Very sad to observe my 2000 rs transferred to paytm wallet not showing. When I complaint via profile there is no one to reply. How can this peoples do like this on customer care number there is no link where we can talk about. It is a hard earned money and can not be taken as granted.

    I'm unable to login my paytm wallet, the link they are sending expires as i get it.. Nobody from paytm is helping, so much of money is wasted in calling there helpline no. My thousands of rupees stuck in there wallet from weeks & i'm in emergency!! Please help me as soon as possible!! Even now when i'm calling to there helpline number the ivr says this number doesn't exist!!
    Recharge my mobile for rupee 459. But it is still in processing status. It is more than 3 hours. Not able to cancel the order also.. worst app I have seen..., ..., ... . ..., ... .. ... ... ... ...

      Sir humne idea no. [protected] ka recharge kia tha 120 ka
      recharge to hua nhi but wallet se paise deduct ho gae hain plz solution kro. iska maine 3 baar paytm coustmer care ko complaint kr chuka hun par abhi tak koi reply nhi aya hai or na hi call ho rhi hai.

              Rs. 400 and rs. 600 were transferred to my paytm number by my mother, but i did not receive it. I have reported this 4 times but to no response. Paytm has no dedicated customer helpline as well, except auto-generated nonsense. I have not received the amount and my mother's account has not been refunded. I am trying to report this or get through customer care but it is proving to be impossible.

                I transferred money to my bank account and money is deducted from paytm but didnt transfer to my account.. Transaction status is pending but money is deducted... Please help me out of this... And make my refund to my paytm wallet.. I am trying to call customer care but there is no number through which i can directly contact to paytm customer care...                   Cash was deducted by my bank but still cash is not added in my paytm wallet.

                  I also attached all the screenshots.

                  I called 4 times to customer care but they didn't receive my call.

                  Solve this problem as soon as possible.

                    Hello sir/madam,
                    This is regarding my cancelled transaction of a mobile phone purchased online via my sbi debit card no. [protected] worth rs. 8499/- on 5/5/2017 through pos paytmapp1115854 at ptm*paytmapp with #txn963574 for whihc it was declined further after a week and that it was told that the same would be credited in my account within a week, but it wasn't and now it's been a long time since then for which i haven't got any refund yet, also i have submitted the same complaint notice to the sbi authority too but can get no response over it.

                    Therefore i would kindly like you to look deeper in this transaction details as it's been a long time and the amount is yet to be credited in my account.

                        I had recharged my mobile number but unfortunately, i did it twice. I have got my first recharge but not got my second. I have lost my paytm balance it shows "the order is successful" but i didnot get my balance in my mobile number. I have done my recharges in 13 november 2017. I have talked to my network customer care but they told me that only 1 recharge got successful. My transaction details is given in the photo

                          By mistakenly i did send my cash to wrong no. & for get my cashback from wrong no i did ask to wrong no person as he said he dose not have any paytm account. So i complain this matter to paytm care & till now they dose not reply to me regarding this issue. Plz solve this problem asap oyherwise im going to do legally action against paytm. For my big lose.

                            This is utter nonsense from paytm customer care side that one of my friend had sent me rs. 3000 on 25 october and i got message on behalf of money received in my wallet but when i checked my wallet amount was reflecting so i thought within some hours my amount would be reflected in my wallet, but when one week passed but when amount was not reflected, then i contacted to paytm customer care and they really really worst from 3rd of november they are just making me fool whenever i call them every time they say your amount would be reflected within 4 hours from that day many 4 hours have been passed but my amount would not be reflected in wallet. I know rs. 3000 not a big amount for paytm but i really big for me. Please an urgent revert on the same.

                            Before this also, had complained many times regarding above issue but nobody from the team bothers and takes the customer for granted.

                                  Hi i am paying electricity bill through paytm but during payment the apply promo code page doesn't come and payment made itself it happens two times with me i want to apply bijli code for 100 rupee cash back for order#[protected] and i want it this time.

                                    Hi guys,

                                    I have been trying to contact paytm from the last 1 month everyday regarding my account that has been blocked with you guys.

                                    I write on every email that i do not know i[censored]sing multiple accounts on the same device is something against paytm policy but i just can't get hold of any of you!!!

                                    This is so frustrating as i want to use my money stuck with yo guys and their is no support at all from your side.

                                    1. Your numbers do not work.
                                    2. [protected]@paytm always gets back to me saying we do not monitor this email address.
                                    3. I have written to paytm a thousand times on help and support and their seems to be no regard to that

                                    Someone is in trouble and needs help desperately and no one at paytm seems to care, just block accounts for no reason when they have money in it.

                                    Can someone please look into query reference number[protected]

                                    Please if someone is reading this, i want you to call on [protected] and get my query resolved
