I done recharge on yesterday but it's still in pending i try to contact paytm customer service, but there is no reply from them money was taken from account and there is no option for cancel also. The order no is[protected] and its worst experience, please take any immediate action on this issue. Are you guys trying to cheat on the customers i saw lots of complaints on paytm... Last 46 hour of my recharge of [protected]...459...on process no respond by paytm team. .no response by paytm...im trying to contact him through call/ mail...their are dont responding..i have 7 time mail him but they dont reply
I recharged my jio number with 399 rupees 2 days ago but it is still showing recharge processing.. paytm is a lier they say that customer can cancel order after 2 hours but there is no cancellation option even after 2 days neither they reply my massage in help section.. worst experience with paytm.. I want my money back.. I am fed up with paytm...
I've done recharge of Rs. 509 for Jio and it's showing processing from 15 hours and my money is already deducted from my passbook and there is no cancellation option under recharge orders please help me
Maine 10 October 2017 ko 110 ka do bar mobile recharge kiye the but paytm wallet se 3 bar amount debits ho Gaya hai
