using my qr code was still not transferred in my bank and the amount was around 7000, my mobile number was [protected]. I have already given a complain about this. There is no response from u. I had a call but they did not solve my problem. Plz make my money transferred into my bank account...                 From feb 18th onwards the transactions which my customers have done by using the qr code was sucessfull but the money still doesnt added in my account, plz do it fast the money was around 6200 and my account mobile is [protected], why this paytm is not responding when i have call them this not fair... If this has heppened from next no other will use this kind of apps, i had trusted this app but they have cheated

                  Hi consumer complaint team. I came across a paytm number that asked to deposit cash of rs 1000 and rs 2000 and so on promising the payer a registration kind of deal into their 'male escort services' that obviously doesn't exist... They usually block all your numbers after the payment is done... One of my friends was a victim to this and lost rs 1000... He didn't know what to do, so I'm posting this complaint on his and other victims' behalf... The faker's paytm number is [protected]... The fakers two other mobile numbers are +[protected] and +[protected]... They best thing would be to return the money back to the victims or freeze the account till you sort things out... Thank you...

                    I have merchant account in Paytm and i transfered Rs. 5000, 5000 (Total 10, 000)in bank account from paytm wallet on dated[protected]. both transaction showing successful in paytm wallet but my bank account did not been credited till date it is[protected].

                    when i go in complain section there is suggest to wait few hours

                    i have called local representatives they told me that they will call me but now when i am calling they are not picking up my call.
                    when i called on customer care no. [protected], [protected] they asking to enter transaction id but when i am entering it the computerized call center saying i t is incorrect.

                    i am very fed up with paytm

                      Sub: Requesting Refund on sudden vanishing of money from wallet.
                      My wallet had 352 rupees.Suddenly when I opened it yesterday I was shocked to find only 52 rupees.I haven't done any transaction of them.Please resolve this issue and help me out.I have seen my friends who faced same issues like this but they did not find any hep.it would be great if Paytm offers better customer care services by providing customer care agent conversations.

                        This is jagadeesh from tirupati. Why are you charging transaction charges for withdraw the amount from paytm wallet to bank account. While other wallets like phonepe they are providing free transaction services for withdraw the amount from wallet to bank account. If you are still doing like this there may be chances, all paytm customers may shift to phonepe and other wallets. So, please regret the issue as early as possible. We are seeking for good decision from paytm mobile solutions.

                              After the use of 3 months, noticed my MI 20000 mah power bank was not switching off. When went to customer care for replacement of the product, they said the product is duplicate one and cannot be replaced. Never expected paytm to cheat customers. Very poor service by paytm, delivery checks should be done at each level till it reaches customers.

                                I recharge my metro card with 500 rs on 15th feb and money deducted from my accout but didnt reflect in my card...                                   I transferred my wallet amount to my bank account the transaction was successful but the amount doesn’t reflect in the bank account. I tried contacting your executives and even mailed you but all my tries failed. The wallet transaction id is always said to be invalid further there was no response the mail sent. Such inconvenience is causing irritation and shows the kind o[censored]nprofessionalism on your part. It is your responsibility to solve customer grievances but there is not initiative on your part.
                                  It is really bad to face such an issue. And such kind of problem is not expected. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible

                                    While paying electricity bill through paytm 1 year of reliance home burglary insurance policy got active and 15 rupees balance got deducted by default from debit card without asking me for buying this policy. cancel this policy because dont want this policy and did not ask to buy this policy from company, kindly refund required amount of Money got deducted.

                                      Hello, myself suhail divekar ordered a mobile through via instagram digital market. The id named phone_zone1212 havent given any phn nd asked for advance payment nd i did the payment after time passed he never gived any reply to me the order id is [protected] on 24 feb 2018, 06:46 pm. I tranfered the amount from my bank a/c to his paytm wallet he showed an erroe msg saying money nt recieved but the money has been debited frm my a/c. Strange thing he never asked for any address if he wanted to deliver my product kindly see through it. Also attaching images of the amnt debited frm my a/c.

                                        I recharged my prepaid mobile no with rs.95 (Paytm gave me confirmation of successful recharge) and i should have got rs. 50 balance and reduced call rates through this special recharge/ plan. But despite of a period of about 17hrs, i got neither of them. I enquired about the same from bsnl customer care but they revealed about no such recharge. Plz help.
