debited amount from sbi a/c but not recharging the mobile

I try to recharge jio no. Through paytm on 07.11.17 using my sbi debit card and the amount of rs.399 was debited from my a/c against order no. Jpt2579506i425 but not recharging the mobile no. I also contact to the customer care of r jio. They told that payment show decline against the above mentioned order no. And they are unable recharge against the above order no. So the amount must be refund to my a/c by paytm immediately as four days...

Is a fraud and is involved in consumer abuse by not giving the products/services even after receiving the amount desired by him,. I got his number from the olx selling purchasing app. I paid rs 3500/- though paytm two weeks ago and since then no refund or services has been delivered. The account limits of the said numbers...

same recharge done thrice

Had done my recharge on 10.11.2017 at 10:59 of idea no.[protected] for rs. 449 & on same time recharge repeat two more time and deducted extra rs. 898 from my paytm wallet (Registered with [protected]).
This is the recharge only valid for 70 days with unlimited call which i will get with first recharge but what about next two recharge. Can u please extend this to next 140 days or give my money back. I had contacted in your customer care...

Amount of rs 50000/- has been deducted from my card & not received in emitra order id[protected].
I have received an email from paytm "your bank just confirmed a successful payment of rs.50000.0 on paytm against order id[protected]. We will refund your money in case the order is cancelled".

I was trying to recharge they dedicated the amount from bank easily but not recharged, it shows all time is opreater down, and i also can't cancel my order if want second one is, they are big frouders, there is no real customer support number they have, if we trying to make call the call is not finished and the balance is dedicated, what tha hell!!! Take a strict action against...

Hi. I had recharged my mobile yesterday (10/11/17) at approximately 10pm. The recharge is showing processing for almost 11 hours now. I tried contacting paytm via the app but no reply. I want to cancel my transaction and get my refund. I cant find the cancel option either. I have attached a picture of the same. I want the refund asap. Please do the required. I had to come and complain here as paytm was not responding to my requests. Pls pls...

recharge not done but my money is deducted

My order no [protected] for recharge of rs 499 is still showing processing and the recharge is yet not done but my money is deducted from my paytm wallet. I recharged it 12 hours ago and paytm asks to cancel order if it is not processed within 2 hrs. I also messaged the paytm help centre on the app many times but i haven't received a reply yet.

recharge pending from 11 hrs

Money deducted from paytm wallet but recharge is in processing from last night.
There no option of 'cancel order' in 'my order' detail. No help from paytm.
I also try help and support in paytm but no response. No customer care available for this type of problem. What can i do... I pay 459 rs for this. Is this waste now?

mobile recharge order no 4113474601

Have done a mobile recharge of rs 459/- with order no. [protected] around 12 hrs back at 9 pm on 10th nov but still it is showing processing. Paytm site it is showing that after 2 hrs we can cancel the transaction but there is no cancel options in my order tab.

I lodged the matter in help and support tab also still no reply. Even mail to paytm also still same......

jio recharge is pending but amount was deducted

I did jio 459 recharge on 10-11-17 through paytm the mode of debit card, amount was debited from bank account but recharge is processing still, when i saw your suggestions your paytm says after 2hours... Open the "my orders & click on cancel.
But even after next day when i open the"my orders"the cancel button doesn't shows there. How to cancel my recharge or how refund my money back.
Your paytm says..."at, paytm your trust is...

tata sky unsuccessful recharge

I recharged my tatasky connection and the amount was deducted from my account but the recharge was in process only. And after 7 hours also amount is still processing and no cancel option is coming. I am very annoyed so please help. And i also emailed paytm about this problem but unfortunately no reply came from their side.

My order id [protected], [protected] to bsnl for mobile recharge thru wallet it's still in processing status for more than an hour. Kindly revert my money, i'm unable to cancel and unable to do other transactions also. I've contacted paytm hotline and there is no option to register complaint for mobile recharge issues and tweeted waited for more than hour and no response and finally posting here. Hope for the care on customer from paytm...

My amount was deducted from credit card but the idea number was not recharged...Paytm is showing successful order but didn't recieve recharge amount in idea prepaid number. Also confirmed with idea care people that payment was not given to idea....

unable to redeem

I m one o[censored]r customers. Recently i bought a snickers chocolate n i received a redeem offer with it. When i tried to redeem it with the code printed on the cover it is showing a message regarding "you have exceeded maximum number of times". What is this sir. Would u please help me. I tried to call u but no one is responding. Is this the way u respond to ur customers. Is this the way u fool ur customers saying paytm redeem offer. Feeling ashamed.....
