This is to inform you that on 18th October 2017 I have made recharge for my JIO network [protected] from my UCO bank account no.[protected] which is neither happen till now nor the amount of RS 399/- credited to my bank account.
Today is 16th November, 28 days already been passed.
Kindly credit the amount i.e, RS 399/- to my UCO bank account as early as possible.

    I made a recharge using paytm for my jio number for an amount of rs 399 as paytm site in 10th november 2017. The status is in processing state since more than 24 hours. I made complaint on the site but they are not responding. I rang the customer care number but they don't have any customer care department for handling recharge related issues. As per information from the paytm site, they say that if a rechage is in processing state for more than 2 hours, the customer can cancel and take the refund in the wallet but i can't see that option too. Please do the needful and refund...

      I have purchased a mobile vivo y55s with order no [protected] on 01st october 2017 and the order was delivered on 5th october 2017. The mobile was hanging and youtube not responding and therefore i requested for replacement on dated 8th october with order no [protected]. The mobile was picked up on 25th october for replacement but on dated 9th november i received a msg from seller that order was cancelled and initiating for refund but i didn't received refund till today. I am trying to contact almost all contact number of paytm since 12 october 2017 but couldn't get proper help anyways. Please take necessary action to resolve my issues

        Its been 2 days up now, still no response from paytm

        By order details enclosed below in in photo

        What's wrong with #paytm.
        Yesterday i have done recharge for videocon dth.
        Money got debited from wallet immediately (8.28pm, 10th nov'17) and after 2days also it is showing as processing.

        Please note: till now i have not any sms or mail regarding this payment, where as money got deducted my account/bank.

        And i contacted #paytm customer care through app & reported this issue almost 4time but i have not got any sms/mail for the compliant registration

        And i contacted #paytm customer care through phone, it is not all getting connected to recharge section, i called 20times still they got disconnected.
        Now i only have to pay phone (Call charge) bill for all this # caused by this #paytm.

        Is #paytm is secure and you have 24x7 customer care support. What is the purpose of this?
        Payment not done after 2days no answers!!!
        Money got debited & payment mail there is no confirmation sma/mail even after 2 days?

          Last week i used my father’s debit card to pay the electricity bill that of something 12000 inr. After a few minutes it showed that transaction has failed any my money would be retrieved. But nothing has happened till now. Even that message got deleted from the notification menu. I tried calling to customer care number to have a word with your customer care executive but there’s no such options. So i would really appreciate if any of you can contact me or else i’ll have to take up some further serious action.

            I recharged my jio number for 399 on 10th night but it showed processing for a few hours after that, so i tried to write to paytm. They had instructions that said if a recharge is showing processing for more than 2 hours, then i can cancel it by clicking the cancel button, but there was no such option!!! I send them about seven mails requesting them to cancel the recharge or at least get back to me. After more then 20 hours, when they did not get back to me, i recharged my other number as i had to make calls somehow!
            After all this last evening they finally show that my jio recharge has been successful. They still have not responded to any of my queries. I have no use whatsoever with that recharge now. If they had responded to me a little sooner i would not have lost 399 bucks.

                      I recharged my videocon dth for rs. 1000/- on 10 october 207 vide order no. [protected] and entire amount debited from my account but the order is still in processing after 4 days. I tried every option you have mentioned on your site but there is no option to cancel the order and taking refund, further, your any helpline no. Doesn't work and solve the issue. Even i messaged so many times forwarding with snapshots too, but no response from paytm. Your so called helpline nos. Are for advertisment of your products and for harassing there customer not for solving there problems. I once again request you to please resolve the issue at the earliest as you have blocked my money more than 3 days which is illegal too and by such way you are earning money and getting interest on the money of customers.
                      More amazingly, i read the paytm blog where they mentioned their e-mail address [protected]@paytm.com for forwarding the queries and even on this forum too, paytm guys mentioned the same while solving one customer's complain. I wrote them on the email address [protected]@paytm.com and i received the reply that we donot monitor this email, therefore, you follow the procedure given on website which is messaging them from the help and support tab which medium i am trying since 03 days but no response from them at all. I donot know how to solve the issue and this company has also got the banking licence from rbi.

                        The order number is [protected]. I paid my electricity bill of 1390 rs on 11th november morning. Today is 13th november the order is still showing processing and the money has been deducted. This issue has not been resolved 4-5 complaint submission in [protected]@paytm.com. I need my money back as soon as possible. I have attached the screenshot of this problem. After 4-5 complaints no reply from paytm. Order is not processed and money is deducted 2 days earlier. So, now where is my money? When my issue will be resolved??

                          Recharge done using paytm app on airtel no. Its still shows processing. Customer care also no response. Sended several messages to 24/7 support on paytm. They keep on repeating by replying same answer. Cancel the order in app or web based paytm. But cancel tab is not there in both app and web based paytm. Such a worst service. Playing with customers money. We paid and running here and there to solve our issue. Paytm should banned. When there is no proper service then why they in service. Its totally cheating.

                              I made a bill payment of my tikona broadband on 10th november 2017. They deducted the money from the bank though it is still showing "processing" in the order section of paytm. It's more than 56 hours for the payment and there is still no refund neither the payment is successful. Nor there is a cancellation option as instructed by paytm itself. I made complaint about this to paytm but they did not even reply. It looks like a clear case of robbery.

                                I have initiated a dth recharge on 10 nov in night which didn't happened n showing as processing i have msged more than 15 times to it team after waiting for more than 48 hours i finally recharged my dth from another app after 2 to 3 hours later i have got a msg that my order is processed n recharge done, before i recharged my dth from another app i msgsd u ppl that plz refund the amount as i can't waste more time to watch tv. Firstly i have to say u guys have really pathetic customer support that no one contacted me n there is no personal touch. M a frequent paytm user as u can check in my account but after this i have completely lost faith in u guys. U have lost a regular customer o[censored]rs. I want my money back.. M sick o[censored] ppl. Otherwise i will sue u ppl n will use my all potential to take this to ur ceo mr. Vijay sekhar.                                     I have made recharge of 459 for my jio on 10 th nov 2017.. Amount has taken from my acc within a second but k didn't got recharge for more than 2 hours so i canceled the order & app shows it was canceled but my amount was not credited in my account till now. I have called their customer care number many times but no use only stupid computer voice. Pls help me to get my cash. My registered paytm number is [protected] pls help me

                                      ( add on i tried to contact paytm customer care but it seems they don't provide option of direct voice contact to customer executive therefor i tried to send mail to them but it shows their email box at [protected]@one97.com is full then i tried their another email [protected]@paytm.com it replied they don't monitor this id then i tried to contact through paytm app but i couldn't find any option of contact to customer executive i tried all the way to contact paytm but Paytm doesn't provide convince customer service)
                                      Please inquire and resolve my problem

                                      I had just booked a movie ticket and saw the status as order pending. Money didn't get deducted but while trying to book again. The seats are showing booked. Didn't get confirmation message also
                                      I have made a recharge of ₹30 and again of ₹30 the balance is not credited yet... The amount has been debited from the bank
