I booked one sepal on 01.07.2016 but till now material not received but amount debited my account, please arrange the material or please re credit my amount 156/- rupees in my account. i have phone but call cost are debit in my phone account even customer care also, please arrange my material or my amount other wise i go to consumer court, so please take immediate action my name panchamurthy my phone number [protected]
During Recharge my no a msg showing that vodafone declained your transaction & tranction showing failed all the time is this problem continues from last 1 month i am very much fedup from this .plz resolve this.

    I have placed an order on dated mon, 11 jul 2016, having order id #[protected] through paytm. as delivery date is said between 15-18th july'16. but still i have not received the product. i have tracked the order and found that it has been sent through delhivery courier service. as i tracked the product they said that i have asked for delayed delivery. but its not true. so, i mailed the delhivery courier service and in reply they promised to deliver the product immediately. but, still, till date i have not yet received the product.

    Sir, i need the product immediately. please, make me receive the product within 2 days otherwise i will cancel the product.

    It has been understand that Rs1643 is debited from my Paytm/wallet account
    transacted on 07/02/2016, but still the payment is not credited to my ICICI Bank Account.

          I have purchased sony sbh 20 bluetooth from paytm in thae date of 15th august 2015.In warranty
          My bluetooth sume problem so i have go to sony services centre. But sony services centre not accept my product. Because i am purchased from paytm or paytm not athorised dealer. Or i have many mail send to paytm but not any reply
          Thet means paytm is cheting with indean customers.

            I ordered for product rain and Rainbow white Embroidered cotton kurta for my daughter. order was confirmed and payment was debited. But after debiting payment from my account it was cancelled and my money was carried in paytm wallet. This was done three times with me. Ist time discount was 50% and on second and third time it was 35%. If the item was not avalable then why it was placed on web and payment was debited. Even on 2 and third time it was showing available. It was clear cheating with me. I have to gift this to my daughter on her B'day but time was passed and suffered a heavy mental torcher. What is solution. money is still lying idle in your wallet loosing my bank interest.

              From paytm, I had ordered 5 items in one order. 4 products has been delivered by respective sellers on my address however for 5th product, I just received message that product has been successfully delivered, however product was not delivered to me. Immediately i asked paytm to check on it. Now it's been 8-9 days, paytm us giving me useless answers that seller and Currier service are saying that product is delivered. When i asked for documents and Currier service contact, I have been provided with documents which shows product status. I had asked them to show me document with my signature or confirmation receipt however I have not received anything useful from which I can check whom they have delivered/ not delivered the product.

              Finally after warning them so many times. I am writing my issue here, expecting this to be resolved and I should get my product or reimbursement from the paytm.

                I wanted to buy a shoe with Product Code : FOOLEE-COOPER-BSREE[protected]BBA77 .
                It was mentioned that the product had a 40% cashback on purchase.
                When i tried to see the offer promocode it was not available whereas it was mentioned clearly in the product thumbnail that 40%cashback would be offered.
                I raised a complaint on this to the Paytm on July 13 with ticket no is 04400949.
                They had told that the issue would be resolved within 48-72 hours .Its been 12 days now but still i dint get any response from paytm even after sending the reminder mails to check on this issue.

                  On 15/07/2016 i cleared my history and cache. Since then i am not able
                  To access my account via my email. But when i entered my registered
                  Mobile no. And the correct password, it shows a totally different
                  Account.
                  1) i had approx rs 500 balance but this one has 0 rs.
                  2) my dob is 20/05/1997, but this one has 08/07/1998
                  3) there is no saved address.
                  These are my account credentials :

                  Password : * (Am not sharing the password intently)
                  Please help me as early as possible
                  Note : maybe this is the account which i had created somedays ago by
                  Signingup when i was unable to access my original account in a
                  Netcafe. I also raised a query on this issue but afterwards when i
                  Logged in thru my home computer everything was ok. But this time i
                  Cannot access my account from my home computer itself.

                  Note : i know that i have an account with email id [protected]@gmail.com
                  And mobile number [protected]. But the matter is that firstly when i
                  Tried to login in my account using these credentials, i could'nt, so i
                  Igned in with same credentials. So now coming to the point. I have 2
                  Accounts with exactly the same credentials but different amount of
                  Money in the wallet.

                  Account no. 1 ]- rs 500 (Approximate)
                  Account no. 2 ]- rs 00

                  So the thing is clear that when when i log in with these credentials
                  Acc. No. 2 is opened. But i want to open acc. No. 1.

