As I was recharge to jio mobile bearing with id no [protected] on 11.11.2017 with rs 399 and also on 12.11.2017 with id no [protected] both the amounts was deducted from my account till recharge was not successful and also cash not at all refund to my account.
Kindly I requested you to do the needful as soon as possible

    Sir mera mobil no [protected] pe maine 10/11/2017 ko shaam 7.42 hr pe 398 rs ka recharge paytm through kiyaa thaa leki 22 hr tak paytm ne recharge nahi kiya isaliye maine cash me recharge kiya, baadme 11/11/2017 ko pay tm ne 5.51 min pe recharge amount firse recharge kaya jo ki vest huaa, maine proccesing ke dauran hi recharge cancel ki request bheji thi phir bhi paytm ne recharge kiya isaliye muze refund milana chaahiye

    Mai ye kahna chahta hu ki mai apne hi mobile no. Pr recharge ₹244 ka kia pr 2 din se processing hi dekha rha hai mai ap request kr rha hoon ki ap mere paise waps kr de nahe to Recharge accept kr le plzz.

    I reuest paytm to refund my money due to longer period of proccessing rcharge it is rediculouse service by pay tm 22hr longer procceng perion is not affordeble to me so i did rechaarg by cash therefor paytm needs to reverse my recharge amount imidiatly

    I have been able to recharge Airtel for processing the project. I have received a request for 244 from the date of publication, but I have requested that the money will not be refunded, but we can not accept it.

        My registered mobile no. Is [protected] and email id is eh. [protected]@gmail.com. I made a payment of rs 464.69 on 7th november via paytm on "nearbuy aap" using "pay without linking option. The money has been deducted from my sbi bank account but the payment was unsuccessful. I discussed the issue with my bank and they said the transaction was successful from their side and the money has been transferred to paytm. Kindly refund my money as soon as possible. I have attached a snapshot of my account summary.

          Error showing transactions please fix as fast as possible. I sent money from paytm bank to other private bank but it got failed and money deducted from my paytm bank . So please fix it soon.

                The order is just placed, status is:order received, but i am unable to cancel this order # [protected], i need change the delivery address. Paytm support/help page suggesting to go to the "my orders" section, select the item and use the "cancel" button. Unfortunately "cancel" button is not available there!, i tried connecting customer support, they confirmed that the order will be cancelled, but the issue still not resolved, please help!

                Unfortunately the order is not cancelled yet, the item has shipped now with delhivery AWB#[protected], I am still following up PayTM & Delhivery

                  Few days ago, I have ordered a Vivo v5s mobile and paid R.s 17089 through
                  SBI Debit Card.After 4 Days, i cancel the Order on 07/10/2017 through Paytm App. They said Ur return is processed and credited to your wallet, i have checked my wallet, there are no amount they refund. I have contacted through chatting, they said your refund amount already credited your wallet and you transfer it to your bank. I checked my account but not credited. Then i have tried to contacted, they said this issue is closed from our end . My total refund amount is R.s-14371. Please help me.

                      Neha here i had done paytm recharge by sbi bank on 9-nov-2017 of 349 rs the deduction is made but the recharge is not done. I am trying to call customer care from 9-nov-2017 but the call is not getting connected. Because of that i am writing my complaint here. It is not useful fot me and no responce from the customer care.

                      So i request u to refund me my amount as soon as possible.
                      Sir mene 10/11/2017 ko mobile recharg kiya 3 din ho gye pr abhi tk recharg nhi hua prossing bta rha h Order no-[protected],

                        On 10/11/17 an amount of rs399/- has been deducted from my sbi account through paytm for recharge of my jio no. [protected] but due to non recharge, my jio connection stopped. As a result i have faced a lot of problems. I astonished at your msg that u r not understanding my problem. The thing should kept in your mind u r the custodian who kept my money. I[censored] are not understand i shall compelled to do by my way.

                        On 10/11/17 Rs.399/- has been deducted from my bank account through PAYTM for recharge of my jio no [protected]. But after expiry of tenure my jio connection stopped due to non recharge. According to bank statement it has been shown the amount debited for purchase through PAYTM. Being the user of Paytm I am frustrated .Please try to refund Rs. 399/- immediately otherwise I have no alternative to take legal steps.

But recharge not done and the amount not refunded till today. Being the user of paytm this is my first bitter experience. I convey it to paytm users and they are also told now a days paytm is not reliable and request me to avoid paytm. My request pl refund my non recharge amount 399/-. Immediately otherwise i have no way to take legal steps.
                        Rs 399/- deducted from my SBI account for recharge of my jio no [protected] on 10/11/17 by Paytm. But neither any recharge not any refund my money by Paytm.

                        Rs.399/- has been deducted from my SBI account for recharge of my jio no [protected] on 10/11/17 by Paytm. but no recharge done and the deducted amount not refunded by Paytm.
                        Worse paytm.399/- has been debited from my SBI account but neither any recharge nor any refund of money till date.
                        PAYTM is fraud . Cheat me by taking Rs 399/- without recharge my jio no.

                          I recharge of airtel no form paytm.in oreder showing processing in txn. I call customer care but not any solution for cancelled the order. Third days i received mail form paytm your recharge successfully. But i have allready recharge by then amount from retailer. I also inform to paytm for cancelled the order & refund the amount in wallet. My order no[protected] dt 11/11/2017 time 1.22am but i have received mail from successfully recharge dt. 13/11/2017 time 2.00pm

                              This is to state that i made jio recharge on date 11 nov 17 amounting to rs 384 + 15 (Wallet)= 399 on no [protected] on 01:27 am. The payment was debited from my credit card, but the recharge is still showing processing.
                              I have messaged several times in in paytm app (Ref no[protected]. But zero communication from their side.

                                  As i paid mobile number service provider bill using paytm app. My number is currently operated under airtel, originally the number was with idea but by paytm app operator selected idea as service provider whne i made paymet it showed succesfull. But my service provider was airtel so i had to pay to them so for both transaction my bank account debited for rs 600/- each... So i want my money back, paid to idea service provider..

                                    I made a recharge my dth on 11 nov 2017 which is rupees of 220 twice a day but still i didn't get my money apart from this still my recharge is not done and it showing in as processing. Money is debited in my credit card. Many times i sent mails to paytm but paytm is showing irresponsible. Please do the needful other wise i want to escalate this matter with consumer court.
                                    Please refund my money as soon as possible.

                                      Asper RBI rules same amount if transactions decline so same account balance transfer rules but I just recharge few days ago 23 and 54 but all transaction decline balance transfer to paytm Wallet is a wrong procedure. So kindly check this matter becaus e asper gov this company broken the law s not good and customer face some problem.

                                        I made a mobile recharge on nov 10th, order no :[protected]. It showed as processing for more than 12 hrs,
                                        So i requested to cancel the order via support center but didn't receive any reply. Again & again i sent a reminder msg to cancel my order for past 2 days.
                                        Suddenly yesterday night i noticed the status as successful, but recharge was not happened though.

                                        Really frustrated with the paytm support center.
