To whomsoever it concerns, I had ordered my Iphone7 with Paytm on 4th February order number-[protected] and this proved to be the worst decision of my life. i got the package today that was received by my younger sister. i opened the box as soon as i got back home and found this scrap inside. i tried calling you people but could'nt for once reach through. i am highly disappointed by the services rendered by paytm, i immediately want you people to take some action and and keep me informed. my 58k are at stake and i would not let it go off at any cost. i will take every action possible to get my amount back. Reply as soon as possible. Attaching the photos along with this mail about how i have been befooled around by you people. and after all this even my mail is not getting sent due to some technical issue or pending mails on paytm's side.. neither any body is picking up my call.. kindly help m e with this please. My name tarun kumar my mobile no [protected]. I paid electric bill but failed order no. [protected] on 06 dec. 2016The amount debited to my BOB bank account but not credited to my Paytm wallet. I have sent many emails to but nothing done. even after more than 47days the amount not credited to paytm wallet or to my bank.
