I have made recharge of 459 for my jio on 10 th nov 2017.. Amount has taken from my acc within a second but k didn't got recharge for more than 2 hours so i canceled the order & app shows it was canceled but my amount was not credited in my account till now. I have called their customer care number many times but no use only stupid computer voice. Pls help me to get my cash. My registered paytm number is [protected] pls help me
My order number is [protected], i had recharged on 10 November 2017, 9.39 pm, But its still under processing till now and am not able to cancel it too. Any help?
I have recharged my Jio no 24 hours ago and the amount was deducted from my bank. But it is still in processing. My order no is [protected]. There is no cancel option too. Kindly help me .

    I made a recharge using paytm for my jio number for an amount of rs 399 as paytm site in 10th november 2017. The status is in processing state since more than 24 hours. I made complaint on the site but they are not responding. I rang the customer care number but they don't have any customer care department for handling recharge related issues. As per information from the paytm site, they say that if a rechage is in processing state for more than 2 hours, the customer can cancel and take the refund in the wallet but i can't see that option too. Please do the needful and refund...

    Code inside parle blacksmith marie (price rs. 30 cashback r.s.18) not working it shows invalid code where as i haven't used it as well expiry date of this scheme is 15th February 2018 as mentioned

    ( add on i tried to contact paytm customer care but it seems they don't provide option of direct voice contact to customer executive therefor i tried to send mail to them but it shows their email box at [protected]@one97.com is full then i tried their another email [protected]@paytm.com it replied they don't monitor this id then i tried to contact through paytm app but i couldn't find any option of contact to customer executive i tried all the way to contact paytm but Paytm doesn't provide convince customer service)

    i am trying to adding money in paytm wallet but 2 transactions are successfully added but first transaction is not display and not to credit in account, so please help me and call me. my mobile no is [protected]
    It is an unsuccessful recharge but paytm paid to billdeskutil on November11-2017, 8:22am on wallet transaction id:[protected].please try to refund my money back.
    ON NOV 6 th 2017 11:38 am. i try to add money into wallet but money didnt add money into my wallet and amount 800 debted from bank

    I had just booked a movie ticket and saw the status as order pending. Money didn't get deducted but while trying to book again. The seats are showing booked. Didn't get confirmation message also
    I have made a recharge of ₹30 and again of ₹30 the balance is not credited yet... The amount has been debited from the bank

        I have made airtel landline payment with order reference no [protected] on nov 10, but even after 2 days the order is still shown as processing, despite my several attempts to reach customer helpline, its still shown as under process. The responses i received from the customer help line was to cancel the order but surprising no such options are available either in the app or website. Adding to the irony the call centre no[protected] was directing me to dial[protected] for account related queries, but even the[protected] was not actually for account related queries but was for blocking and re activating the account. It appears that paytm is like black hole, they only accept money and they either never provide the agreed service nor return the money. Hoping that atleast after seeing this post they will respond.

        I booked train ticket from irctc app and payment by paytum money debited but ticket not book n no refund available

        Recarged yesterday with Rs.498 but still processing after 12 hrs and no cancel option, no customer care. Request to cancel the transaction and refund asap.
        All the customer care number are obsolete. No proper IVR solution. At least this should be addressed first.

        i have bookiing ticket on irtcc.
        first time i was booking in gujarat mail via powered by paytm.416 Rs debit from my account but ticket not booked.
        2nd time also deducted 411 rs but not booked.
        3rd time booked ticket.

        but before two time on my accounts debited my balance so how i get it..
        Koi v bill pay karne pr bill se adhik Paisa charge hota h kyu
        I was transfering 3000 from my wife paytm account to my bank account but stauts is pending 72 hrs no proper guides
        Problem continued... Now after 3 days after series of requests to cancel this transaction Paytm without eve on consulting with me completed the transaction by paying the operator. It ninjas become double payment to operator in view of the delay by Paytm I have already made this payment to operator. Once again my chase is on to get this transaction to cancelled and get my payment but as the working style and fashion followed at pay tm NO RESPONSE AT ALL WHERE TO GO AND WHOM TO COMPLAIN

          My Paytm number is [protected] yesterday i was recharge my another idea number 495 plan . Paytm show its successful but recharge not receive yet on my idea number. and your customer care number[protected] is not valid please resolve it recharge my number otherwise refund my money as soon as possible

            Very poor service of paytm... Called many times no one received a call, if they receive a call then they transfer to some another team and complaint never resolve.

