    I did jio 459 recharge on 10-11-17 through paytm the mode of debit card, amount was debited from bank account but recharge is processing still, when i saw your suggestions your paytm says after 2hours... Open the "my orders & click on cancel.
    But even after next day when i open the"my orders"the cancel button doesn't shows there. How to cancel my recharge or how refund my money back.
    Your paytm says..."at, paytm your trust is foremost, your is yours money untill you get what you paid for"
    If you have a loyality with your paytm promise solve my issue as soon as possible then proove your loyality.

    your says after 2 hours there is a cancel button. but even after one and half day there is no cancel button. and it shows processing. phone does not work without recharge and balance. im missing somany communications with my customers, family, relatives, friends and neibhours.
    A straight forward question to you " howmuch time i will wait for this compliant... hours/days/months/years. already your said "hours" were completed. its time time for days. couple of days were also completed. when it is solves and clear to this.
    i have hopes on your paytm to resolve the problem. but still yet, there is no improve in my compliant and there is no reply from paytm.
    after a couple of days also your(paytm) not responding. it shows your loyality and promises towards the customers.
    so, i am decided to raise a compliant and file a case on you in "consumers forum".

      I recharged my tatasky connection and the amount was deducted from my account but the recharge was in process only. And after 7 hours also amount is still processing and no cancel option is coming. I am very annoyed so please help. And i also emailed paytm about this problem but unfortunately no reply came from their side.

            My order id [protected], [protected] to bsnl for mobile recharge thru wallet it's still in processing status for more than an hour. Kindly revert my money, i'm unable to cancel and unable to do other transactions also. I've contacted paytm hotline and there is no option to register complaint for mobile recharge issues and tweeted waited for more than hour and no response and finally posting here. Hope for the care on customer from paytm

              My amount was deducted from credit card but the idea number was not recharged...Paytm is showing successful order but didn't recieve recharge amount in idea prepaid number. Also confirmed with idea care people that payment was not given to idea.

                I m one o[censored]r customers. Recently i bought a snickers chocolate n i received a redeem offer with it. When i tried to redeem it with the code printed on the cover it is showing a message regarding "you have exceeded maximum number of times". What is this sir. Would u please help me. I tried to call u but no one is responding. Is this the way u respond to ur customers. Is this the way u fool ur customers saying paytm redeem offer. Feeling ashamed..

                    Today morning 7.50 AM 500Rs wallet money I had transfer to my bank account but till now there is showing pending error and such a error it would be irritated to me if we users get such a error while we're transferred wallet balance to bank account then we'll never use paytm for a bank transfer transaction

                      I tried to recharge but my transaction got declined. The amount has been deducted from my account. I tried to contact through mail, but there is no reply. The amount will be credited to my account or not. There is no response from there end. They have given me the order no that will be credited but when and there is no reponse from there end and the customer no if your calling contact this no

                          I hd deposited rs.1254 from my bank account into my paytm wallet.but it's not there.help me out quickly otherwise i hv to take other seviour steps.i hd added money for shopping .but my shopping order is incomplete though money is not present in my account.u think you people are fraud.your customer care no are also not working.what a fake business.

                                श्रीमान जी मेरा पेटीएम खाता संख्या[protected] है मैंने दिनांक 8 नवंबर को 3:00 बज कर 9:00 मिनट पर जियो ऐप से पेटीएम का प्रयोग करते हुए रिचार्ज किया था जो निरस्त हो गया जबकि मेरे खाते से राशि 399 कट गई जियो ऐप से बात करने पर उन्होंने कहा कि आप पेटीएम से बात करें पेटीएम ने अपनी कस्टमर सपोर्ट को इतना क्लिष्ट बना रखा है की आसानी से उनके केयर में बात भी नहीं हो पा रही जिससे कॉल चार्ज के भी पैसे मेरे खाते से कट गए अतः श्रीमान पुनः निवेदन है कि मेरी समस्या का समाधान करवाने का कष्ट करें

                                  Yesterday ie 9.11.2017 i tried to recharge my idea number [protected] with an amount of ₹348 at 7: 55 pm the recharge is shown to be successful but i have not got my number recharged.
                                  My ₹348 is deducted and i have not got recharged. I talked to idea customer care too but they say to talk to u r regarding this grievance of mine.

                                  My husband tried to recharge my idea phone number [protected] by ₹348 the amount was deducted but my number was not recharged. Similar thing happened when he tried to recharge the same phone number with ₹49 the amount was deducted and the number wasn't recharged. So i request you to please return back my money.

                                    I have ordered a shirt for rs. 708 with order number #[protected]. I received the item and i have returned it to the vendor. I received rs. 260 as cashback. They have refunded the remaining money rs.448 to my paytm wallet with transaction id - paytm cash txn id #[protected] on 20/10/2017. Then i requested to send the money to bank. Then the money is deducted from my paytm wallet with (Wallet txn id) paytm cash txn id #[protected] on 20/10/2017, but not added to the bank. The wallet statement it self says, that was a failure transaction. Still they have not restore the money to my paytm wallet nor to my bank account so far.

                                    I have sent 10 messages to the customer care and i am trying to contact the customer care executive to get the refund amount. But i could not contact an executive directly. Every time i am getting recorded voice messages only. There is no toll free customer care number also. Everytime we have to pay for getting recorded voice messages. Poor customer care service.

But first time banking trasction for used paytm.. 7300 rs paytm bank money transaction 210rs all india any banking app any social app not trasction charged then charged only 6rs any amount 100 to 10000rs but you 1000 ra 29rs 5000rs paytm charged 120ra and 3000rs paytm charged 80rs i promise you all life you paytm app not used this no [protected] i 210 rs very bad paytm very bad paytm

                                      Hello paytm very bad all india any app any bank transfer charged 5 ra to 20rs 100 to 10000 but pay tm 7000rs transfer charges 210rs 7300 hundred rs deposit and transfer 7000rs ball 90rs

                                        I have done idea postpaid mobile recharge on[protected] through paytm. I received message of successful recharge BT payment did not go to company or payment not refund in my account
