I have purchased a mobile on 02.05.2016 in paytm & opted for 12 months emi as per the merchant... But after that i have received a message says that your purchase is been converted into 3 emis that means now i have to pay more as i have planned to pay 12 emis.. I've discussed with hdfc credit card department & they suggested me to talk merchant (Paytm) & again paytm told me to talk to the bank.. I request you to help me on this & i can provide further details later on.

      I am abhishekh pandey from bathinda. I have paytm account with mobile no. [protected] and e-mail id [protected]@yahoo.In.
      On 17.05.2016 while i was ordering pizza online through dominos.Co.In i ordered items fro rs. 825. While payment, there was offer of 50 % cash back if paid through paytm wallet. I took the offer and made payment of 825 through my paytm wallet of above said account. Through fpt [protected] and txn id [protected]. I ordered for dominos through my friends account bearing cont. No. [protected] (Name khader hussain) through dominos trace no. 56072600. And fpt [protected]. But even after 24 hours i havent got my cash back as promised. This is not justified as i am entitled to 50 % cash back. Paytm has to refund cash back in to my wallet as promised or else it should be prepared to face legal consequences.

          Last month i bought a laptop. today i had some problem with my laptop so i called dell for assistance. but according to dell, my laptop was not originated in India.it was brought from somewhere else last year. so she cant help me since it was bought outside india. The laptops warranty shouldve started last month but according to dell the warranty started last year somewhere around june. So the laptop they are selling is not a genuine product.

            Against order no[protected] on 8:44 am, may 16 2016 payment of mts for rs.698 done. But this transaction has failed but amount is deducted from my axis bank account against transited id[protected].
            I have checked with bank, and as per them they have reversed amount with paytm against transited id : [protected].
            But still bill payment of my mts dongle ([protected]) is not done or deducted amount not received in my axis bank account.
            So please kindly reversed amount to my axis bank account or pay my mts dongle ([protected]) bill as today is last for bill payment.

            I have tried to contact customer care no.[protected],[protected],[protected] but not getting proper response, even they are not diverting calls to customer representative.

                    I booked Hero Maestro Edge on 14th May 2016 from Paytm site from a seller in Bangalore with Order ID:[protected]. I didnt get a confirmation call then I called the seller and visited showroom on 17th May 2016 to check for additional charges for accessories and road taxes.

                    As per description of this mentioned in Paytm site, price was Rs .52000, which I paid through online transaction to paytm itself . Also description of the product said one free Helmet Rs 800 will be given with scooter(Which I booked).

                    But when I went to dealership store, they told helmet is written in description but we are not giving here for free. Also they charged me Rs 52500 for the scooter, which was Rs 500 extra from what Paytm had description about same product while I was booking.

                    I complaint same to Paytm and asked them to cancel my order/booking and refund me back, I dont want to take item from this specific seller, they refused my request and said they can not cancel as per policy and I need to take scooter from same seller with extra charges.

                    I am really frustated with Paytm service and feeling that i have been made fool by this online shopping website.

                    Please help me to cancel this order and provide me full refunded amount.

                            I was trying to recharge of 299 rs (Idea 1.25gb internet plan) at the same time i was having 140 rs in my paytm wallet. While processing for payment website software asked for the bank selection and directly proceed towards the next time in the middle of the same some issue happend (May be internet problem) and transaction not happened. Ideally it should ask for bank details. Please return my 140rs.

                                  I am having a paytm account and i make regular purchase from the portal for the last few years. Recently due to some technical reasons i changed my password. However, during recent logon i messed up with my password and after 5 trails, i was asked to reset my password through a link sent to my email or otp to my registered mobile. But in spite of repeated efforts, i have not received any link to email or otp to mobile. I reported it to paytm care and registered my complaint three times since last one week. Every time i get a message that it will be solved in 24 hours, but i never received any mail or call from them. I am having balance amount in my account and i want to reactivate the account so that i can use the amount.
                                  The helpline numbers provided are very poorly operated, no executive answers your calls and just they play recorded messages, which are not of any help to customers.

I have made payment of rs. 1183 and rs.1172 within a gap of onemiute on 2 may 2016 to my mobile number [protected] and my mobile number [protected] respectively for said amounts through paytm and same amount was also deducted from my pnb account. But no amount was submitted to airtel by paytm on my number [protected] and the same time my mobile number [protected] payments was done and also i was not found any transaction id for one payment... Kindly refund the said amount to me on my paytm wallet or in my account at the earliest to avoid any dispute and faith on paytm... Thanks
