Paytm Mobile Solutions — upi transaction successful but amount not credited to receiver bank | |
Today around 12 pm i transferred 4000 through paytm upi from punjab national bank to kotak mahindra bank and transaction shows sucessful but amount not credit to reciever bank (I. E. Kotak bank) Upi refrence no.[protected] Please kindly request to resolved this issued as soon as possible. I am very worried about this it's my first time experience... Purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 04/03/2019 at via internet banking for the amount of 779 rupees.
My bank account has been debited for the same amount but item was credited to the game. It shows in my federal bank account that the beneficiary is times of money ltd.
Please refund the money as soon as possible.