                  Given below is one of my order no. That i booked thru my acc no. 1 :

                  "your paytm shipment with awb number[protected] & order no.
                  [protected] is out for delivery. For any queries contact us at (0124)
                  6719500"

                  This is exactly the msg. Which i recieved from paytm regarding one of
                  My shopping orders on date: 07/02/2016 13:57:13. Please refer the
                  Order no. Given so that you may get an idea of the my account no.1.

                  Desirable resolution : refund of rs. 500 in my paytm account.

                    Hi,
                    My complaint is against both airtel (service provider) and paytm (third party recharge website)
                    I recharged my airtel number of amount rs.200 on 20th july 2016 at 20:39 using paytm (third party website).
                    Paytm order no. is [protected] and the status showed 'recharge successful' but i did not receive any balance in my mobile account.

                    I contacted airtel for the issue, they replayed that they have no record of rs.200 recharge with my number and they asked me to check with the third party website (paytm) for the transaction details.

                    I contacted paytm for the same and they replayed that they verified with airtel and the amount is transferred from their end.

                    This is the third time i am facing this issue. please help me resolve this.
                    I done a online rechare to my mts mblaze of rs.499 but ididn't get the recharge benefit but amount is deducted..so please refund my amount
                    Dear team i m using paytm my wallet balance is 88rs but i seen today is showing 0

                      Why deducted gov utility order money even though I hv not selected the option.All the customer care number are useless not able to connect with executive .I am trusting this site since long time, but now this time you are making me think to again use this site. Please refund my money asap.
                      Payment deducted on 15th july but payment remain undone and the pending amount still not refunded in my account.
                      I recharged my phone with certain amount I got the confirmation message but after looking in, to *123# ussd code still it shows the same balance which is before transaction from paytm amount

Even after my repeated complaints you people have not resolved the problem yet. Forthe past 4 days i have been waiting for my recharge. Do the needful as soon as possible. Else i will be constrained to initiate legal action against you. You may treat this as a litigation notice.

                            My name is sampath kumar.

                            I tried to recharge my mobile using paytm.com a online recharge platform but transaction failed and my amount deducted. I tried to contact the support team from two months i provided them all the transaction details they have asked and even with bank statement my passbook transaction as well. Now they said they said that they havent received any money. I have the mails form paytmcare team regarding this issue.

                            Even contacted my bank Oriental Bank Of Commerce. they also said same not received money.

                            I have given the company response in the image. even the image of my bank passbook.

                              I have lost an amount of rs.6405.96 from my paytm wallet and as per the confirmation from paytm cyber team the transaction was done by a fruadster on ebay on 07/03/2016 13:46:55. I didn't receive any sms confirmation from paytm when the transaction happened and hence it is clearly understood that somebody from paytm assisted in emptying my wallet. This is gross negligence and improper security measure on their part. It has been more than three months and they have not yet refunded the money. (Ticket numbers[protected] and 95840). Every time they ask me to get is resolved by contacting ebay directly whereas it is very clear that its not ebay companies fault but paytm is solely to be blamed for the fraudulent transaction. I have lodged a police complaint against paytm already. Please assist and advise. -

                                Same problem happened with me, firstly i added 700 INR from my card to PAYtm and then transferred money to my bank, the amount which i sent to bank is deduced from paytm wallet. but their is no money in my bank yet even no transaction ID is recorded with my account, thought you have at-least transaction ID with pending status.

                                    My wife (Kalyani gupta) got a call from [protected]. Person telling about axis bank person and ask for bank detail and pin. From my axis bank debit card ([protected]) amount rs. 5000 and rs 4999 has been debited on 24/7/2016 at 4:00 pm around. I checked my internet banking statment, it was found that 5000 transaction done on paytm and 4999 on one97 communication. I also register complaint in cyber cell of police station hazaratganj lucknow. Kindly take necessary action and if possible refund the same.

                                      I have ordered philips dvd player via paytm. The product got is in working condition, but it was old and already used by some one. The main company pack was already opened, remote was not in plastic cover and it is full of dust. Also there was no battery for the remote. No user manual is also there. So all these indicates the product is not new.

                                        The amount of rs 1000 against docomo gsm postpaid no [protected] on 11.30 am 20/6/2012.
                                        Is not done as the amount has been deducted from the acc. their was rs 13 in paytm wallet and the amount of rs 987 was deducted from bank acc.
                                        So, their is a humble request to refund the amount or they will charge me late payment charges
