      Hi,
      I placed an order on February 23, 2015 (ORDER NO.[protected]. Later, I Cancelled this order due issues with cost. I didn't get the product. Later I got a call from Paytm. In that conversation, Their customer care executive assured me about the waive off the delivery charges and said that he would inform about the status of product. Still I am waiting to get my product or my money back.

      I wrote many emails to them. They are not giving any response.

            I have an Airtel post paid number in Gujarat # [protected] on 2nd Oct 2014 by mistake I made a payment of INR 2000 on an incorrect number # [protected] (my actual number is [protected]) following are the details of the payment: ORDER NO.[protected] OCT '14 8:45 PM 1 ITEM Paytm Cash Transaction No D436816A9B37BD1A Now Paytm Adviser Mukesh wrote a mail to me saying that they cannot do anything as the payment has already gone through and I need to contact the service provider (they didn't even tell me which service provider they debited with my money despite of me sending them regular e-mails) I then checked with Airtel and this # [protected] doest not belong to them and then I some how found that this number was with Aircel earlier and it currently doesn't exist with any of the network providers, it is shocking that Paytm made a payment to a number that doesn't even exist and has no owner, also the fact that the number is not in service from last 2 years. I don't even get response from their customer care, there is no live person to talk to and they don't even respond to the e-mails properly. Please can someone help me get over this big trouble I have been facing.

              This is to complain regarding the mobile no. +91 [protected] for fraud calling for depositing of money into the bank account and asking for ATM card details. I was been called by this no. asking for my atm details for depositing of money as soon as i came to know that its a fraud call the person started using slang language and put down his phone. later on he called up back and told me that he will kill me and my family. I request you to strongly take action against this no.

                I have recharge my loop Internet pack of Rs 199 from my ICICI debit card but the payment has deducted from my account and my mobile dint got recharge. Please refund my money to my bank account. Please check into this and get it sorted as soon. I have made recharge on 06.10.14 at 11.18 Am. Even you can call me on my mobile no [protected].                 Why the person has called me and asking my personal question as he is asking me like how much is balance in my personal account as not need to ask such question

                        I have ordered "Mind The Gap Blue Cotton Ladies Blouse ", instead of that I have received a short. And I also had received an invoice which is stating Ladies blouse but within pack there is no blouse.I got shocked. Even the color of the product in Title doesn't match with the product inside the courier. Seriously, this is very bad experience. Unfortunately, I have taken online payment.

                        I received a defected, wrong and a filthy perfume from paytm one month before. I wrote so many mails to customer care but nobody responded
                        i placed order of hair styler ( Philips HP8695/00 ) but i received air straightner ( Philips HP8658).
                        Paytm is simply addition of new waste of ecom website. I had ordered one Redtape Shoe Model No.:RTS8632 on 21st April, order id[protected], While i received the product i was just surprise on receiving different shoe Model No.:RTS8322, which is obviously a unlike choice for me. Their customer support is also pathetic, they even don't have any phone to connect with them. Even i can file consumer case them shattering consumer choice.

                        I am hardly got any support from PayTM.

                        So i would request, stay away such cheaters.
                        I am a regular paytym recharge user but for the first time i orderedskullcandy year phone.They showed a blue colour and a black stupid colour reached me!!And now i asked for an excahnge they told Refund is okey.So i ordered for return and now they want me to courier it .What the hell is this when its clearly stated in your website that return policy is applicable and your own courier partner will schedule a pick up.Bloody Paytym kills time nothing morethan that.I believe wholeheartedlt that FLIPKART is best when it comes to delivery and trust!!No seller in Paytym is genuine.All faulty stuff!!

                              Order No.[protected] Sep '14 10:50 pm 1 ITEM Order Total Rs 1264 The item received was not as per specification, so I returned the product. The shipment reached their works on 30th Sep. But till date they are saying 24 hours - 48 hours etc and i had got the refund. Anyone help for refunding. As their is only mail communication with them and no direct contact number it is too irritating. It took nearly 24 hours for getting a reply even that one false reply. I am asking a question, they are answering one.

                              Today i received a mail that your amount of Rs 1264/- has been credited in your wallet. But i have attached a screen shot that i have not received any refund. The amount credit in my wallet is my cash back for another pruchase.
                              I had sent nearly 10 mails and 2 - 3 calls to customer care. But no solution.


                              Is there anyone to help and get refund so that i shall make further purchase or recharge.
