Untill solve my problem I can’t recharge again
Still in processing when i call paytm customer care
They say complain in help and saport but this doesn’t work

    I added rs.550 on paytm wallet on 4th nov. While booking for uber. It got deducted but was not added in the wallet.
    Tried to mail paytm care but there is a failure.
    I don't know how to get in touch with customer support. The customer support team wants transaction id to complete the call. I don't know which no is that.
    Its very painful to get in touch with cs team.
    I am attaching transaction screenshot for reference. Please refund.

    Let me know if further info is required.

      Hi my name is swamy i have done a prepaid recharge to my vodafone no. Of rs.149, on 10th november 2017 at 7:59pm but i have not got the recharge done on my vodafone number till now. And also the tatus of the recharge is still showing in processing and there is no cancellation option. It's almost over 12hours since its showing in processing. I have tried the customer care no. But ther is no option for recharge complaints, please help me...

        I wanted to go recharge my jio no. Rs. 499/-, but transaction showing fail but till amount not refund. Again, i add money add in my paytm wallet rs. 500/- and again trying to recharge it, but money deducted from wallet and recharge status showing in “processing” from last 14hrs. And there is no option showing in cancel transaction. I again apply for my money against cancel transaction return in my bank but status showing request pending. My total amount rs. 999/- is in suspense. Please help me ad solved as soon as possible. Ref. All order no and txn id: mention below.
        (I) order no : [protected] (Status failed) but money not refund.
        (Ii) order no. [protected] (Status processing from last 15hrs.) no option to cancel transaction. I cont contact with customer care representative over phone after many times trying. Please help me regarding this. I attached some screenshot regarding this matter for your further reference and help.

          Don't buy from whts app no [protected] he is fake he told to do paytm i did but he dint transfer the coin he is cheat. So many what's app msg he dint replied after getting money beware of him he has two paytm account [protected] & [protected]. So beware don't pay n buy if any one has doubt this my whatsapp no [protected] text me will send the conversation.

                Order id : # [protected]
                As per dgca notification, udf fees for igi delhi need to refunded to the passenger.in my case i booked via paytm, its been almost 3 months the amount is not credited and paytm keep on saying it is in process. (There is no fruitful response or no response from paytm from sometime)
                Meanwhile, for my other travels, credit from other travel companies are credited within 10 days of travel.
                When i asked my airline they confirmed they had credited the amount to booking authority.
                Communication to paytm has been done via calls, emails and socials media but no positive response is given, we are always stated our refund is in process.
                Also, they are not able to transfer the amount to my paytm wallet. To resolve this i have provided them my bank account but still no response for there side.
                All emails communications are holded with me.

                I want paytm to compensate for the refund.

                  Iam trying to cancel my pattam recharges which are pe ding but there is no cancel button #[protected] and #[protected]. Please cancel both this order! Iam not being able to connect to customer care representative also bad! Please need immediate help! I never expected such behaviour from paytm! Please solve this issue as soon as possible!                     I have deposited in paytm 1000/- rs.
                    But only transaction done from that amount is 51/-rs.
                    Remaining balance is gone today.
                    I'm not getting my transaction details of last 3 month.
                    No any support by customer care at all.
                    Need to know the problem and get resolved as soon as possible.
                    All transaction and work is affected.
                    I hope my issue get resolve and get satisfactory services.

                      I recharged my jio number with the rs.399 offer on 10/11/2017 at 10:19pm. But the recharge is still not successful. It's still showing processing. The amount has been deducted from my bank account. The transaction was via net banking. And still the recharge hasn't been done.
                      I'd like to request a refund as soon as possible.
                      Immediate action is requested.
                      have you got any update? facing the same issue here.

                        My account is temporary blocked. I have everything to login my paytm account like password, phone number, mail id everything but unfortunately my account is blocked. I also have money in my paytm account that is 1300 rs., i am sending messages to paytm from last 3 days but i have got no response from paytm.

                        My account is temporarily blocked. I have all details of my paytm account and also 1300 rs.in my wallet. I am emailing to paytm.com from last 5-6 days but there are no response from them. I am thinking now to take paytm.com in court. This is not matter about 1300 rs. This is what they (Paytm.com) do with their costumers. If i am not getting any response from paytm.com till 15th nov., i'll definitely do something.
                        Same here. I am also facing same issue and mailing to paytm last couples of days but no any feedback yet...

                          It's been 12 hours since i recharged my jio number (10th november'17), it still displays processing.

                          Not able to cancel the order via the paytm application too.
                          None of your services seem to respond (Email or toll-free or help center)
                          Thus i am forced to raise my issue here.
                          Kindly take required action as soon as possible.

                            I try to recharge jio no. Through paytm on 07.11.17 using my sbi debit card and the amount of rs.399 was debited from my a/c against order no. Jpt2579506i425 but not recharging the mobile no. I also contact to the customer care of r jio. They told that payment show decline against the above mentioned order no. And they are unable recharge against the above order no. So the amount must be refund to my a/c by paytm immediately as four days already over from payment from my a/c to paytm. Kindly taken necessary steps in this regards.

                            How much time taken by paytm to resolve the problem? I could not recharge the said mobile no. due to awaiting for resolve the problem and get back the money in my SBI A/C or paytm passbook a/c from paytm.

                              Is a fraud and is involved in consumer abuse by not giving the products/services even after receiving the amount desired by him,. I got his number from the olx selling purchasing app. I paid rs 3500/- though paytm two weeks ago and since then no refund or services has been delivered. The account limits of the said numbers are already full and no refund is been given by him.
                              Further, he is not picking up the phone despite being regularly active on whatsapp.
                              I request you to block all these paytm accounts as he may have done frauds with other consumers as well.

                                Had done my recharge on 10.11.2017 at 10:59 of idea no.[protected] for rs. 449 & on same time recharge repeat two more time and deducted extra rs. 898 from my paytm wallet (Registered with [protected]).
                                This is the recharge only valid for 70 days with unlimited call which i will get with first recharge but what about next two recharge. Can u please extend this to next 140 days or give my money back. I had contacted in your customer care and they are denying to refund the amount, also when i asked for escalation of same they have given me one contact number which is not in active state as on now.

                                  I have transferred rs 50000/- in emitra wallet through using paytm wallet from my card.
                                  Amount of rs 50000/- has been deducted from my card & not received in emitra order id[protected].
                                  I have received an email from paytm "your bank just confirmed a successful payment of rs.50000.0 on paytm against order id[protected]. We will refund your money in case the order is cancelled".

                                  Request you to please refund the amount of rs 50000/- in my paytm wallet.

                                    I was trying to recharge they dedicated the amount from bank easily but not recharged, it shows all time is opreater down, and i also can't cancel my order if want second one is, they are big frouders, there is no real customer support number they have, if we trying to make call the call is not finished and the balance is dedicated, what tha hell!!! Take a strict action against them

                                      If i call custom care they give different number and when i call that number they say call another number

                                        Hi. I had recharged my mobile yesterday (10/11/17) at approximately 10pm. The recharge is showing processing for almost 11 hours now. I tried contacting paytm via the app but no reply. I want to cancel my transaction and get my refund. I cant find the cancel option either. I have attached a picture of the same. I want the refund asap. Please do the required. I had to come and complain here as paytm was not responding to my requests. Pls pls find a way
