Paytm Mobile Solutions — transaction failed but amount not debited from my account

On march 1st i used paytm wallet to pay for flight tickets on airasia website using my debit card. The booking was cancelled due to non payment and it was confirmed by the payment gateway of airasia. But the amount ₹3470 was debited from my bank account attached with paytm wallet despite the transaction being unsuccessful.
The sms about the deduction have been received and i have attached a screenshot of it.
I waited for 4 days hoping that it was some technical glitch and the amount would be refunded but i haven't recieved any refund, the query raised with paytm customer care support through paytm app has not been addressed.

So i want to know what needs to be done and when will the money credited back to my account?

I have done my payment but not get a recharge . paytm is the worst app. the numbers are not responted c c reps. even not getting mails.

I HAVE ORDERED A PIZZA on 17th Feb, 2018 FROM DOMINO'S WORTH rS. 470 AND I HAVE PAID THROUGH Paytm. i got 300 discount as late delivery for my order which is return processed by dominos to paytm. but till the date i have not getting my 300 RS back to my account.
