I made a mobile recharge of Rs 346 on my mobile number through my paytm wallet. The amount immediately got deducted from paytm wallet but even after 17hours neither recharge is completed nor money is refunded. And customer care service is very poor i am very disappointed with paytm. I hate this app.. They are not replying.

My mobile no. Not registered in paytm
I added money to my PayTM wallet a few days back. The money was deducted from the bank account but never got added to my PayTM wallet. The money has not returned to the bank account as well. It has been well over a week. Add money to my wallet or bank account ASAP.
I transfer amount Rs.5000 dated 26.12.16 from my paytm account, the amount has deducted from my paytm wallet but not transfered to my bank account .
My Rs.2000 Rupees not refund to my bank 10 days ago
My mobile no. Not registered in pay tm
My 600 bucks have been deducted from my account but not showing in paytm passbook. 48 hours are over as I was told either the money will come in my wallet or return back to the account.

    Misuse of my Debit Card Details
    An amount of 3076.71 has been deducted from my Debit Card through Paytm from Paytm Mobile Solutions.

    My user Id for Paytm is megha.[protected]@gmail.com.
    I want a complete explaination of why this amount has been deducted.

    This deduction is showing in my Paytm but its is there in my bank statement. The screen shot is attached of the bank statement.

    I request my refund.

      Hi I'm Arindam (M-[protected]). On 23-12-16 I added Rs. 1000 from my SBI A/c. Then I pressed "REFUND". Paytm immediately showed my refund was succesfull. But money was never refunded. I contacted them many times. Their reply was not satisfactory. They gave me ARN No. But bank couldn't do anything since the money was not in their channel. I'm puzzled.

      I didn't got any OTP or conformation message from SBI or any other indication that I am going to pay 2000 Rupees from my account. Why is this happened??? Please help me with this.

      I have lost 2000 Rupees from my SBI account on the name of "POS PRCH POS[protected] Paytm Solutions Noida" on 20/12/2016. It has been done completely without my interfearence. So kindly please Resolve my problem as soon as possible.

        Acly i atempt two tranesction on 23rd december 2016 by paytm without my phone verification but paytm does't accpet any payment in other pleac so i have transfer to my bank account i go to my own branch but they said to me there is not any refund in my bank account . It's has almost 15 days i am sufering issue .

        without mobile verification and paytm doesn't accept any other pleac. i go to own bank branch they said ask for paytm there is not any refund in your bank account so please refund my money

          I tried to add Rs.5000 from my debit card to the Paytm account for mobile number - [protected]. It showed in paytm app that transaction failed, but the amount got deducted from my account. total amount of Rs.5000 has been deducted and the amount has not been added to paytm wallet. I did not receive a refund from the bank as well as the amount was transfered according to them. Please look into the problem and please transfer back the amount. Thank you.

            On 30.12.2016 I had transferred 2600 rs to my other account but its fail due to some technical issue. Then I return same amount to my bank account. Now its showing transaction done on my paytm mobile app but still I haven't received my money in bank account or not in paytm wallet. Please do some needful act...This is continuously happening with me before 15 days same issue happened with me.

              Dear Sir,

              I ordered Panasonic Viera Tv on 22nd Dec 2016, which was delivered on 27th of December but I didn't receive the cash back of Rs.4283.I called the helpline number but I could only reach the IVR. So I left an email. Two days later they replied to me that " I didn't apply the coupon while placing the order but as one time exception they will credit the cash back amount to my account once the return policy was over. I agreed to it and even acknowledged the email. A day later they sent me an email confirmation and also received a call that money will credited once the return due date was over which was 3rd of Jan 2017. I tried calling and even reaching out through email but they're ignoring my emails and calls. I have the voice clip of the conversation I had with the agent who firmly insisted that it'll be credited withing 24hrs after the return policy is over. I need someone to look into it and solve the issue immediately.

Money was deducted from my wallet on 29 th Dec2016 but not received by another wallet. He get the message but not received the money in his wallet. Wallet transaction I'd is-[protected].                     My name is ananth, i have added amount rs 1400 to my paytm wallet through my debit card (Sbh) for making electricity bill using mobile app. When i tried to make electricity bill payment, my services provider not listed in app.

                    So transfer the amount of rs1400 to my debit card using the option "return to bank" option. Message pop says will be processed in 7 days.

                        I had an old account with paytm registered with my mobile no [protected]. On 9th Dec it had a balance of about 31000 INR .out of this I paid 5000INR to my wife's paytm account. Due to some technical discrepancy a duplicate account was opened with her name and the amount was transferred in other account which was registered with only her gmail account. To recover this amount I wrote several emails to paytm. As per the solution given by them, i merged her account with my account by the procedure given by them. After merging it I recovered her old 5000 rs balance but my account in my phone stopped functioning. I wrote several emails to paytm, they always provide a bookish vague reply by which I am not able to solve my issue. This happened on 11th Dec 2016. I had a balance of 26192INR on that day . After that day I am not able to recover my hard earned money. Also the customer care service is so poor that nobody can speak to any paytm officer regarding any issue.
                        I am extremely worried and heartbroken due to this issue.

                          I had ordered a NIKON LENSE(Nikon AF-S DX NIKKOR 18 - 200 mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR II Lens (Black)) from PAYTM with Order no: [protected] on 1st Dec 2016.
                          They delivered a wrong product (18-55mm (priced 8000) instead of 18-200(priced 50000))
                          Paytm accepted the return, but customer care told that reverse pickup facility is not available with PAYTM.
                          So I had to courier the wrong product to seller's address, which reached the seller on 9th Dec 2016.
                          After 15 days of continous calls and mails, Paytm responded that seller had received an empty parcel.
                          I then checked with courier service(First Flight LTD) which confirmed the successful delivery of the product with actual weight.
                          Post that PAYTM is not taking the case seriously and not responding at all.

                          It's almost a month now; return courier of product has reached seller. But PAYTM is behaving pitiful; still not refunding huge amount of 43, 000/-(Forty three thousand)
                          PAYTM is handling this case pathetically, which is very irritating.
                          Every call to customer care is routed/escalated to a team manager who falsely assures of some update within 24 hours. Even after 30 long days I have neither received a reply nor 43, 000 refund mount.
                          Every day I have to write an email to PAYTM which never gets a response.
                          I am very much frustrated with shopping experience and customer service from PAYTM.
                          I have all the documents ready to file a case in consumer forum or an FIR.

                              I have transferred Rs. 3000/- from my PayTM a/c to my bank a/c having Bank Txn ID - [protected] on 18th December 2016 with Wallet Txn ID: [protected].

                              After repeated complained and request the money till date has not been received on my account.

                              On the above their exist no PayTM contact or complain number which is working or where call can be taken up for solution. Moreover I located a PayTM office in Kolkata and they were very specifically stated that we are only here to mail NOIDA office and do nothing which can be done by you also. On the above they have also not taken my complain or agreed to accept my written complain. They at last stated that you are wasteing you time here in the PaytTM office as they are here as dummy office to do nothing but to forward complain to NOIDA office which take hell of a time as we have no PayTM person contact number to talk with which can solve your problem instantly.

                                        I booked bus ticket to travel on[protected]. At 6 PM on[protected] I got a call from Bus operator (Jabbar Travels) saying Bus has been cancelled. At the next minute I called Paytm for refund. I was assure that refund will happen withing 24hrs. Its been now more than 72 hrs, still no refund. I called Paytm customer care[protected] seven times. No resolution provided. Two times the call was abruptly disconnected.

                                        I have already spent more than Rs. 50 on calls as the number is not toll free.

                                        Hoping now at least money will be refunded.
