SIR my issue is that i was transferring amount to my account amount deducted but not credited to mu account please resolve my complaint as soon as possiblee sir transaction date is 20/12/2016 amount was 5000/- and transaction number is [protected] sir please help to find where was payment and please reverse it to my paytm wallet aur transfer to bank account...thanks

I was transferring Rs 2250 though paytm wallet to bank account and it got stuck and showing pending.
And I m very much in need of that money as I live alone in Bangalore and I m an student So it is very much importance for me for that money .
And I m very much irritated as i logged complain 1000 times but no response from then and worst part is that they dont have any customer executives so please telll me how these bastards can be contacted and my problems can be solve please help me sir its very urgent

Amount of rs 5000 is deducted from my paytm wallet which I transfred to bank acc. But it got deducted and showing pending I have an urgent work in my village so can u please solve this problem or please return my amount fast I need that ..

I have made a transaction of rs 1087 through paytm. i have paid my landline bill payment ... amount debited frm my credit card ... it is not showig in paytm passbook neither i got reciept of that... paytm is making frawd to people. i have mailed 4-6 times to paytm but there is no response... take strict againt paytm..i have taken screenshot of that trancation.. order no- [protected]

Yesterday i tried to transfer 1500 from my hdfc bank account to paytm wallet i did two transaction each was shown unsuccessful but inr 3000 deducted from my account but nothing transferred in paytm wallet but in the transaction summary of bank account it has been shown that its been transferred to micr noida. May you please refund me my amount or get it transferred in my paytm wallet.

Hi there,
I have transferred money from my wallet of 1150 rupees and it got stucked, status showing pending. I had tried to contact them many way but failed to contact by email, ticket, call, social media etc. They robe my money. when I need it very urgently they don't respond or they don't try to understand the importance of money as they have looted many users money yet.
Very poor service. They don't have active communication way to interact with customers. Yes they have a machine which interact with but doesn't resolve issues. Please help me to refund my money to wallet.

@Paytm My transaction is showing as pending, money has been deducted from the wallet but not received in bank.

I transferred money 2000 paytm to bank on 22th of December but that couldn't be transferred. i complained many times and kindly request u sir plz shut-out my problem. It's happened many times than how can i use paytm wallet?

You have no employee at Paytm Customer care department to talk with your Customer who is suffering for your App. I have transferred money at my Bank account from my Paytm Wallet. After 48 hours and till now my transaction is still pending. I need this money urgently.
From last 2 days I called many times but but...

Yesterday I recharged My Number through Paytm by 70 Rs. but No any Recharge done and 70 Rs Deducted by Paytm from my Account. This is humble request you please take necessary Action against this company. I did complaint in Mail 3 time but till now i did not receive any Response from paytm side. Please Refund My Money.

I bought a coupon as available on the paytm app as to 100% cashback on payment at petrol pump using paytm, the coupon read maximum amount of refund rs 1000
i made the payment using the app and as per coupon's requirement there was no code to be applied,
cashback was to be recieved withing 48 hours but after waiting for the cashback nothing happened .!

i mailed them the complaint and they had the automated reply like answer, you will get cashback as per the procedure using coupon code .! Till tome they haven't replied to my another message

I did Rs.1900 transfer from Paytm wallet to my bank account.
Still it is in pending status. Neither credited in my bank nor refunded to my wallet.

I tried to transfer my paytm balance in my bank account on20 dec 2015 2000/- through paytm, the transaction success but the amount is not going inmy bank account it is not shown either in my paytm account, nor it is reversed bank to my bank account it is more than 2 days since this transaction took place. It is more than days since i have raised a complaint, i have neither received a solution refund nor has any executive contacted me my bank worker says they have not received any payment as the transaction failed while it was processed to paytm and hence they cant help resolve this

I booked flight tickets (Round trip) through paytm. The airlines cancelled both the flights (Dated 8 oct delhi-to-guwahati; and 12 oct guwahati-to-delhi). I have checked with the airlines and they said that paytm will repay me the full amount as the airlines itself cancelled the flight.

After many complaints, on november 3rd, paytm refunded me inr 5, 350 (Against item id [protected]) for one flight. It said that the limit for my paytm wallet has exceeded, so the remaining amount of inr 5, 400 (Against item id [protected]) will be refunded next month.

I got no communication from paytm after that. I reached out to them again in december. On december 12th, paytm asked me details of my bank account to which the refund should be done. I provided the account details on december 13th. But as usual, they have not refunded me. Now when i am reaching out them again, they are asking for some stamp copy provided by the airline (I don't know what is this again).

Overall, i don’t remember how many times have i called them, written many emails, but have got no result. On every call they say my issues will be resolved within 24 hours.

This has been a painful experience of asking for your own money and being fooled every time (As they tell you to resolve the issue in 24 times and do nothing).

I send rs.5000 to my friends Bank account but he did not recivued which immediately deducted in my paytm a/c, and its showing pending science 3days, i raised soo many complaints with attaching details but no action, plz transfer my amount to my friends Bank a/c or return it to my payTm a/c

I try to pay my electricity bill but it shows failed but the money was lost
