Its been a day i recharged my landline by using patym app and recharge is showing processing from last 24 hours and i m not able to cancel my order to get back my money and while doing complaint on their registered complaint no they make me wait for 20 minutes as its not a toll free no so they that they can suck all the money from my balance and after it not solving problem and by doing complaints they have sucked my 50-60rs balance i don't know why they are doing such practices at last i did't got my problem solved and my money is with them and 50-60 rs balance they have sucked..

    I recharged my tata sky dth for 300/- rs. Using paytm mobile app i had 50 balance in my wallet and 250 i added from my internet banking on 10-nov-17, today my dth connection has been discontinued due to balance zero and still paytm recharge is pending, i am unable to cancel the order and paytm team is not working on my complaints.
    All the paytm customer care number are fake since their are only for ivr, [protected]@paytm.com& [protected]@one97.com are not for customer service you need to log your complaint from paytm app using help & support, the only option i left with waiting until issue the resolved

      Sir... On date 10th of november i have recharge dth but still it is showing processing means neither got recharge completion nor refund till now
      I have complaint many times but not resolved till now
      There is no proper no for customer care to call about problem.. They are just bluffing on calls to customer.. So i want my money back... I have struggled alot calling again and again to customercare and sent mail also but no respond till now...

          This company is real bad. They have blocked my account again within 5 days after unblocking it saying that i have done some fraud transactions while all i have done is open my account in 2 devices and send money to friends and recharge with cashback promo-code.
          I have proof of all transactions as all the transactions were done to my friends who i know personally.
          I have 11k+ money which i was going to withdraw today but i couldnt because they blocked my account again,

            I'm recharge Jio recharge for Rs 399. It's done 24 hours, still it show processing...
            Also I tried to call customer care of paytm team 3 to 4 times, he has not give proper answer as expected.
            please resolve my complaint & refund my amount Rs 399 to my paytm account as soon as possible.

              Sir i m so tired with your customer care services. All numbers you provide for customers complaining are fake or wrong. I tried each and every numbers of paytm customer which is visible on internet but all are wrong and no way to talk any person or official staff of paytm. Tomorrow i have done a recharge on my jio number with using paytm during this process i enter wrong amount 99 which is not provided by the company as a valid recharge amount. That's why this recharge value not added by jio in my phone number and my balance deduction completed by you. Now i requested to u please revert my amount which is 99 rupees. My order id is [protected]. Or you can mail me [protected]@gmail.com... When you mail me i tell you my paytm id.. Take necessary action regarding this issue

                Hi I have done my jio recharge but recharge is under process since last night 9:43pm, order I'd is - [protected], I can't able to cancel the order and also not recharge my jio number and also not refunded the money. I am trying to contact with customer care but I can't able, plz proper solution as soon as possible, please provide me a customer care number where I can talk regarding recharge problem. I got many numbers from paytm website but all for other options.

                  I recharge my mobile 448+349 on Nov 10 n it's showing operator down . I cancelled but still showing queued n didn't get my money back..I send msg but no reply. .
                  Second thing I did recharge today 448+50 n both again showed operator down n showing money refund but I received only 448 n 50 didn't get ..but showing tat both refunded..Wat s this...

                    I did recharge of 499 ru.in my jio no.[protected] last night and still almost 24 hrs has completed but paytm neither give me my money return nor recharge
                    And also not providing any solution
                    Its still showing processing and they debated 499 ru. From my account order id is [protected]
                    They are also not replying and
                    The worst part there is no any way to talk to their any representative by call
                    And also don't have any toll free no.

                    Please see the Screenshot because Yesterday I have done my recharge balance is not credited in my account and it's showing processing and I am trying to cancel the transaction it's not showing the cancel option also . So please help me out.
                    If all this problem I will be facing again and again I am not going to use paytm in my life.

                    On 10th I have done my recharge and now it's 34 Hours but I didn't get back the money aur else balance and plus cash back also and even from 2 days I m calling customer care no response are coming back now... all this are heights

                    I also mailed them and here's the reply i got...lol as if i didn't knew all of that...this is wrong paytm shoul refund us along with so extra cashback for such niusance created else we will take some actions against paytm

                      I made a recharge using paytm for my jio number for an amount of rs 499 as shown in the plans of paytm site in 10th november 2017. The status is in processing state since more than 24 hours. I made complaint on the site but they are not responding. I rang the customer care number but they don't have any customer care department for handling recharge related issues. As per information from the paytm site, they say that if a rechage is in processing state for more than 2 hours, the customer can cancel and take the refund in the wallet but i can't see that option too. Please do the needful and refund the amount to my wallet at the earliest. My order number is [protected].

                        I have racharged for rs.20 and rs.53 and it has not been recharge it but its showing processing for the past 1 day but the money has been deducted from my account... And there is no reply from paytm company and there is no customer care to solve the problem. I did not expect this from paytm

                          I did a recharge as usual for tatasky for rs 935. The transaction is still showing "processing". There's no cancel button visible as mentioned in your help section. I am not able to contact your customer care via mobile as there is no option for the same in your ivr. The order ref. No. Is [protected]. I have sent several messages using your app but there's no response or even acknowledgement to the issue. What kind of service is this. I would not use your app for any kind of payment henceforth, for there's no accountability on your end. My phone number is [protected].

                            Hi, i tried to recharge my dad’s airtel no. With the rs.448 special recharge... I followed the ususal procedures as i did before... But it has taken a long time to recharge as it is in the “processing” state for the last 24hrs... And the main problem is i can’t even find the “cancel” button (Which is supposed to be there after a processing time of 2hrs according ti paytm’s policy). Pls help... Thank you.

                                    I added rs.550 on paytm wallet on 4th nov. While booking for uber. It got deducted but was not added in the wallet.
                                    Tried to mail paytm care but there is a failure.
                                    I don't know how to get in touch with customer support. The customer support team wants transaction id to complete the call. I don't know which no is that.
                                    Its very painful to get in touch with cs team.
                                    I am attaching transaction screenshot for reference. Please refund.

Of rs.149, on 10th november 2017 at 7:59pm but i have not got the recharge done on my vodafone number till now.                                         I wanted to go recharge my jio no. Rs. 499/-, but transaction showing fail but till amount not refund. Again, i add money add in my paytm wallet rs. 500/- and again trying to recharge it, but money deducted from wallet and recharge status showing in “processing” from last 14hrs. And there is no option showing in cancel transaction. I again apply for my money against cancel transaction return in my bank but status showing request pending. My total amount rs. 999/- is in suspense. Please help me ad solved as soon as possible. Ref. All order no and txn id: mention below.

                                        (Ii) order no. [protected] (Status processing from last 15hrs.) no option to cancel transaction. I cont contact with customer care representative over phone after many times trying. Please help me regarding this.
