I have booked a bus ticket from paytm from manali to delhi and right now travelling in it. I have faced lot of issues regarding service like bus is delayed and proper seat is not provided to me also but thr main issue is about the way of talking of all the service providers. I have contacted to all the travel agency related to my ticket and nobody is giving respond to me and misbehaving also.
Generally i use to avoid such things. But this time the way of talking is like insulting which can not be accepted.
This journey have alteady have ruined my mood and my tour also. And when nobody is attending my request i seriosuly blam paytm for all this happening.

today i tried to recharge jio number [protected] through debit card and through paytm (user id - [protected]). But, i may given wrong information while giving mobile number (i.E. Instead of [protected], i may typed [protected]). Then my jio no. [protected] is not recharged. I received a message to my jio number [protected] from vk-ipaytm that "added rs. 349.00 to your paytm voucher. Transaction id: [protected]. But, in my paytm user id - [protected], i did not received any amount.

Hence, i request your kind self to return my amount rs. 349/-to my sb account [protected] (sbi bank), ifsc code - sbin0020238 at the earliest.

Your kind cooperation and consideration in this regard is highly solicited.

I have availed a rs. 20 recharge for tata sky and mistakenly selected a coupon via which an additional 5000 has been deducted for the order no - [protected]. Your cc is unreachable. Kindly address the issue on priority. Wish a feedback.
If you truly do care about your customer. I need this issue to be addressed on priority. Your ccr proclaims that this amount will not be refunded at any cost. Kindly look into the matter. Without availing any of your facility whu someone has to bear it.

Sir kal sir main irctc railway portal per jhansi se kanpur ke liye ticket book paytm se kiya tha jiska amount 168 mare account se debit ho gaya na to mera ticket book hua aur na hi mera payment mere account main transfer hua. Kal raat 22.32.56 per 168 rupey mere account se debit ho gaye. Bank se jo amount with draw hua uski detail is prakar hai

On 28 Feb 2018 I was asked to make a payment of Rs. 399.00 by Gaana app for yearly subscription through Paytm. Gaana connected me to Paytm site where I was asked to pay Rs 204.00 out of Rs. 399.00 as I have a balance of Rs. 195/ with Paytm. I have made the payment of Rs. 204 through internet banking of my Axis Bank account vide Bank Trx INB/[protected]/PAYTM MOBILE SOLUTIONS PVT. The amount was deducted from my savings a/c but an amount of Rs. 399/- not yet credited to my Gaana account by Paytm. I request that the same may please be done immediately.

I have transferred rs 254 to my bank on 19th january which i got refund from paytm with wallet transaction id [protected] against an order no [protected].
Its been 1 month and 10 days since i have transferred, i haven't received it in my bank account till now.
Inspite of sending several emails, they did not reply and i have not got any resolution till now.

I am an older customer of Paytm since it's business developed. But now I feel that it is cheated to us. Last I purchased one shoe from Paytm but while delivered the product to me was found not as per my requirement size. I had complaint for this and request them to replace or returned but nothing did by them. Finally I had to resale it for a cheap price. After some days I reacharged my Vodafone no amounting Rs 20 but not got recharge nor got refund. The last reason for I bound to write that I had money at Paytm wallet, one day I try to transferred my money to my bank account for cash withdraw. There shows that transaction was successful but actual my money was not transferred to my bank account. I called them several time but no one picked up the phone. I also email to customer care but no response got. Finally I emailed to the chairman but no response got from him. So friend please be aware from this Paytm. Thanks

Later i visited an shop in a unknown place and ordered food. But when i added money in paytm, it was debited from my bank but not yet addded in the wallet. I was mentally harassed and publically harassed by the shopkeeper its 2 hours, the locals near the shop has took my watch, telling that im a fraud. Paytm call center says my number is not registered in paytm. I warned then in help and support, still no use. Please do the nescessary. For 80 rupees deal the locals took 2500 rupees watch. Please take it seriously

Vim anti smell dishwash bar pack of 4 is shown to be of Rs 165 on paytmmall and the same product is available for Rs 55 at Amazon Pantry.

Why are such fraud online companies still existing?

Does consumer forum of India has an answer? what is e-commerce doing?
Is it sitting and watching these companies loot people?
I will go to SC or HC if this practice by e-commerce doesn't stop here?
And paytm will bear the consequences

I have transferred rs. 4000 from my bank account to my patym wallet on 9th february 2018, the amount is been debited in my account and not credited to my wallet.
I have raised complaint in my bank but my bank is not responsible because they are clear in their transaction.

So my money in been blocked in paytm suspense account

So kindly take action on my complaint immediately

I had booked tickets from irctc and made payment throught paytm...irctc shows refund is been done on 15th of feb bt there is no amount refunded in my paytm wallet plz refund my money

I have transferred Rs412 from my paytm wallet (paytm no -[protected])to bank account on 26 Feb 2018 the money was deducted from my paytm wallet urgently but it was not credited to bank account and paytm is showing transaction successful..I am very dissappointed with paytm ...it was my first transaction and I faced this issue ..my money was lost only because of paytm even paytm has charged Rs12 as transfer fee even after that my whole money didn't reached to bank account I didn't expected this kind of cheat from paytm ..plz resolve this issue it has been more than 48 hours now..kindly send my money back to me plz..

Dear sir, i tried booking a ticket worth rs 515 through irctc android app on 28th feb 2018. I had chosen paytm and pnb debit card as payment option.

The transaction failed and the app shows the transaction id = [protected].

I had not logged in while making the payment.

Now, my balance has been deducted. I have not received any refund yet..!!

I recharged with 149 jio phone no:[protected] on the date[protected] at 5:52pm through jio app, i did the payment through paytm bhim upi, the amount was deducted but recharge is not done, i have been calling from 5 days to jio customer care they are we haven't received any payment

I have received rs. 10000 from customer paytm wallet on 15th feb 2018 but the amount not yet credited to my link account.
I spoke with paytm customer care in many times regarding this issue, they not at all come forward to fix this issue instead they giving so many reasons like server down, technical issue, issue with bank like that and made fake promise too like it been credited with 2 working day or 3 working days and sometimes they said with 5 workin days
But it passed 9 working days, nothing happened.

I spending lot of my own time with paytm support team but no issue. I lost hope with paytm. Feeling worst with paytm.

Hence i request to please do proper investigation regarding this and help me to get my money rs. 10000.

This is Katta sambasivarao, paytm account number [protected].paytm offered cash back on sending money with in 30 min from the completion of transaction. yesterday I am sending money to another paytm account holder.but cash back is not credited to my account.pls resolve the problem as early as possible

I was booked a ticket on travelyari on 24 by selecting payment method from paytm i've added 733 amount from my bank i got a message from paytm that they got amount and amount has been received and approved by my bank account
But still after that my ticket was not booked
Till now i didn't get my balance back
When i called on paytm customer service they told me call on this number this number
But on that number my call was not connected with any customer care executive
On one number my call was connected many time they told me here this issue not resolved please call on another number

I had done my payment to icai the amount of rs.2122.30 towards the examination fee. But the amount was debited from my account and it was paid to posmovies 93333 at paytm txn#[protected]. It happened on[protected] at 21:17 ist.
I need the refund as quickly as possible. I have posted the screen shot of my above complaint.
Look into the problem and resolve it immediately.