            They wanna penetrate in the market but with out incurring cost in service center

            On 16 oct, transaction of 200 rs in dmrc card

            Dmrc card was not reacharged and payment deducted from account.

                Recharge done using paytm app on jio no. Its still shows processing. Customer care also no response. Sended several messages to 24/7 support on paytm. They keep on repeating by replying same answer. Cancel the order in app or web based paytm. But cancel tab is not there in both app and web based paytm. Such a worst service. Playing with customers money. We paid and running here and there to solve our issue. Paytm should banned. When there is no proper service then why they in service. Its totally cheating.

                  I ve paid 1549 rs as my landline bill payment, but my bill is still due and its been 2 days, they (Bsnl) have disconnected my phone and internet. My paytm transaction id is [protected]. They are not even replying me. I want my money back. I have also tried paytm’s customer care numbers but they are nit solving my issue and i cant even talk to the customer care representatives. It is also affecting my studies. I hope you will help me.

[protected]) but last three days gone but in the app showing its processing, not showing any cancel button in this app, i have try paytm customer care but it's a wrong because no any contact number working

                      This is sudharhan i was using paytm more than 3 years, i recharged my mobile phone (Jio) on 10/11/17, still it is showing processing, and there is no customer care and there is no email options, now it is such a fraud app every seen, how thay eating money, i need your person to visit google play store and see the reviews more than 1000 peoples are suffering from this we are also not a millioner but they r, still eating others money please take some action, help us

                        My metro card recharge is showing processing from more than 48 hours and i cant see any cancel button to cancel my recharge, they say you can cancel it from your side after 2 hours but no such option is there.. I don't know why they are lying to their own customers, i complaint through app so many times, no one is replying.. No reply... No help... Very bad customer service very bad experience. I am not gonna use paytm after this.

                            I recharged my jio number [protected] with an amount of rs499 on friday 10:09pm i. E., 10/11/2017. Till now my recharge is not completed it still showing processing though the amount was deducted from my paytm wallet. No cancel button is shown for cancellation of the same from the time is still not resolved and paytm application is also not responding to my queries. The service of paytm this time really disappointing me please do something to resolve my order number : [protected] as soon as possible. And refund the amount to my wallet please do consider me.

                              I did a recharge as usual for tatasky for rs 555 on 10th november 2017 at 8:29 p. M. The transaction is still showing "processing". There's no cancel button visible as mentioned in paytm help section. I am not able to contact paytm customer care via mobile as there is no option for the same in their ivr. The order no is [protected]. I have sent several messages using the paytm app but there's no response or even acknowledgement to the issue. What kind of service is this, pathetic. I would not use this app for any kind of payment henceforth, for there's no accountability from their end. My phone number is [protected]. Now i want to cancel the transaction and want my refund back.

                                I did this recharge on 10th november at 8.13 pm and the status is still showing as processing. I've sent a million cancelation messages to help and support which has all gone unnoticed because i can't find the cancel option below my order. I've also tried to call your customer care which is of no help. You keep us waiting for 10 15 mins and then you say that this is a recharge related query so i'll have to call on another number then when i call on that number i can't find any option related to recharges. I # need a cash back and would like to cancel this transaction. This was the first time i was using paytm and this is what i'm experiencing. Worst experience ever.

                                  I have recharged rs.459 jio plan in paytm. The amount has been deducted from my paytm account vide order no.[protected] on 10 nov. 2017. But the recharge not successful and showing under process. I have also made complain in paytm but no response.in this regard no phone call has been received from paytm customer care. Please solve the problem early.

[protected] dated 10/11/2017 at 1002 pm & cc transaction no. 508068. Accordingly rs. 399/- deducted from my account. But my jio number neither recharged nor the amount refunded in my account. It still showing "processing". Please do needful to refund my amount rs.399/- at the earliest please.

                                        I recharged my mobile by 394rs but actull offer is 392 and i done my payment also then there is no option for cancel so i wait for that then after some 6 hours it shows your order is successful but i didn’t get any recharge and then i wish to complain about that but there is no direct contact to a customer care executive... Please reply me as soon as possible
